Paid $80 for 2 fender flares for a 2006 Subaru outback. Whoever removed them used a screwdriver and damaged them beyond use. Being charged that much for trim pieces, I'd expect a little more care during removal. Edit to reply to Gilbert & Mitchell: I did contact your company and was told there is a no refund policy, and that I should've have inspected the parts there. And I was also told that there wasnt another car to get them off of. And I wouldn't want another set through your company after how I was treated and how poorly the flares were taken off in the first place. Bash your employees that don't know how to remove trim without damage. Not the customer. Especially when I was told no refunds and should've inspected them before I left.

I called yesterday and went today. Everyone was very professional and they had the part i went for at an extremely reasonable price. In the past I've always gotten my shoes muddy walking thru a salvage yard but not at Gilbert and Mitchell Auto Parts! I recommend with 5 stars to patronize this company as I will again.
