Needed my car towed to a dealership and KEITH was there within about 20 minutes to get the job done. Very impressed with the fast dispatch and towing process. Good price.

Went in for an old rim for a relative. I was sent to their other location. Staff there went right to it. If you're looking for an old part check here first. If they say they have it, they have it. I was advised in advance to make sure it was what I needed before purchasing. There is a no refund policy so know what you're looking for. That was fair.

I had my car towed here after it stopped working while driving. As they are only open 8-5, and I work 8-5, it took me about a week to make it in there. I signed all of the work release forms and everything. Then, a few days later, I got a call from Joanna, I assume the receptionist. She said she contacted geico (my insurance company that covered the cost of the tow), she looked through old records, she looked everywhere and absolutely could not find any record of my car ever being there. I obviously panicked, and started contacting ed’s Tires to see if maybe it was towed to one of those locations. And then about 3 days later I got a voicemail FROM JOANNA basically asking me when the hell I was gonna come into the store and sign the work release forms for my car. So my car was there all along and I was run around the whole f****** city trying to find out where my car was. And then it was $350 just to replace an alternator. F****** rip off & poor poor service

Should have checked the reviews first. Came in for an inspection, my registration says I'm good until 1/2019. Mechanic says he'll check but it must be wrong. My windows are dark and most decent people will say before hand if my windows will pass or not but they went ahead and did the inspection, and waited until after to tell me they can't pass my windows. So I pay $33.75 for a failed inspection. Decided to call the DMV to ask about the 2019 inspection date and they say that I'm good. Go back to Ed's who then refuses to give me a refund when they did an inspection that wasnt needed.

Been taking our family vehicles there for years and never had issues like these bad reviews! Their prices are better than most and are good at their job. I do wish whoever answered the phone was a bit more experienced with good customer service while talking to customers.

Poor service, rude and apathetic workers, and no respect for customers' vehicles and their personal lives whatsoever. I wish I could give no stars for this review. My fiancé and I went to retrieve items from our car, which had been towed after an accident, and we found that our GPS had been stolen. When we confronted the service crew about it, they "claimed" that they never saw a GPS in the car to begin with, even though it was stuck to the windshield as one of the guys towed it from the scene of the accident. On top of that, they were quick to express their ignorance of how insurance claims worked, and they could barely answer any of the questions we asked them about anything (because they "just didn't know"). Overall, I was horrified by these disrespectful, thieving, nasty people, and I will make sure to warn my friends and family about Ed's Auto Services. It is a horrible, awful place >:(

Where do I start. Other than the rude money hungry employees eds ILLEGALLY towed my vehicle and will not release it to me even though the tow truck drivers clearly saw the title to my vehicle and told me "sucks to suck this vehicle is not leaving my truck once It's already loaded" so rather than giving the drivers a hard time out of respect I told them I will be down to pick my car up the next day so I went down the next day to try to civilly talk to them to inform them the vehicle was illegally towed under false pretenses they still told me they will not release my vehicle and I have to pay for the tow and the storage of the vehicle. They are just trying to suck money out of me and will do the same to you. I HIGHLY suggest avoiding these scam artists.
