The counter guy Rob sold me a door for my 2007 F 450 I sent a guy down to look at it. And noticed that it had a dent in it and was able to talk it down from $200 to 188.50 but it still needed to be pulled off of the vehicle so I would have to return to get the door once my driver got back to our shop. He called and said it was sold already but wouldn’t give me my money back but would find me a new door. He told me he had one. That they had just gotten from an auction so it hadn’t been taken off yet. I sent a guy down to pick it up but it was going to cost me an extra $120 When looking the door over Rob realize that the door had some issues with it and the person that was supposed to pick up the previous door didn’t show up for it so he sold me my same door that was sold to me for $188.50 for an extra $120 Noticing there was a problem with the seam of the door I asked for a refund and I was told there would be a restocking fee of $50 for him to take the door back. while he was on the phone with me. I asked him to have his manager, call me and He told me that his manager will just tell me to F Off, so I have been forced to take the door. The manager never did call me back.

I bought 2 doors and confirmed to the I have to have the door hinges with the door at time of the pickup the door doesn’t have hinges they told me the door doesn’t come with hinges after I told the I don’t want the door with out the hinges they had me waiting for 44 mint to get the hinges and loading the door will not buy or recommend to buy from
