    The 1 star reviews for this location is 100% accurate. Every time I come here, the service gets worse. Always making stuff up and lying to me. I understand the company makes certain rules and decisions as a business and change things. However, the customer service is just unbelievably terrible. The lady at the front was rude and disrespectful for no reason and straight-up lied. Please train your employees some customer service and be to be a normal person, you don't have to be friendly just be normal.

    If I could give a zero star that's what I would put. Jamie and Amanda in customer service was great. As far as management, they are worthless. Don't call back when told they will, you have to continuously call to get them on the phone. How in the world do you let reps from an insurance agency operate on your property and you can't get ahold of them? Worthless, garbage.. just words I would describe Coparts as.

    If Not coparst lot's responsibilities then whose? Not theirs, but they fully operate on it. Will forward to county and any possible legal department until someone resolve the problem. Very rude and helpless staff along with loaders.

    After reading all these reviews i was worried about how this will go. Picked up a bike yesterday morning. Amanda greeted me and she was so friendly and helpful as everyone else there. Had to wait just 5 minutes until they finished the paperwork. Meanwhile the guys where bringing out the bike and loaded them up on my trailer: total of 30 minutes and i was back on the road.

    If you want to feel unimportant and nonexistent this is the place for you. If you want to walk into a place of business with no "Hi, how are you, how can I help", this is the place for you. If you want to be treated like a criminal and questioned this is the place for you. If you want to waste your time this is the place for you. If you the worst customer service this is the place for you. If you want ladies typing on thier keyboards paying no attention to who is walking in this is the place for you. Worst experience ever.

    Both Rogersville & Springfield location seem to strive to hire the rudest people they are capable of finding. I have never in my life dealt with such unfriendly people from an entire establishment. It blows my mind. I hate & get major anxiety even thinking about having to go to a location, it's almost not even worth dealing with them at all.

    I have no words to describe how completely bad this location has become since covid hit. Every single employee that we dealt with is completely rude, disrespectful, uncourtious and incompetent from the forklift drivers to the front desk workers. And you can tell the problem stems from up top. On multiple occasions my drivers have been left hanging around for 2-3 hours until loaded or unloaded, that is not okay. This time once they finally brought out the car, they set it 10 feet from the trailer and refused to load it. I had to send someone over to there location with a winch, my driver was there from 9am to 4pm. I will now be buying my cars from and consigning my cars to IAAI

    We won bid on 2 Chevy vans. The pictures and info on one, was low mileage and paint was in great shape. The van we got with same vin was higher mileage very poor Shape on paint. They wouldn't help us what so ever with their mess up at Dallas copart. Not worth what we paid. It was false advertising. The second one the information was to a ford van. The pictures was of a Chevy van. Completely different on what we thought we were getting. They refused to help in a timely matter until the fees was building up. They didn't want to help. We drove from Springfield MO to Dallas Texas for these vans. They wouldn't help compensate for the money we spent. And false advertising. Better vans we bid on. Got way worse vans. They wouldn't do anything other than say it would cost us a 600 dollar relisting fee. When they were in the wrong. Every time we go to Copart the office employees are rude. Don't want to help. And also don't listen to what you say. I wish they had a negative 5 star. No where close to 1 star.

    Very horrible service. Make you wait in line for a long time, still use COVID as an excuse to sit away at their computers and chat while a long line of people wait for up to over an hour outside regardless of the weather. Make you wait in their junky queue, which doesn’t even do anything to help the process. All the ladies in there don’t care, will have all your paperwork ready to go and still make you wait until they are ready to actually do their job. Would rate 0/5 if I could!

    Very disrespectful staff. 2 very rude ladies Amanda and the blonde lady who acts like Karen gave me attitude for no reason and made me wait for an extra hour in an empty office after I already waited for a long time in an electronic que while I kept asking for assistance they were pretending that I wasn’t there and made fun of me. Worst experience ever.

