We did business off and on as needed with these fellas over our 53+ years in business. We will never again use them as a result of the most recent occurrence with them. Not only did they apparently intentionally charge us for and send us a wrong part but refused over the course of 6 months and 20+ calls to make good on our refund due. Thankfully we found out from the issuing card company that this is equivalent to fraud and breach of contract in the credit card world so despite their attempts to keep our company's money, having not provided the merchandise it is being charged back and made right by the credit card company alone. They gave us the run around for months - every story one could think of: checks in the mail, driver will bring a check while out that way, we will issue the refund on the card today. Their false stories went on and on until the day we were left with no choice but to report them, which may even be referred for other legal actions given this is a crime. Be cautious with this company and all its reps Spider, Steve (owner), and the girls in the office as well- none of them have any problem lying over and over again. For anyone experiencing this with them know that this is fraud and can be reported as such and watch your credit cards transactions also because apparently they also keep them on file without your permission, which is also NOT legal without consent. Our recommendation is Buyer BEWARE!

I went to atland recycling down the road first and they could not scrap the vehicle I was scrapping. I was weighed out at atland recycling and had my weight. I then took the load to Guaranteed to scrap it and have no clue how my load lost almost 200 lbs just going down the street from one place to the other. I will have to say Guaranteed has some janky scales that you can't even see what you're being weighed. Very curious as to why their scales weighed so much less then all the other places around. There is absolutely nobody there trying to scrap anything and I can see why. I was so worried that I was going to get something in my tires of my vehicle and my trailer because the lack of cleaning the area for people to drive around in.

Recently went to Guaranteed Auto &Truck to pick up a motor for my boss, upon pulling in after my 2hour drive I was met by Steve and one of his yard hands. Very pleasant and courteous. They asked me if they could help me, told them what and why I was there and within 10 mins after arrival I was loaded and ready to go. After securing my load I had to check my oil, transmission fluid etc etc. As I was doing so the owner Steve came over making sure I was ok and if I needed anything or help. Not very many places are as friendly and easy going as this place! They will definably be recommended to anyone I can I give them and the establishment 5stars cause they don't give the option for 10. I must add to this that I've been to A LOT of yards and this is probably in my top 3 cleanest yards I been in. I will definitely be back your newest and greatest customer Pie
