I would like to review the service but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get any. I waited at the front counter for about 5 minutes and the 3 employees working didn’t even look at me. I was the only customer and I don’t mind if I have to wait a bit if they’re busy, but they wouldn’t even acknowledge me so I walked out. Based on the other reviews I don’t think I’m the only one. Based on their attitude it’s probably time for new management at that place or just go strictly to online so they don’t have to be bothered with customers coming in.

Gave only one star because I can't give zero stars. My car was moved there by insurance after I was struck in traffic. After Copart received it, one of their employees cleaned it out and took it upon themselves to decide what they considered to be trash. I lost TONS of receipts and paperwork that I can't replace! Nevermind the stash of quarters that also disappeared. All I was told was "sorry". NEVER let anyone take your vehicle there after accident until you are able to get your personal items first!!!!!

The 1 star reviews for this location is 100% accurate. Every time I come here, the service gets worse. Always making stuff up and lying to me. I understand the company makes certain rules and decisions as a business and change things. However, the customer service is just unbelievably terrible. The lady at the front was rude and disrespectful for no reason and straight-up lied. Please train your employees some customer service and be to be a normal person, you don't have to be friendly just be normal.
