    Above and beyond helpful!! Friendly, Polite & Upbeat staff/employees!! In the rare case they don't have what you need/ looking for-they don't stop there....They will call/network helping to get you what you need. They go above the norm. Always have for as far back as I can remember. I have sent & recommend many, many, MANY people their way hearing nothing but positive feedback!! Always good things said!! Rob is one of the good one's so it's no wonder DIRKES is, has & will stay great!!!! Thanks for ALL the help over the years-!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    CHECK AMAZON, EBAY, AUTOZONE ETC before buying. You're already trying to save money. Used prices for typical things like pulleys and suspension parts are almost as much new online. Also, check for the assembly price if your buy a part. Example would be buy the whole tensioner with pulley instead of the just the pulley as it's only a few bucks more. Sure you can get a used engine on Amazon for these prices but for little things, it's a waste of money. I swear, depending on the day and the person at the window, its a crapshoot on the price they will give. And because you never know the actual price until you get to the window, it becomes an argument you always lose. Used to really like this place but it's a giant mess now, brands are mixed and pricing all over. Remember too, you have to pull off whatever part so you're doing the job twice. Plus $2 to get in. And you end up covered in mud and 75% they don't have what you need.

    Don’t come here unless you want to be charged 25% on a $500 down payment for parts, and get harassed after wanting a refund when they said they couldn’t get the parts after all. They also wanted to charge 35% if a credit card was used, when it wasn’t it was all cash. That’s almost 55% charge for receiving nothing in return, they’re scammers and have no customer service. I say take your business elsewhere.

    Great prices never had a problem finding parts for cars here. Dirks also sell cars on the lot as well. Friendly staff and easy to find your car's model & make because they have are the cars in the same group. Despite being a junkyard felt safe walking around here and getting my parts - ( Closed on major Holidays) - Pull yard /Junkyard Hours - Open Seven Days a week 9 am to 430pm - Sun 9 am to 230pm - Full-Service office hours 9a5 pmpm- (shipping & handling parts)

    My boyfriend and I love coming here to find parts!! It is $2 per person to enter, you must be 18+ to enter and ya gotta wear closed toe shoes!! Its $1 to rent a wheel barrel which is super cheap. We bring our tools and walk around to find if they have our vehicle there. It can be a hit or miss, but you can call ahead and see if they have your car. We usually find what we need and they have a ton of cars there organized in the lot. Prices are reasonable and are cheaper than what you would find on ebay or new. You do take a gamble in hoping the part works, but you can usually see if the part is damaged or not when you pull it. Be careful walking around and doing work. This place saved us alot of money and I enjoy repurposing working parts from salvaged vehicles on mine!!

    Nicely organized u pull it by manufacturer. Older models generally 10 years or older, reasonable prices. Only issue is no inventory list on line, but great selection so you have to go there to seek your vehicle. i found the vehicle i was looking for easily. Associates there nice to speak with too. Worth a trip if your looking for older parts

    I feel so bad I bought then a engine for my honda and the motor no bring the vin number I called then for then to change and giveme another one with the vin number and they said no it's illegal to sell motor without the vin number

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered a party from them and got confirmation to pick up. Drove 40 mins to pick up the part and 40 mins back to have it installed, only to find out it was the wrong part! When I called, the gentleman (refused to disclose his name) who incorrectly ordered the part offered to order the correct part, and told me I could pick it up the following day. Not one apology for the mistake, even after I disclosed all the wasted resources due to his mistake. No discount or credit offered. Talked over me the entire time. I asked to speak with the manager and was put on the phone with the owner. I began to express how I felt about the transaction and the previous representative, and the owner told me that he really didn’t care how I felt and that I had the option of either getting the new part or a refund. Immediately after, he stated that the part was on back order and the only option I had was to return the incorrect part and get a refund. As a business owner myself and having worked in the customer service industry for 15 years plus, I am appalled at that level of inconsideration and unprofessionalism. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and personal integrity when patronizing an establishment.

