Broke down at 10 at night on the freeway. All other towing companies were giving me a 3 hour wait. Called Hannas and they were there within 25 minutes and had the cheapest price. Would definitely recommend. Professional, quick, and friendly.

This facility was amazing on their professionalism and courteousness. The gentleman that had my personal items explained to me the procedure of how things ran. He obtained my items in a timely fashion. No matter how things may have went at other tow lots this place took away alot of negative thoughts

Dude in green truck about ran us and half a dozen people over on 465. We called to complain and the lady on the phone told us that we weren't the only people complaining about him.

Chris helped us when our daughter’s car died at the State Fair. He helped troubleshoot (trying to jump car and tightening the connectors to the battery) before we realized it needed towed. Driver was very knowledgeable .he described to me every single thing that he thought was wrong.He was on point, every thing he said exactly what the mechanic had to repair and replace. Very professional. He was dispatched and there within an hour.I have used them in the past,that is why i went with them.They won't be the cheapest out there.but you can trust them,they are reliable and prompt.I believe drivers name was Shaun.I highly recommend them.

I worked for this poor company and they had a fire at scrap yard and do to fire my vehicle was damaged and a result of that i was let go for reson said i was a liabilty to them because i had make a claim from damages so that shows what kind of company they really are thank you just wanted share this with who ever what kind of company u dealing with ty bones

Your company had a driver come out to do a repo (a misunderstanding situation). Your driver did not treat me with disrespect or look down upon me. He was empathetic while I handled the situation at hand to make sure it did not need to be taken and everything was straightened out. The driver, Jake, was extremely patient and nice. I have worked personally in the wrecker industry and I was so impressed by his professionalism and humanity. I would give your company 5 stars just for the situation that occurred today. So many times people do not stop and realize there may be a misunderstanding instead of being degrading to others or not having good customer service. He was thorough with the process and made sure he informed his dispatcher as well. As a former dispatcher in a wrecker service, that impressed me as well. I am now a dispatcher for a HVAC company so I still appreciate it when I get great communication like this too. Today, I am grateful for your driver. And oddly enough, I have my son's vehicle to be towed this coming week to an auto repair shop. Guess who I am calling now?? That's right Hannah's towing!! Be safe out there!
