Over the many years I have always respected and trusted (my mistake) Dan's advice on repairs and parts. However, my husband's 2009 Ford F150 is the exception. Repairs were done on 5/16/24 at 126,000 miles for $2000. New Ford cam fazers were supposed to have been installed, but were not.Two months ago (at 133,000 miles) the truck quit working. The cam fazer wire wrapped up the timing chain and broke the timing chain. Bob tried calling you yesterday. Your staff would not let him talk with you saying "the work had been done 2-3 years ago!" We have sent many customers to you for repairs and parts, and have spent a lot of money ourselves with you, but I hesitate in continuing to do so. I am very disappointed with your "customer service department. It is out of sheer desperation that I am posting this review with hopes that just maybe you would respond. You have our phone number

I had them put a starter on my Toyota truck. They put a used starter on it only lasted a few months. I was told it was past their warranty and refused to help in anyway. I then called several times to put a new starter on. They kept telling me they would check on it but never a call back. I have reached out with several calls with never a return call. They could of at least tried to make it right but never one call back very disappointed in this company .I would not recommend there service.
