Excellent service & prices! My Brother & I were on the hunt for a very specific truck door. We tried several other parts yards with limited success.We searched Google and found Columbus Auto Parts so we decided to give them a chance. I'm extremely glad we did because they had exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Their sincere customer service was much appreciated. Horrible service, the front desk people don’t know what their return policies. Was told that we were able to get CASH back and they refused to give us our cash back even tho they sold us a bad part. The staff was rude, especially John, he would not let customers talk and was just very hostile toward people. They are unable to run their establishment in a timely manor. I called and was told that they the part I needed pulled and sitting on a shelf (was told that there were “multiple”) and when I got there they didn’t have any pulled and I had to wait two days for them to pull the part. I will never go back nor will my family.
