My son’s car was totaled, Copart towed the vehicle to their yard. The Title was left in the car. Incidentally it got thrown away, even though I was a bit of a Karen while trying to get it back, the office manager and one of the gentleman working there were kind enough to rummage through the trash and found it. Above and beyond service even for someone who was a bit off temper. They could have told me to get bent but opted for good service. I highly recommend!

A tree fell on my truck a few months back totaling it. Below is my review of the three companies I dealt with during the total process: USAA: 2 out of 5 Stars Crash Champions: 3 out of 5 Stars Copart: 1 out of 5 Stars Overall summary of my truck… The truck had roof damage, but was still drivable. I drove the truck for 1-2 weeks prior to dropping it off. You could look at the truck and think there was nothing wrong with it. From the day the tree fell on the truck to when I finally released the title, it was night and day. The Insurance/Collison Center/Towing Company did more damage to the truck than the actual tree did! Shady process from all three companies. Copart (1 out of 5 stars) Pros: None Cons: I did not like how they called, texted, and emailed me every day for 3 months while I worked with my insurance to come to an agreement on total loss pricing. I did not like how they handled my vehicle; They brought it out on a forklift and dropped it Infront of me (when it was still my vehicle). The truck looked NOTHING like it did when it did when I dropped it off. I asked them for the auction details, and they wouldn’t provide me it; it seemed shady to me. Why wouldn’t they want an additional bidder on a vehicle? In hindsight, I shouldn’t have given them the title and paperwork. I should have filed a lawsuit with how damaged the truck now was… Bent rear bumper, crooked bed, damaged window, new dents and scratches… This truck only had roof damage but now looked like someone flipped it. A truck that likely would have auctioned for 15k now will probably go for 2-3k.

My 8 yr old grand daughter and I drove 2 hours to drop off documents, keys and the truck radio and retrieve my plates. When we entered the office, my grand asked if she could use the bathroom. As we looked at a men’s and ladies’ room sign on doors we were told no. They didn’t have a bathroom. I asked what about those? Answer was they don’t have a “public” bathroom. But they do have a Porto potty in the car yard. Not happy, but what were we to do, we walked about 1/3 of the way across the access way to the portable. The man in the yard started yelling at us that we were not to be there. I said the office sent us here. He wanted us to have on a reflective vest. I appreciate and applaud the need for a vest, but none was provided or offered in the office. I said to him we are here as customers, it’s not like we walked in off the street just to use your bathroom. He was fine, non of this was his fault. On the plus side the porta was clean. The remainder of my interaction went ok. I recognize this has nothing to do with buying a car. Just be sure to do your business before you get there.

This place had a friendly staff out back but when you walk in the front door the staff was useless. If you want to see your 401k go down dollar by dollar, try to go see a car there. The way they critiqued and verified why we were there, I expected them to be out detailing and buffing the car as we spoke. The staff out back in the lot made me feel like I was at the Ritz Carlton and the staff in the office made me feel like I was trying to get an honest service from a dealership.

Cars are kept in bad condition, rust everywhere on a model from 2019. They do not even care to close windows while there is a storm outside. One of the worst places to buy a car

They dont do a great job with information on their auction cars we typically use IAA and have better luck they notate when a big item is missing copart didn't mention an entire exhaust system was removed. Also they dont have a bathroom we could use and with a pregnant woman and a 2 year old that was a bummer. ☹

Super strict rules and the fees are so expensive. We were denied entry into the lot on a car we were helping someone bid on because it was “expensive”. (30k)..... we were glad to pay the $25 to get in or buy a membership but were told to leave. Never knew some wrecked cars were like gold.

Be very wary of purchasing from these criminals, make sure the paperwork is in order. They sell cars that can't be registered.

Office staff are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. They label vehicles as "drivers" by moving them TWO FEET FORWARD. This is by far the worst Auction in New England. I have been going to Car Auctions for 15+ years and have never encountered anything this bad. BUYER BEWARE, these people are as dishonest as they come.

Much friendlier than the Coparts in MA. Staff was very helpful and even helped us load the bike we got.

This copart is the absolute worst. I never been to a Copart that wanted so much information to pull a car. The male agent working in the front of the house is ignorant and should not be dealing with customers.
