The lady on the phone was super rude she delt with me calling the 1st few times because they were late then tbe last interaction she had a guy get on the phone as she is hollering over him so neither one of us could hear each other!! She didn't give the guy any information about the car I was selling he was confused so he left without the car then was told to come back and grab it. They driver was nice but they were super late I told them 3:15 final sale with at 3:44... never again will I deal with them or recommend them to anyone!!!!

Don’t sell your car here!!!! Driver smacked my wife’s raised bed with his truck, the check I was given bounced and I was charged a bad check fee at the bank. They claimed there was an embezzlement issue and told me to come after work at 4 to get cash. It says online they close at 5. I show up at four to find no one working and just a bunch of guys in the garage with five+ bottles of liquor on the back of a car. I called the next day and was told again come in but this time before four. I asked several times… before four, and cash. The guy said yes. I show up and the girl working the desk said they have no cash there. She wrote me another check I had to drive to their bank and cash myself. Thankfully it cleared. I have to leave work an hour early to do this. Two weeks of hassle. Read the reviews and stay away!!!

I WOULD absolutely recommend this place to friends/family. I’m seeing a lot of comments about immaturity, I personally think the people are a blast and on top of that, get the job done. They went above and beyond replacing my boyfriend’s passenger side door after an accident. We were in and out of there within a few hours and only called a couple hours ahead of time. I will be back here!
