They do not test their parts. If they should be bad, which is a real possibility, they will look for any excuse to not honor the warranty they promised. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. I will only go there as a last resort.

This place is very unorganized and not self motivated I waited 2 days to get an alternator they said on friday they would get it and left me sitting cor 45 minutes then come back and tell me they will have if off tomorrow I come back tomorrow and they still dont have it off and i have been here for an hour very disappointed in the service all the staff just stand around and talk and chitchat in front of customers as they stand there waiting to be helped if you come here make sure you prepare to be here for hours and the manager PAUL just stands there and never says anything to his employees.

Called and said they had the motor I needed and it was out. Drove 2 hours there and waited an hour for them to say its still on the car... She was very rude... Will not ever go back and would not aend any business there way..

Called this place for parts last week said they had them, called again today and said they had them. Got there and the spanish man was very rude saying they haven't had the car there over a year. I couldn't believe it!!! wasted my time, on top of my problem, a few more customer were having issues getting refunds and their employees are very rude to customers.

I usually get a good deal from here but my boy beto got moved up in rank so no more deals for me. But they do pull for you and prices are good. They got good inventory data

Very bad customer service. I dealt with an employee who goes by the name of Juvenal. Very rude individual and will straight lie to you about the parts being in good/working condition and having tested them before being sold. I called to see if they had a specific part and he said "just come here and find out" then he literally laughed in my face when i told him i would be driving from one hour away. Of course i make the drive, they tell me the part was tested and in good condition, i get back to my shop and part is no good. And what do you know, they don't do refunds. Stay away from this place!

The service is very bad, the windows are closed, and no one answers me there. They only sign.

Called for a used transmission. They said it would be pulled by the time we got there. When we did arrive they told us 20 min. Sat there for an hour before part was ready. Price they stated was actual price so that's a plus. Only gave me a 30 day warranty so I'll report back of I have to swap it again.
