Company does NOT test their products.. bought a transmission which turned out to be bad when installed and they won’t reimburse for the hundreds of dollars worth of parts and fluids

Called and had to pay for a window ahead of time. Told Shane over the phone I need it the day of. Gave me a 2 hour window to get the job done. In total it took 3 and I drove from out of town so I was forced to wait. These people don't seem very on it. Then I get home and my shop calls me telling me they gave me the wrong window. But the manager is making it right and letting me keep the wrong glass.

Grade A has been incredible for us these past few months. We’ve been trying to fix our car and the staff located in both Louisville and Dayton have been exceptional. Eric out in Louisville was super communicative and helpful and the staff in Dayton allowed me to replace and refund a couple of parts. Super appreciative for everyone there?

Worst place in town for car parts.. sold me a bad transmission and won’t reimburse for the parts I HAD to buy in order for the warranty work, obviously does not test parts

ONE of the employees was very rude, and obnoxious. I was giving a friend a ride to pick up a Steering column. He went in while l waited in the truck. I'm 69 and handycapped. My bladder decided it was time, so l hobbled in side, saw the Restroom Handycapp sign and took care of business. Fortunately there were chairs along the wall for customers to use. I can't walk far, so l sat down to get a breath, and let my legs rest a moment.... My friend picked up the part while l was in the restroom and left the building. I may have looked like a street person to him not a coustomer. He saw me sitting in the waiting area and got arrogant with me.( Yes, l did look grungy ) We exchanged words, it got ugly. HE threatened to call the Police.. Enough said... I'm embarrassed, humiliated by his condasending attitude.

Horrible experience.. they claim they test parts but sold me a bad tranny.. never offered me insurance so they won’t reimburse the labor costs etc

Ordered a transmission , turned out I needed a transfer case , they exchanged it and sent the other part down no issue , the salesman was nice . Had a mix up with returning a part with the wrong driver , and needed a refund , had to wait on a call back. And was a slight delay , as I was told there waiting on a response from email were the part was sent . I didn’t believe they would return my call in a fair time frame ,as a week went by no response , but I was proven wrong , they tracked that part down and sent out a check , and called me twice to make sure I knew it was sent and to make sure I got it . They was on top of it the whole time .it didn’t really take that long . Even though I doubted them .thanks to salesman richy, and the employee who called me , mark gamble . who followed up on the sale to make sure I got what I needed .

SCAM!!!! BEWARE!!!! I ordered an engine for my car. And I paid in full, few days later they delivered the wrong engine to body shop. After calling them, Sheila, the manager didn’t want to admit the wrong engine was delivered and was delaying the process. After making number of calls, she finally confirmed that they will pick up the wrong engine. And will refund us the money back. After picking it up, I called Sheila again for the refund and she said give me a day, “ I will process your refund next day”, but she never processed the refund and she stopped answering the phone calls. And she didn’t return my calls back, even after leaving voice mail. A week later I had to go to the location to get my refund. Horrible service, I highly recommend Sheila not having this management position. I also, reported this incident to BBB so this company should be looked at. They are doing unethical business. Don’t recommend buying any car parts from them.

Searched for weeks for a part that we didn’t know was rare. Luckily Grade A had one available at their TN location and brought it up (no extra outrageous charges) to their Dayton, Ohio location so we could pick it up! We called on a Wednesday and they had it ready for pickup on that Friday!! Excellent service. Will definitely do business again. All the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and overall great working with. If you need something special, simple or what have you, give these guys a call!!

I purchased a rear end for a toyota tacoma. The rear end was delivered to Louisville and was a manual differential lock instead of electric.It was incorrectly tagged when pulled. Richie at Grade A was most helpful he found the correct rear end, sent photographs to ensure it was correct and had it delivered to Louisville asap. Highly recommend Richie and Grade A auto parts.

I bought a transmission for my daughter in laws 2017 Jeep Cherokee. I also bought the extended warranty. The price was good and the delivery was quick. After my mechanic installed it there was a problem. After issues with my mechanic, Grade A stepped up and found one of their mechanics and had them fix our Jeep. Turned out it was the transmission that was bad. They replaced it and got us back on the road. Our sales associate, Ruth was good about staying in touch and keeping us informed throughout the process. I recommend them and will use them again in the future!

I love about 45 minutes away so called ahead of time to see if they had the part I needed. They verified and called me back confirming it was in stock. I got a ride all the way there since my car is down waiting on this part. Once I arrive they charge my card $80+ and then can’t find the part. I was desperate for this part so asked if there was a way I could get my money back then vs waiting the 3-5 days for it to show back up on my card so I could go down the street to olive rd and get one. Nope. So ask if they can just call and pay the other place and not refund me that way I can get the part while I’m out here. Nope. The lady tells me she will just void my order so after they close that day it will just go right back on my card. Wasn’t the answer I wanted but what else could I do. Here we are a few days later and I STILL don’t have the money back on my card, and I STILL don’t have a running car. My kids have missed sports, open house for school, and fun activities their last weekend before school starts because of this experience. Would NEVER recommend this place!!! Edited to add its now Tuesday the 22nd and I STILL don’t have that money back that I was told would be back on my card that same evening!!!

Company of “Champions”? Maybe champions at ripping people off. Their sign says they buy cars, should say please donate. Tried calling to see what I could get and no one would ever answer the phone. Left messages and never got I call back. Finally drove down to them in person. Their offer was less than scrap with a bunch of conditions: Must be complete, must be clean, must have NOTARIZED title. Take your car to a scrap metal yard and get more with less hassle.

This is a great place to shop for quality used parts. I love going with my boyfriend just to hang out. The place is very well organized. The staff are great too. Brian is always helpful with finding just what we need. Friendly, respectful and even puts up with our crazy humor. The prices were great and the service even better. They answered the phone quickly we're polite and helped me locate my part. Rich did a great job! I explained my radio that I wanted to replace and how it had Sirius XM. He understood and ordered me an exact radio replacement were two other salvage yards did not. Their pricing was fair and competitive and he let me know when the radio came into their location to pick up. Will buy again from them...
