Paid $80 for 2 fender flares for a 2006 Subaru outback. Whoever removed them used a screwdriver and damaged them beyond use. Being charged that much for trim pieces, I'd expect a little more care during removal. Edit to reply to Gilbert & Mitchell: I did contact your company and was told there is a no refund policy, and that I should've have inspected the parts there. And I was also told that there wasnt another car to get them off of. And I wouldn't want another set through your company after how I was treated and how poorly the flares were taken off in the first place. Bash your employees that don't know how to remove trim without damage. Not the customer. Especially when I was told no refunds and should've inspected them before I left.

I called yesterday and went today. Everyone was very professional and they had the part i went for at an extremely reasonable price. In the past I've always gotten my shoes muddy walking thru a salvage yard but not at Gilbert and Mitchell Auto Parts! I recommend with 5 stars to patronize this company as I will again. Tom and Jeff have helped me out tremendously over the years from a transmission for my mustang with low miles for a great price. To even small things like an trans dipstick tube for my Colorado. And recently Tom helped me get a master window switch for my truck when my stepdad who works at a local yard didn’t even have one in stock. And eBay sellers wanted over $200 for. Super helpful people fast at pulling parts and easy to exchange core charges with when it comes to transmissions and engines. Do not hesitate to go see these guys.

They have set hours of operation, compared to other places in the same area where you're lucky to find someone in the office during the busiest time of day. This place sucks I ordered a part at 835 in the morning and it only takes like 5 min yo remove this part they tell it will be ready in a few hours after calling and going back up there they tell me it the first work order in the morning for a 5 min part and when I keep asking when I am gonna get my part the guy keeps getting a attitude with me like Iam bothering him. If he would have said well ha e it tomorrow that fine but don't keep blowing me off like we'll have it ready in a little bit I will never buy from this place again

This place is horrible. They have the worst customer service you can possibly have. They will answer and put you on hold without asking. They will leave you on hold several minutes. They will cop an attitude if you ask them any questions. Adam was very rude and has no customer service skills at all. They will try to sell you a part with something wrong hoping you wont catch it. If you do catch they get smart and say well it will be a few days before I get another. Like its the customers fault they messed up. Just typical grease monkey auto parts yard who does not care about any customer. I highly suggest never using them unless they are the last option within 50 miles.

Ordered a part on October7, 2020 and they sent me an invoice showing that the part was shipped on the 8th. I called on the 12th and was emphatically told that the part left their facility on the 8th. i called ups and they told me that the part was never shipped. I checked the tracking on the 13th and it shows that it was shipped on the 12th. I called to complain and all they had to say was sorry! Very rude and unapologetic. I guess customer service is going down the drain everywhere! I was told you are right! several times.

I will NEVER go to this JUNKYARD again. I could not use the parts that I bought from them because they gave me rusted parts. I didn't want to buy the parts at the palce, but they had a really hard time to remove the parts from an old car. Three people worked about two hours to remove the parts that they sold me for just $110. I was sorry for them for what they were doing, but the parts cannot be used. They'd better find a job and close the business..

sold me a 4.6l Ford V8. Once installed, it didnt run right. They kept saying they stood behind every engine they sell but wouldnt put it in writing. well i fell for it and ended up getting screwed. The guy kept saying they would let me know when they got another one in, but never called. I called there and said i was looking for a 4.6l without telling them who i was. they said yes they had several available. I said "that's great because you owe me one." Never got an engine.
