My wife and daughter were driving across the country and had white splatter in their engine bay. Being 1000 miles away I couldn’t do anything but could only guess it was coolant and a possible water pump or hose issue. I called Gille Auto (based on these reviews) and they told me to have her come by and they’d get on it right away, but a water pump would be a day or two (no pump for her Prius in town). My wife said she drove in, popped the hood, and they came out and wiped up some of the splatter with his fingers. Felt it, and asked if they’d hit some big puddles. They had driven through Glacier National Park in the rain the day before. He said it was mud, not coolant. Coolant levels were fine. No leaks. He walked away and refused payment.<br><br>I can’t tell you how much of a kind act this was. The honesty, consideration, and quick response was a huge blessing for us. Thank you!
