Ordered a part I ended up not needing and they never reimbursed me. After calling multiple times, said they would be pay me back but never did. What seems like friendly service that doesn’t follow through.

Very pleased with Intermountain Auto Recycling. Bought right side front and rear doors for my 2014 Ford Explorer. After finding the doors myself on the IAR website, customer service representatives were helpful and polite on the phone. Had the doors shipped to my home just north of Los Angeles. They arrived on time in the condition described on the website. Even the delivery driver commented how well they were packaged. Door hinges were included and electrical connectors plugged in just like new. The doors aligned perfectly and power windows, locks, door ajar sensors and mirror all work perfectly. Gave them a good wash and wax and they look great. Excellent!

I purchased a used engine but when it was picked up they gave me the wrong engine. They refused to bring the correct engine to my mechanic and pick up the wrong engine. So now I have to pay my mechanic to return the engine and get the correct one. This was a mistake on their part and they should have corrected it.

Very smart people working at this place. they have known every time how to get me the right part, even when I couldn't describe what the name of it actually was. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and they are honest people. I will do business here whenever I need car parts. They are also very proactive in getting things done, which is another appreciated attribute they show.

We got a pair and a single tire for our Honda accord. After a week of using it one of the tire went straight flat, and another blown up a week after on a free way while passing over the bridge. When in there and got thr money refunded for the bad tires and still have one tire that is good. So 3 stars only if this tire will also blows than may be 2 stars.

I have spoken to one of your employees, Austin, at least three times this week. I don’t know much about vehicles and every time I have brought up a concern or needed anything, he has always been super pleasant to talk to and has helped me understand even the simplest things. I feel like Austin’s customer service is by far top notch. He is very knowledgeable about the work that is done at your business, and has left quite a big impression. Never used your services before now, but as long as he is there to help make sure things are in order and efficiently resolving my concerns, I won’t go anywhere else!
