I'd been searching with no luck for months for a replacement Sunroof Glass for my 28-year-old (restored) Honda Coupe. Gilbert&Mitchell showed a photo on the web of the exact car, so I gave them a call. Jeff answered and even though it was apparent the day was a busy one, he listened carefully to what I was looking for... Researched it and called me back with great news. Even sent me photos of the part! He and his colleagues were also able to find a few other components I wanted. Carefully packed them for shipping and sent them to me arriving quickly and in perfect condition. In these days where it seems like Customer Service is impossible to find, I have to say these guys were awesome and I'd recommend them without hesitation!

After trying to find an inflatable spare tire for my Chrysler Pacifica locally I got the phone number of Gilbert & Mitchell from a salvage yard in Des Moines, Iowa. Tom took the time to locate the parts and send video so I knew exactly what I was buying. Tom was very helpful and great to work with.

Paid $80 for 2 fender flares for a 2006 Subaru outback. Whoever removed them used a screwdriver and damaged them beyond use. Being charged that much for trim pieces, I'd expect a little more care during removal.Edit to reply to Gilbert & Mitchell: I did contact your company and was told there is a no refund policy, and that I should've have inspected the parts there. And I was also told that there wasnt another car to get them off of. And I wouldn't want another set through your company after how I was treated and how poorly the flares were taken off in the first place. Bash your employees that don't know how to remove trim without damage. Not the customer. Especially when I was told no refunds and should've inspected them before I left.

He was kind of moody but we got the parts we needed after sitting in the hot sun for awhile. Then another car pulled in and that's when they came out and helped us. Then he was nice the rest of the way. But I thank him for the help! Plus getting us the part.

I got in a bad accident and totaled my car, it was stuck on the side of the road and Tommy from Gilbert and Mitchell helped me out to get it towed to their lot and then gave me a very fair price for my vehicle. Very much appreciate these guys
