I have been there several times for parts. Call first. And he calls when it's ready. No fuss. It is one of my top on list when looking for parts. I will always call him in the top 5 I call. Better than running all the way to Greeley. I say .... Thank you for all the help.

I hope for you that you're uppity neighbors so I will leave you alone it's a junkyard and then I guess they built a neighborhood around the corner now and people all the sudden think that something's probably been there for 40 years needs to change because they just moved in

Stay away from this place. A friend and I showed up to ask for a part. An old guy who we assumed is the owner directed us to park in the driveway but mumbled something we couldn't hear. Apparently he wanted us to park such that there was room to walk around our pickup. As soon as we started opening the doors he got aggressive and pointed to where we need to be. We thought that was strange, maybe he was just having a bad day. We persevered because this was the last junkyard that might have a chance at the part we needed. So, after we park he asks us what we need, we tell him, and he mumbles again something about how he's the only one there and we can't walk around the yard and look. Instead he says he will go to the office and check his computer to see if he has it. We assume we should follow him and start walking with him, when he turns around and yells at us: "I'm gonna tell you again because you can't seem to listen. You need to wait inside your truck!" I felt like I was in Deliverance with some redneck yelling at me. We didn't want to start a fight with the guy so we waited back at the truck. After about 20 minutes there was no still sign of the owner returning to us. We didn't want to walk to the office and risk another insane encounter so we took off. It is absolutely shocking to me that someone like this would have a business where he has to deal with the public. I have never seen anyone so quick to fly into a rage. He does not deserve one penny of business in Fort Collins.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! So happy I called before going in. How the F*** is this company even still in business!?!? It seems like for the most part the “Old Redneck” dude that owns the place is why most people leave bad reviews. He said he had a few that just got in when I said what kinda vehicle part was for but then he didn’t understand what part I was looking and middle of explaining just said “what do you not understand about the fact I said I just sold that part” then hung up!!!!

It's a junkyard, folks. And it's a small business. If you keep your expectations reasonable, you'll have a much more pleasant experience. I called for a part for a 25 year old car, within a few days, i had my part at a decent price. Parking, and getting in and out can be an issue, but other than that i had no problems with doing business here.

I went to this junkyard and there wasn't even a parking lot! Had to wait 20 minutes to pull out of the driveway, because there was a car behind me. Also the whole property is a very sketchy place, with the office run down. The owner wanted to charge me $75 for an ECU! I ended up going to Denver and getting one for a little under $20. Please don't waste your time here, go to Aragon's, which is a 10 minute drive north of here.

You don’t go to a salvage yard for “customer service”. Depending on the day, the owner is fairly open to negotiating prices. The guys are absolute surgeons when it comes to getting to the part you need. One of the best yards on the I25 corridor.

This junkyard is really improving on great quality, part availability and customer service. Was there the other day for a wiring harness & they pulled one for me in a little less than 30 mins! I gotta say ever since last year these guys are a huge improvement! Prices here beat even Aragons & Scott’s across the street!

Called them to get cash for my wrecked vehicle. They offered 100$. After 9 phone calls and 3 days after they were to pick it up. 2 very rude kids showed up, loaded it up then called the owner which stated he will pay nothing for the vehicle (again AFTER they loaded the vehicle). When trying to call him back he would not answer his phone. Complete scam artists. BEWARE of this company!

I had a great experience here. They found a hard to find part for me with NO drama. Fair price as well. Very accommodating! Parking is very limited here, you may need to park at Wal-Mart and walk over. Be patient. This is an old school salvage yard.

Great service and even better prices! And frankly I'm disgusted with some of the reviews left here. It's a salvage yard people, not Macy's. Leave your attitude at the door, be respectful, be courteous, and you will receive the same in kind. In other words, act like your momma taught ya and lose the attitude. Geeeeez.

Owner asked what we needed, had the parts and said good luck those aren't for sale here. Guy is not trying to run a business and is basically a hoarder that doesn't want anyone inside or anyone buying anything. Don't waste your time and money driving to check this place out because he won't sell it...

They have almost every car from 1980-2010 but good luck getting any parts off them. They have NEVER returned my calls or called me when my parts are ready to be picked up. Price wise they seem to be consistently double then Andersons Salvage and require a $20 minimum. As far as customer service goes the people that work there seem helpful but the owner is rude. I remember him telling me that because I was younger I had money to blow before he overcharged me on a part. Save yourself the trouble and go to Anderson Salvage in Greeley or a salvage yard in Denver. I'ts a real shame because it's a nice looking yard.

Was sent here to purchase an engine. Took weeks to get it removed instead of days, as we were told. Went there once and couldn't find anyone. Went there a second time and was given a bad attitude and he wanted paid before I could look at the engine. Engine ended up not being the one I needed, of course. Stay away

Gilbert was very helpful. They got the part I needed and went out of their way to get it installed for a fair price. I called in last thing on a Friday and they called me in and serviced my car on Saturday morning.

Worst service ever. Said they had the part I was looking for. Took my cc info. week later had not pulled part. When I followed up said they didn't have the part. Said they would check another yard and call me. Never did. Don't waste your time

Very rude and unhelpful. I called multiple times on different occasions to ask about parts I was interested in buying and the last time I called he very rudely said “no we sure don’t, bye” and hung up. Maybe take a communications class to brush up on your customer service

Even after reading bad reviews i still decided to go because it was far cheaper, the place looks sketchy and uninviting. But i actually got great service not once but twice even was told if i had any issues they would replace the part!

I went 2hrs out of my way to be lied to, yelled at, and violently menaced If there were less starts to give, I would give them less stars. I spent 15 minutes just being yelled at by a violent little man who had every hallmark of a drug addict. All the while being told that they didn't have a vehicle I knew for a fact (I had looked at it in the past) they had, and that he wouldn't sell me the part, and then that if they had the part, it would be unsafe, and then that it (the part he had just established that was useless and worthless) would be prohibitively expensive anyway.

Very bad customer service. This is the second time I've been here. Both times I was promised my part the next day 3weeks later I finally got the part. This time was even worse. 3 days in a row I was promised my part and didn't receive it. Even though I told him I needed that part so I could fix my vehicle and get back and forth to work! He obviously does not care. I will NEVER go to this place again!

When I asked if they had a type of car they were very disrespectful about it when they told me they smashed them. You don't feel that safe there and, they have an aditude to every thing you ask them. Last, Parts are way to expensive for what they are worth.

This is a fine auto-salvage yard. Know this before coming...there is VERY limited parking, so parking in the Wal-mart lot and walking across the street is a GOOD IDEA, because you might get blocked in or block someone else in. he also does NOT have a huge staff of employees, so PLEASE be patient. Calling first is a good idea.

I have done business with Fred for many years, always a great experience, It helps, if your have some idea, what you are talking about, before you go out there, he knows his stuff, and is very helpful, but he is not going to fix your car for you, he sells parts, and good ones at that!

If I could give zero stars I would! They no nothing about the business and the old guy that drives a beat blue car has the worst customer service. Seriously, who doesn't like making money? This guy needs a new profession because he is the worst. I can't believe he has 3 stars?!

Called to ask if their property was open to walking and looking around, and the guy who answered had a horrible attitude saying “My yard is a fully functioning salvage yard and i do not allow you to go walking around my property” (assuming its because i am a young adult and older folks like to do those things). WOULDNT RECCOMEND BUYING PARTS OFF THIS GUY!