    Absolutely horrible service at this location. Make you wait outside while they sit inside doing nothing until you have to knock over and over to get them to come out. They have you get in a queue online but that’s pointless and has not worked for me once. Used to be decent service but ever since COVID started in March of 2020, they seem to love using that as an excuse to not come to the door until you knock/annoy them about it.

    After trying to sell our dead car to pick n pull and being treated like dirt, I found Copart through the peddle.com website. Within 24 hours of contacting peddle.com, Copart had picked up my car and paid me 3x the amount pick n pull had offered. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end with friendly customer service on the phone to the courteous and helpful tow truck driver at the end. I recommend 100%!!

    The worst Copart I’ve ever dealt with. Not helpful at all, delivery to wrong address, parked half blocking the road. And the call center was saying garbage and could have the courtesy to say something nice.

    I would have rated more stars except they failed to reach back out to me and contact me in regards to the missing items out of the vehicle and the back up camera being cut off. In addition to from the time you are greeted at the door and interact with the employees they are Above & Beyond rude.

    When will this business learn that the employees represent the company. The public, the people that keep you in business don't enjoy being treated unkindly by low class female workers who are one step up the ladder from their last job flipping hamburgers at McDonald's. Whoever is in charge of hiring and the day to day operation need to wake up and straighten things out.. A customer is everything to a business and should always be treated with respect, judging by the number of complaints regarding customer service Copart-Springfield has a serious problem that needs to be addressed immediately..

    Dishonest. Not transparent. Poor communication. Poor business model. Spent 2.5 hours trying to pay for a car with exact money orders in hand. Would not give me title until I paid extra $20 in cash that was not accounted for on bill or receipt.

    Had I not read the other reviews, probably would be a 0, went in not expecting much, but for their exorbitant final auction fees, I would expect a much better overall experience. My car started right up, I could have driven it home, but they brought it out on a loader, don't get their concept.

    My car was towed here by my insurance company and stayed for a few days. When I received it back the seat covers were missing. When I called to inquire about it they admitted that part of the process is to remove seat covers to take pictures but insisted they put them back. They claimed I must have removed them when I took my possessions out of the car. I imagine someone in the shop cut them off since they are not easily taken off and threw them away instead of leaving the evidence in the car. Probably assuming the car would be sold quickly to someone else who wouldn’t notice. They basically called me a liar and didn’t even offer an apology. I won’t do business here again.

    I advise everyone to never buy a car from Copart Springfield. Worst Copart location by far.. takes hours to get loaded, greeted by rude employees, and half the employees stand around do no work. If I could I’d rate it 0/5, please stay away.

    Poor customer service. Waited 50 minutes outside to be told that the vehicle I was picking up wasn’t there and it was at another lot so I drove the thirty minute drive to the next lot and the one employee to load wasn’t even there. Had to wait another hour and a half for him to show up. Needless to say It took from 9am to 1:30 pm to get loaded one car. So that’s four hours of Service time wasted.

    I will never" deal with this Springfield Copart ever again! It was the worst experience iv'e had. Im sure it may be good for some, just not for me. Purchased the car i desired in one place, & had to drive 35mins out of the way to get the title to the car. Really makes no sense. Long story short, Never again!!!👎

    Customer Service is worst of worst at this location! Try to preview vehicles and ended waiting 45 minutes to an hour just to get confirmation to go out to the yard. Taking advantage of Covid-19 and sitting in there office while customers wait outside to make payment or preview vehicles. Been to a lot of copart locations and this is by far the worst ever since the pandemic.

    The people at the front counter was rude and hateful. I couldn't drive my rental to my totaled car to get my personal belongings. After I got done carrying my belongings back and forth I had to write down everything I took out of my car. They need some help with customer service. They are rude.

    Definitely have to watch out what you bid on and don't trust the description. My father in law bought a car which in the description "runs and drives". The car couldn't go more than a couple of feet and it would shut itself off. We were told that "runs and drives" means that they start the car, move it forward about a foot than back a foot.

    The copart in Springfield on Golden street. The outside workers were very rude and were laughing at my request to pick up keys from a wrecked vehicle. The office worker was helpful, but the yard workers were very rude. Especially a short skinny guy.
