place is terrible. waited in line 3 hrs to preview cars after they texted me to come in because you have to wait in line with their kiosk.also last couple weeks they had no 1 to help preview cars. so paid $60 for service they dont supply adequately. then once you put a deposit in to bid and if you lose,, it takes up to 10 Days! the get a refund! wowthey have no help. its always something.i would avoid at all cost.

They were nice enough and letting me bring some parts back for my car that was totaled. They got me to my car so I could check for anything else that I might have left in it. But they really tore the heck out of the front end of the car that was not damaged. It's not that I care but it could have made somebody some money having a whole front clip that was undamaged among some other areas. But that's for my insurance company to worry about. And I don't really care what they get, cuz they wouldn't give me what they should have for my car anyway. That the people at copart were okay.

This places loves to nickel and dime you on fees. The cars listed at auction are constantly relisted due to the fact that they aren't meeting reserve prices. ( Overpriced) Customer service is nonexistent because they have little competition. You need to have an enormous amount of time to waste to consider buying from them. Another thing I have noticed are cars are marked pure sale and then at day of auction they are changed to have a reserve.

Copart was timely and honorable is the transaction. Fees are considerable so know that going in. Also they limit in person viewing days and times to increase inspection sales.

Very rude employees. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Bought 82 El Cameno listed as 5.0 V8 Engine. Got it, it has V6 engine called them they would not help or do anything about it. Knowing i own a car lot and i buy cars from them every week.

Can't wait to get my biding license. The women in shop were respectfully and smiled .that in it self makes a Man day. Even if it's his last cash being spent and car has burned.Also they are Chiefs Fans.tbats Awrsome!

Bid on a car and won the bid. The checkout process was a little arduous. Having to check in with QR code and the wait. I am sure it is just the state of things today. Not being able to view a car unless it is up for bid that week, is frustrating.

This is the worst copart ever! In fact they are just scammers! They post vehicles as run and drive and they turn out to be engine or transmission damaged! I bought 2 vehicles from there as run and drive and one of them had motor damage and the transmission of the other one was completely destroyed!! They didn’t do anything about them and I lost my money unfortunately 😞😒. I honestly, recommend not buying from this facility.

Purchased a vehicle during the auction, they were supper helpful getting the car and loading it onto my trailer for me. Would buy from them again
