starting from the beginning, I contacted glens in regards to a Jaguar engine they had listed on car-parts. the engine was listed for 4295 but I made a deal with a josh as I had to drive all the way from Cleveland Ohio he agreed to do 4000$ and a 250$ core. I arrange time off from my very busy shop and get my truck ready to head over when they called me back raising the price to 4500$ with a 350$ Core so they raised me 600$. I didn't care because It was still a decent deal and they swore up and down that this engine was flawless and it had no issues. I get the engine I had to switch oil pans and when I removed the oil pan on the new engine it was nothing but sludge and metal and the timing chains had excessive play. when I called them and sent them photo age of this they argued and said that this was normal and it was from sitting on there shelf for over 1 year. I am jaguar Range Rover certified. They ended up taking they engine back but charge me 1000$ and wouldn't give me the money because the 'owner' wanted it inspected so they held me there trying to get me to leave for over 3 hours before I got thrown a check in a rudely manner. not once did anyone with authority in this junkyard come out to talk to me instead they coward behind there salesman. I was really looking forward to having a conversation with the owners like a man would but they just hid in the back! I HATE TO SEE PEOPLE ACT LIKE THIS IN THIS INDUSTRY. NO INTEGRITY NO HONOR. MY RECIPT NEVER MENTIONED A RESTOCK FEE AND THE ENGINE WAS STILL UNDER 'WARRANTY' SO IDK HOW THEY RUN THEIR BUISNESS BUT THEY ARE NO GOOD SCAMMERS WHO SELL GARBAGE PARTS AND ARMORAL STUFF UP. PLEASE DONT COMMENT ON THIS REVIEW YOU GUYS HAVE MY NUMBER SAY SOMETHING. BECAUSE YOU GUYS DIDNT HAVE A WORD TO SAY TO ME WHEN I WAS IN YOUR WAITING ROOM FOR 3 HOURS BUNCH OF COWARDS

Went to Glens to pick up a part with my buddy. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They helped to locate a window motor for my 1999 toyota 4runner. A 25 year old truck, not many yards have trucks that old Glen's found me Thank to Glen's I don't have to check all over the web for my parts.

Just went down to the shop a couple hours ago to get some wheels for my CRV. The wheels were in great shape, came with the lug nuts and center caps, and was about $30 cheaper per wheel than most of the ones on eBay. They had the best price for these wheels out of all the other shops I looked at in the area. I dealt with Walter, who was a nice guy. He also gave me some tips on finding some other parts I’m in need of as well. I was about to head to Belle Tire after to get some new tires for the wheels, but to my surprise, they also balance and install wheels there. I ended up getting a lightly used set of Michelins for $400 installed, and it took them like 30 mins to do it. They saved me time and money. Thanks guys! -Roberto
