We ordered the part we needed and picked it up a few days later. Very professional and polite.

Not that great of customer service like others have said guy answering the phone does not have the personality for customer sales. Parts I got were good but their price is so much higher than all the other salvage yards I will drive to Montgomery to get parts before I'll pay 6x the price for the same part.

I do not know what the negative reviews are about...this is not a day spa, it's a salvage yard. I went in last week to buy a bumper for a Suburban that they had listed online and had no issues. I went in and greeted the workers like a human and proceeded to sit at the bar stool in the air conditioned store. I showed them the online listing and waited for a few minutes and talked shop with the employees. About 10 minutes later the part arrived from the shelf in the back. I paid with a credit card, got a nice yellow invoice that was printed out rather than hand-written. The part was in good shape and the yardman placed it in the back of my truck. The two guys at the counter were nice and the lady working in the back office was as well. I helped my buddy mount the bumper on his shi*box of a truck. The bulbs in the fog light assembly were functional which is also a plus.

I'll start out with the good. The parts I bought were of decent quality and so-so price. Now, the bad. Like others here have said, they are VERY poor in the customer support department. Like, atrocious. I could not believe the lack of concern for the customer from the moment I first walked in, through several phone calls, and finally when I picked up my parts. They (all of them) really do treat you like you are interrupting their day. I asked if I could see the parts before buying them. Oh no! You can't see them. That's why they catalog all them parts, so they don't have to waste time walking you out to the car to look at them. They are quick to brag about how they are the only salvage yard in this area to catalog their parts. Guess that gives them the privilege of wasting their customer's time, rather than their own. So, the parts I got (a hood and fender) were of decent quality, but they had marked a big long number across both in what looked like grease pencil. On the painted surface. Turns out, that number does not come off. I have washed, waxed, and elbow greased that number, but it is still there. I called to ask them what the magic trick was. They told me paint thinner. Kind of ruins the whole point of buying a painted part from a salvage yard rather than a new primered one. I am being gracious by giving them 2 stars.

It’s a salvage yard and you can’t expect brand new stuff. They can’t test every single part so it comes with a warranty. I had a really positive experience with these guys and will be going back in the future. There was a slight miscommunication on what exactly I needed but Matthew went above and beyond to make it right. I didn’t experience anyone that was rude or not helpful. They’ve earned my business for sure!

Don't know who works your counter and answers the phone (young guy) but he is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Perhaps customer service continuing education classes are in order. I know who NOT to call. Edited No it had nothing to do with an Amplifier.

A guy in the parts dept, evidently a manager because a young guy answered in parts and had to get this guy to tell me delivery guys number because my address don't show on GPS, he was unhelpful and smart mouthed, anyway no help or concern for me to get my part or their money.

The staff at this location are extremely rude and don't seem to know what or where anything is located on the property. The prices for there salvaged parts are more expensive than if you were to purchase them new. Don't waste your time with this business.