    I could care less about the other reviews posted here, I'm here to talk about my experience only. So, I had called in for a sunroof glass for my vehicle. Although, i needed only the glass and not the assembly, someone from the office CLEARLY told me that it comes with the assembly regardless..AND that's exactly what all the other places told me including AA Auto Salvage in Williamstown (never had issue with them in past) . If someone from Dirks is reading this give a call at Auto Salvage if you guys like to make sure and they'll say same thing that It comes with assembly and it's the same price they were charging me there. Maybe 10 bucks more but that's with full assembly (tracks n motor)... I live 40 mins away from Dirks and we were looking to give them a lot of business as we just opened up couple car garages. But I guess I might as well take my business else where as they were unable to resolve the issue. I was not going to wait another 2-3 days for a replacement, and i would've been okay if they simply refunded me for this product. However, they said there would be a restocking fee which I clearly understand, it's part of business, but I shouldn't be responsible for that if I was not in fault. It's their mistake. All my calls get recorded and I bet if I get that recording from my phone company, the audio will have someone from Dirks clearly stating my sunroof glass will come with come with assembly which actually makes sense especially when Auto Salvage and other places also mentioned the same And had the same price. Normally, when there is nothing positive to say about an experience with a business, i prefer not posting a review, but today i just felt cheated, especially when i was TOLD a certain thing, but i guess it is what it is..Moral of this lengthy Story is when someone pays for a product, they expect to receive the proper products in exchange... have a good day

    I needed a windshield and safelite was charging over 800 to replace contacted Dirkes ordered a brand new windshield which came in 2 days and had it installed for less than half the price I was quoted

    I came here to get a tail light for my husband's Mazda 6. Google tried sending me an extra 20 minutes further than what I needed to go, good things looked up or I would have totally missed it. It's right on the main road, black horse Pike . Recommend absolutely. it's quite the drive for me but I'd go again if I needed another part. U pull it area is cash only. Inside is credit cards.

    This place is Amazing for saving money on used parts. Most accessions I find what I'm searching for. There are moments the car or part's aren't available but return in a week or two and you'll find what's needed. Also part's are available next door already removed from cars. Definitely My Go To Place for Auto Parts 👍👍👍

    Great place to find parts , make sure you have boots or sneakers you don't care to get dirty and is $2 to enter and you must be 18 or older to get in, the people up front are cool as well. Only thing is is a little scary for me it was given 13 ghost effects, lol.

    Thank you DIRKS FAMILY, for making this place so easy to search for parts. My father, "old school" mechanic, loved coming here for many years. Sadly he passed away. It's why I haven't returned.     Maybe a 30 minute drive but we’ll worth it with the money I have said by to going there. My daughter’s car needed her map light replaced and a mount for her passenger side sunvisor. A guy on Marketplace threw out a price of $90. Found what I was looking for at Dirkes for $12. Can’t beat it!

    Very helpful. called looking for a part for a 07 truck and they told me they had the part and a price in under 5 min. they even told me more about the part the manual didn't mention saving me headache and possibly getting the wrong part and damaging my electrical system. i will be using them again for parts in the future.

    Needed a motor for my Honda. Called them and actually found one (which was a difficult process). Not only did they find one but it had low mileage and the pricing was better then anyone else I had spoken to. Then they gave me a recommendation on a mechanic. He did such a wonderful job putting the motor in. He went above and beyond to make sure the entire vehicle was in tip top shape. If your looking for fair pricing, great help, and great service look no further.

    Decent price, some staff are rude for no reason though. After I was told take a pic after drawing on the car what I want then come to the front for a price, there wasn't enough time before close to get the estimate. I was told I could just send the picture because me being there in person does not change their ability to judge (based off that photo they said to take) a price. When I called the next day, the guy kept speaking over me and getting an attitude when I tried to point that out (plus the fact I was told by staff to do it) it's an hour ride to go there and an hour back plus time there. It's honestly a little unprofessional how rude he was for absolutely no reason. When I dug further I saw pretty much all the complaints seem to be mainly about this one male character with an attitude. He's probably the same guy who was rude to me. Dude there was no reason for you to act like that towards me and I wish you had provided better customer service. There was no reason I couldn't have sent it after being told I could. If it was a price I wasn't able to pay right now or not ok with, that would be two hours and some change out my day plus gas for nothing. That's a whole lot to put on the customer man when you could have just said send the photo and also upheld what was told to me by another employee. Hope you aren't so angry with customers in the future

    Don't expect them to honor any warranty they advertise. They will just say it's your fault. Rude staff terrible customer service. The Part I bought was advertised with a 90 day warranty I have the emails and original posting saved. Called with problems over 5 times and emailed them Nobody ever got back to me even though they repeatedly told me that someone would. And yeah they pulled it...... Pulled it messed it up sent it to me anyway then say it's my fault "To bad 90 days is up now because we never got back to you.
