Just would like to say that I was thrilled with my experience here. Made an appointment the night before for 8am and got right in the next morning. Took my truck to get an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection and got it for an extremely reasonable price and the folks were nice as well. Definitely would recommend over Jiffy Lube who charged me $120 just to get an oil change done. Thanks guys!

ZERO STARS! These are most rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful people I've ever encountered in my entire life that interact with the customers who have lost their cars to an accident. They think we come in there to STEAL our own belongings the way they act. Insurance companies & the police need to stop working with them for everyone's sanity and well being. There is NO REASON for them to go through my wallet in the center console looking for my registration when it's clipped right inside!

This place towed my vehicle yesterday and either the person that towed it rummaged through my arm rest and glove box throwing my stuff everywhere or they left it unlocked and someone else did. Either way they are responsible. If they tow your vehicle make sure you or someone else is with them when they drop it off. When I called them they automatically denied any wrong doing without so much as asking for the driver and investigating so they obviously don’t care about your business. I will be calling Usaa to file a complaint and hopefully they loose their business. They suck.
