WARNING! DO NOT USE! Purchased a part needed in shop where I work. They were only salvage dealer in AL that listed part Ordered on 9/8 with understanding of 200.00 freight charge as we are located outside their normal coverage area. They delivered on 9/13. During install on 9/16, we discovered that purchased part was damaged. Advised Graham's owner at that time and documented with pics. Owner offered replacement part which we could not accept as vehicle was to be delivered that date. Advised him that we would get part back to him so he would not have to hire driver to pickup part. Was unable to return damaged part until 10/28 at no cost to them. At that point, we were advised that 30% restocking fee would be charged and there would be no refund on original delivery fee. Nothing is on paperwork indicating re stocking, late fees, etc. and nothing was mentioned by them prior to date part returned. Been in the automotive industry since 1981 and never has something like this happened. Reached out by phone and email but there was no response. BUYER BEWARE!!Service: Body & Trim

WOW! TERRIBLE!!!! I have been reaching out to this shop for weeks about a tailgate for a Lexus I was trying to purchase from them. I live eight hours away, and I requested pictures of the tailgate. I got two pictures, both terrible quality and from the outside. I requested a picture of the underside of the tailgate to ensure it was rust free (that’s where these rust out, and the whole reason I was replacing mine in the first place!). Week went by, nothing. I called the shop this morning, and nobody answered. When they texted pictures, they sent me a number to contact for more info about the truck. I called that number. No answer. Then I got a callback from Jon Graham. He complains to me that I called his secretary, and that he should not give out cell numbers like that anymore. I explained that I called the shop number, and a number that was given to me to contact for more information about the truck. He just said nothing... I then asked for more pictures of the truck, explaining that my truck is the same color, and there are several items I need. He told me he already sent me pictures. Two pictures, just of the tailgate from the outside, both terrible quality pics. I explained I needed to see the underside of the tailgate to ensure it was rust free. He said he wasn’t going to send me any more pictures, and that he didn’t believe I was going to buy anything. I explained that I’ve been reaching out to them for weeks about this tailgate, and that I’m very interested, hence me persisting. He said he didn’t believe I was going to buy anything still, and that he just wants me to come by and see it myself. I had already explained that it’s a 16 hour round-trip to pop in to see it. I told him his reluctance leads me to believe he’s hiding something like rust. He told me again he just didn’t think I was going to buy anything. I said why would I waste my time if I wasn’t interested in buying something? The conversation went nowhere, and he refused to provide more information or pictures. What a nut job!For the record, I was interested in the upper and lower tailgate, some interior trim items, possibly a rear seat depending on condition, some exterior trim, possibly a spare wheel, and maybe more. The tailgate upper was priced at $500, which I was willing to pay—and still interested in more!! Guy could have sold me thousands in parts and yet couldn’t be bothered to snap even a single pic of the underside of the tailgate.

I work here, I love everything about it especially when you get a glob if dirty oil in your mouth when your changing a 1999 volts wagon. But we only sale Toyota vehicles. I love sweeping the floors and washing rear ends :)

They take advantage of customers!! They Charged me $125 for a used part that I could have ordered New from the dealer for $72. Lucky for them, I had to have it that day. I Will Not be back. Done! Shameful! I had to give them a 1 Star to post.

The ratings reflect the business I Wanted Ac knobs for an 01 tundra it took them 8 hrs to return my call then advised me the Price's an I said I thought this was salvage she said it is these are used in a condescending tone.I advised her that Clanton Toyota was actually 5$ cheaper an they were brand new.The attitude came out and I was told that I can buy somewhere else we know what we sell.If you're reading my review of your company customer service is a key just as much as pricing.People expect salvage yard prices if it's a salvage yard.A salvage yard should not be the pricing or above a factory dealer that's why we called you in the first place.

I tried to make a purchase from these guys to see if I could save a few bucks on my restoration. Some rude chick picks up the phone and I ask about a part. "Yeah we have it. It'll be $650." "Hm... well competitors were selling it that way for $135, but the case needs to be uncracked" "Well it's $650" "Um... no I won't pay that much" I replied. "Okay" click. Obviously don't care about customers, so their business must not do well. Maybe she just didn't like that I am not from her town or something, but I know my business can't run this way and I seriously hope they figure it out before they shut down. At least in America we don't have to buy from this place.

My father bought a rear differential and they were supposed to count the teeth on it to make sure it was the right part. They still sold him the wrong part then charged a $30 restocking fee after THEIR screw up. They will never get my business or my family's business.

Terrible service I received a none functioning part. However, after I explained to the owner that the part was not working. I was told they don’t give refunds. I chose to take the higher road and loose the $267.00. Please beware of this business. I was very disappointed with the service I received.

Waited 2 days (so far) for the owner to go out in the yard and confirm they have a part not in their inventory. Very common part I'm sure they have 50. Awaiting a call back after checking in again today wit them.
