If I could give a negative review I would. Had my motor swapped about 4 months ago. They only offer a 1 month warranty on a engine swap. Since having the engine redone I've replaced a water pump, alternator and now going on to replacing the timing chains. All because either was sold a faulty motor. Parts and labor cost me $4,000.00. Will never use this place again.

Major consensus about this place is known to mechanics and anyone who generally works on cars downriver. YOU ONLY BUY FROM HERE IF YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CHOICE. They overcharge on a lot of parts n act like they are bestowing you some great deal they love to change price on you from phone/online compared to when you come in. Management is completely rude EVEN TO OWN EMPLOYEES. One time i had to get a fusion mirror here for a friend the price on phone was cheaper than when i got in there and the guy eventually changed it to price discussed but whilst doing this his superior was literally berating the guy infront of me saying hes giving away his "Late model stuff" which was ridiculous when every other place was cheaper but this was right color and friend couldn't wait. I have many stories like this. Right now they have 2 parts i need same color for a car we fixing, called my boss and soon as i said GLENS he said he would rather paint the whole car than buy from this place. That's the type of place this is. They hassle you terribly if you ever have to return something. They don't respect their own workers they definitely don't respect their customers.

Popped a tire and had some damage done to my rims thanks to Michigan roads. I got a new rim and tire which they put together for me in around 30 minutes. Very helpful staff as well.

Sara and John truly took great care of me. I needed a window regulator and handle for my Hyundai and they were able to secure quality parts at reasonable prices. Great customer service and you can even get jumping cables for $10 bucks right in their lobby! I'm so glad I found them. They're conveniently located in Taylor off Telegraph and I-75 and regardless of your location, they are worth the drive. Cash only facility and they will take care of you and stand by their sales/products with time restricted warranty or store credit. Can't go wrong with guarantees like this. Thank you Glen's! I'll definitely share with a friend and will come back if I ever need parts!!

I drove an hour after i called for 2017 kia optima front bumper, spoke to an agent for a price of 700$ for full assembly. I get there this other dude has an attitude that he wants 1100$ for the bumper or i go drive 4 hours to get one for cheaper. Unprofessional customer service. Stick to a price, also the bumper is damaged he claims to fix it if i pay 1k after agreed to 700$ not damaged 🤣

Shout out to Mickey, he was professional, very nice, friendly atmosphere. I needed a battery $55 instead of 160 @ autozone. I received it fast, it was also installed (because it was easy to access) . I also for a deal on a cv axle.. Thanks for everything! Def got to check this place out and get your used parts. 😁

The rep was very nasty and talked to me as if I didn't know what part I needed. I dont think I can ever go back to this place. I am big on customer service and if I am mistreated, I refuse to spend a dime at a company that don't value their customers.

I got a flat tire and they were closed but the owner was still there. He opened up the store, got a tire for me and changed my tire. Best part, he didn't charge me hundreds of dollars! This guy is the best! You don't find to many good people who are willing to help you these days!

We were on our way to the airport and got a flat tire right near Glen's. We pulled in the driveway and they were closing. They stayed and fixed our tire and gave us a great price. Amazing service!

Sold me bad alternator and I took it back the same day they refused to refund or exchanged they are scam not good people to do business with
