Horrible experience. I am an elementary teacher in the fayetteville area. I had my car towed by Ed's and the driver was told DO NOT DRIVE the vehicle. When he got to the shop, the mechanic said he watched him drive it off the rollback and drive it across the parking lot. When he did this because of the rear brake system being down, he over extended the caliper and added that job to my bill. An extra $233. I called and was very kind and asked them to please cover that since it is the fault of the tow driver and was yelled at and told to have a nice day. I will be talking to a lawyer because it is not okay for someone to mess up and not cover the cost for their mess up. I would have given this place 0 stars but that wasn't an option. If you need a tow, go somewhere else!

This place was AWESOME and literally only took 10 minutes to get my mom's car inspected and paid for! Will never go to another place for my car inspections!

I worked with Jimmy in salvage to find a part, he was super helpful and took his time to make sure it was the right one. Good hard working ethical people here.

Needed my car towed to a dealership and KEITH was there within about 20 minutes to get the job done. Very impressed with the fast dispatch and towing process. Good price.

Been taking our family vehicles there for years and never had issues like these bad reviews! Their prices are better than most and are good at their job. I do wish whoever answered the phone was a bit more experienced with good customer service while talking to customers.

I had my car towed here after it stopped working while driving. As they are only open 8-5, and I work 8-5, it took me about a week to make it in there. I signed all of the work release forms and everything. Then, a few days later, I got a call from Joanna, I assume the receptionist. She said she contacted geico (my insurance company that covered the cost of the tow), she looked through old records, she looked everywhere and absolutely could not find any record of my car ever being there. I obviously panicked, and started contacting ed’s Tires to see if maybe it was towed to one of those locations. And then about 3 days later I got a voicemail FROM JOANNA basically asking me when the hell I was gonna come into the store and sign the work release forms for my car. So my car was there all along and I was run around the whole f****** city trying to find out where my car was. And then it was $350 just to replace an alternator. F****** rip off & poor poor service

I used this tow company through USAA. Tony showed up and he was very kind. He confirmed drop off location and the company kept me informed of all ETAs. Very appreciative.

Poor service, rude and apathetic workers, and no respect for customers' vehicles and their personal lives whatsoever. I wish I could give no stars for this review. My fiancé and I went to retrieve items from our car, which had been towed after an accident, and we found that our GPS had been stolen. When we confronted the service crew about it, they "claimed" that they never saw a GPS in the car to begin with, even though it was stuck to the windshield as one of the guys towed it from the scene of the accident. On top of that, they were quick to express their ignorance of how insurance claims worked, and they could barely answer any of the questions we asked them about anything (because they "just didn't know"). Overall, I was horrified by these disrespectful, thieving, nasty people, and I will make sure to warn my friends and family about Ed's Auto Services. It is a horrible, awful place >:(

Should have checked the reviews first. Came in for an inspection, my registration says I'm good until 1/2019. Mechanic says he'll check but it must be wrong. My windows are dark and most decent people will say before hand if my windows will pass or not but they went ahead and did the inspection, and waited until after to tell me they can't pass my windows. So I pay $33.75 for a failed inspection. Decided to call the DMV to ask about the 2019 inspection date and they say that I'm good. Go back to Ed's who then refuses to give me a refund when they did an inspection that wasnt needed.

I call about a ECM they told me they had one at Ramsey Rd location. For me to call when I was on the way so I did. When I got to Ramsey Rd The manager said he didn't have it. It took me an hour an 20 minutes to get there. They had plenty of time to call me back an tell me they didn't have it.

If you are considering Ed's Auto Services, I would greatly advise you not to. This company is nothing more than a money sucking joke, unless you enjoy the run-a rounds. My (ex) wife called Eds to tow one of my cars from her house after I left it there for a week when we broke up. When I tried to get my car back they denied ever having it and were completely rude and disrespectful about the whole situation. The title was in the car when they towed it but i still had the keys and bill of sale in hand, I believe they lied about having my car so they could sell it 30 days later and profit from my loss. They told me to bad so sad and I haven,t seen the car since. police haven,t done a thing and this company is run by a bunch of con artists. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY.

Where do I start. Other than the rude money hungry employees eds ILLEGALLY towed my vehicle and will not release it to me even though the tow truck drivers clearly saw the title to my vehicle and told me "sucks to suck this vehicle is not leaving my truck once It's already loaded" so rather than giving the drivers a hard time out of respect I told them I will be down to pick my car up the next day so I went down the next day to try to civilly talk to them to inform them the vehicle was illegally towed under false pretenses they still told me they will not release my vehicle and I have to pay for the tow and the storage of the vehicle. They are just trying to suck money out of me and will do the same to you. I HIGHLY suggest avoiding these scam artists.

Went in for an old rim for a relative. I was sent to their other location. Staff there went right to it. If you're looking for an old part check here first. If they say they have it, they have it. I was advised in advance to make sure it was what I needed before purchasing. There is a no refund policy so know what you're looking for. That was fair.

I've had a great experience with the tow truck driver. He picked up my vehicle in less than 30 minutes and towed it to the shop of my choice.

Lots of other places in Fayetteville to go, I would suggest finding one of those places. The people here don't care about service or quality and sure don't have anyone's interest in mind but their own.

Poor quality work. Uses junkyard parts without first checking serviceability. Does not honor warranty. Takes advantage of drivers that are ignorant about automobile maintenance.
