This seems like a family business, so I hate to leave a bad review, but the girls they have in the office seem like they don't know what they are doing, and are killing the business. The guys in the back speak a little English, and I get the impression they would actually do well enough with a customer, but they had me go talk to the girls in the office, and so I left with nothing... All I wanted was one wheel cover on a Rav 4, of which there are an insane amount of put on the road, so logically they would at least have a couple. The girl at the desk told me I couldn't buy just the wheel cover, I had to buy the entire wheel- so tire mounted, etc... instead of just pulling off one cover, which would have probably been a quick easy sale- no tools needed, takes 5 seconds to pop it off. Instead I left with nothing. Seems to be a similar pattern for the customer there.

This is one of my worse experiences I have had with any junk yard and I wouldn’t advise any person to ever come to the place. The convince me to buy a steering pump insisting that I will fit in my car and I took it with me but unfortunately it don’t fit in my car and I came back to replace it and the ignore me. And that was very unprofessional. I wish I had means for zero star rating.

I would not even go there I give them zero stars They don’t have the parts and make you wait for hrs and waste your time I advise not to go there Everyone is rude and on their phones. Please read other reviews they say the same …….DON’T GO THERE BEWARE….
