Grade is and was very helpful in my experiences with them. The areas of opportunity are as follows...It takes way to long to connect to a live person meaning that you can be on hold listening to commercials for 30 min or more. I ordered a bumper from them that turned out to be damaged during shipping. No biggie. They ordered me another part which was also damaged in shipping. I had reached out to Grade A twice and left a message informing them that I would like a refund. This has been over a week and a half now and I have not received a contact back nor a credit to my bank account. This is why I rated them with 2 stars and I would not recommend going through them if a part needs to be ordered. Online is cheaper anyway.

Billy at Grade A is the best! Always gets me my parts in a timely manner and works well with my shop. Any time we have issues they resolve them in a timely and professional manner. We couldn’t do what we do without them!

Used parts seemed priced fairly high with poor commutations to boot. A damaged hood was priced at 725 new retail selling at 500? Why used and damaged so high needs repair and repaint. I emailed about a part no response. I text the service line number took a couple days to answer me gave me Info for a different car then I had put vin info on. They said they would look into the vehicle I requested “they would brb” then left for the day text them back next day no response. Called them waited on the line for 10 mins then got sent to an answering machine. How busy is the office at 11am on a Thursday? Is the only way to make sure I can talk to someone is to visit your location personally?

Completely awful. Poor communication. The part they sent me is bent now they won't return my calls. You can clearly see it was dropped after removals or was damaged during shipment from Ohio to Kentucky.

I purchased a motor through Advance Auto from this company. This was on my only vehicle and transportation for work. I purchased the engine on June 30th with the understanding it would be delivered in approximately 5-7 business days. It took close to 10 days to get the engine. Within 2 days of getting it installed, begin having problems and a part was bad on the engine that was covered by the "warranty" (that I was never provided a copy of). After going back and forth between Advance Auto and the warranty company, Grade A Auto sends a replacement part, but unfortunately it was the wrong one and I had to wait several days for that. Just got a call from Jeff with Grade A who tells me they covered 2 1/2 hours of labor at $50 an hour, but the cost for the install is $220! So I am out an additional $100 for a bad part on an engine with a warranty that I didn't even drive a day! So much for doing any future business with Advance Auto or Grade A! The last month and a half has been a nightmare!!!!!
