I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Dallas Auto Recycling. I purchased a part from them with the understanding that it came with a warranty, but when the part failed, they completely refused to honor it. From the beginning, everything seemed fine — they assured me the part was in good condition and would work perfectly for my vehicle. However, just a few weeks after installation, the part malfunctioned. When I reached out to them for assistance, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Despite clearly being covered under the warranty, they tried to avoid any responsibility and kept making excuses. It was clear they had no intention of standing behind their product or their word. I kept getting the runaround with no solution in sight, and it’s incredibly disappointing when a company refuses to take accountability for the products they sell. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Dallas Auto Recycling. Their customer service is terrible, and they have no regard for honoring warranties or standing behind their products. It's not worth the hassle, and I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

Drove 2 hours to pick up a fender. Called ahead of time to confirm availability. Was told they had two in stock. Arrived walked around the whole place with a “parts puller” to come to the conclusion that they didn’t have the parts available. This is the second time within 2 years that I’ve had this problem with this place… just kind of sad they waste people’s time like this. I wouldn’t be leaving this review if I wasn’t told that they had the part and I lived two hours away. All in all 4 1/2 hours wasted driving and walking around the salvage yard. Definitely be aware if you live far away from this place and have to travel to pick up parts.

I recently purchased a transmission from Dallas Auto Recycling, and it was nothing but a nightmare. The transmission arrived faulty, and when I reached out to them for a refund or an exchange, they completely ignored my request. They don’t care about customer satisfaction or standing behind their products. I’ve been dealing with the frustration of a faulty part, and they have shown zero willingness to make things right. This is a scam operation that takes your money and offers no accountability. Please do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. Stay far away from Dallas Auto Recycling!
