I’ve went there a lot and most of the time they do not have what I need even if I see the make and model in the lot they tell me they don’t have the part I’m looking for

These people sold me a part on Friday. I sent in the credit card authorization form. No response until today when they emailed me and called me at 5 in the morning. I emailed back at 1 and called and they said sorry they already sold the part and that my card declined. I checked and my card only declined because of suspicious behavior. So not my fault. So in other words they took 5 days to run my card. And then couldn’t wait 6 hours for me to call or email them back before they sold the part to someone else and supposedly ran the card the same day. Terrible!

Bought a reasonably priced used engine (2.0 Inline 4 Ford Ecoboost) and it came with most of the components and worked perfectly. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will come back for another motor when I destroy this one too!!!

Bud who works there was the man to talk to. Idk if he still works there but every other person I spoke with must have not been raised with manners or fail to realize good customer service goes along way. Lost my business for good which they may not even care. I would rate 0 stars but Google don't offer that option.

They are always very kind and try to get you as good of a deal as they can for the items you brought in. Plus I have gone there many years for parts for my vehicle and if you call ahead they'll let you know if they have an item or not!
