This towing company stole my car from a private residence in Bellmead without the owner of the property knowing. I have reported the car stolen. I have statements from the owner of the home along with two others. I know exactly who sold it, when, and to whom it was purchased by. I bought that car in September 2022 in cash from the life insurance money I got after my dad passed from pancreatic cancer. shortly after buying it I went through hell With the dealership because Less than 30 days after purchasing , it started knocking, and then shortly after it threw a rod. The engine Seized on me while driving 75 miles an hour down the highway. The dealership I bought it from had me dropped from there extra coverage that I purchased when I bought the vehicle. Leaving me with no choice I could not afford the $12,000 to fix the engine after paying 20 grand for the car. So I had to wait. I was finally contacted by Honda informing me that there is a recall on the engine for my 2016 Acura TLX 3.5l v6. I tried for months To contact the owner of the house so I could arrange my car Being towed to an Acura dealership to Have the Engine Replaced. Just to find out that it has been illegally towed and sold To Jose The owner of Jmj. Coincidentally enough This is the second time Jmj Has had possession of my car. Last year in February I had to leave the car In the Walmart parking lot because I was unable to move it anymore And Jmj Isthe company who had it. I Just want my car back. I can finally have the engine fix I barely even got to drive it After purchasing it almost 2 years ago. The car did Have a lien on it I paid that off in April 2023 And have possession of the signed title Along With the key fob. I have tried contacting this company by phone on multiple occasions just to be told by some rude girl that they do not have my car. I am worn out and emotionally exhausted from years of regret and frustration over this whole mess. It blows my mind that a local tow company Would just remove my car without permission or the acknowledgment from the owner of the property whom I had an agreement with. (Car was parked off street next to the house) then have the nerve to tell me that they do not have possession of it.. it didn’t just vanish. Please Jose don’t keep my car from me I’ve been through hell since my dad’s diagnosis and passing. We made plans as to what I should do with life insurance after his death buying that car was at the top. It means more to me than you can imagine & losing it would crush me completely.

Very bad customer service, called about a part I needed for my truck they gave me a price over the phone and said the part was pulled so I drove 2hrs and when I got there I was driven out to a truck that the parts was still on and told that those were my parts so I called the office to speak with the lady there and was rudely hung up on twice. Definitely not getting my parts from this crooks.

My mother was involved in an accident. This is where Bellmead has cars towed. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Was told by insurance carrier to go and have the car released. Well that’s not how they handle things. Person (insurance agency) has to fill out a paper to get the car picked up. Lady in office was extremely rude. Outside looked and smelled horrible from cats dogs peacocks and whatever else they have going on Bellmead Police please do better

My experience with JMJ as for purchasing a vehicle was good. My experience with their auto repair department was indescribable. I'm a widow of a mechanic-Philip Holmes. I started out at $1700, then 1875, cool things I need. However, this the 3rd upcharge, for an alternator. I paid for a diagnostic Before any work was done. My car sounds horrible and will not stay on. I do not recommend. I do recommend Civil courts with the justice of the peace.

1st of all and never recommend nobody to go there I had a 2000 Dodge Durango and they charged me a pretty good price to change out my power steering fluid pump and they didn't even fix it because it's still leaking, They use parts from use cars and salvage cars so I don't recommend going there ever they have bad business and customer service

Excellent service and quality vehicles. It can be a little pricey for some of the parts but for the service I received it is worth every penny. And they guarantee all of their parts for 30 days. I go here often and have never experienced any problems. I love using JMJ wrecking and used cars for all of my parts needs

I think he is getting to big for his pants because alot of his parts or to high and over priced. Also he had a old Chevy truck for 1,800 with no lights in the front or back and the motor was knocking and he wouldn't take a 1,000 I could see if the body didn't have any damage but it has some body damage just saying 😉 😜 😀

I only have good things to say about this service.My son was involved in an accident. They towed the car and dropped him off in a safe place until we could pick him up. The cost was a little high but that's the nature of emergency service. The office staff was friendly and professional . I had reads some reviews about the company and expected the worse however my experience was not what I had read. My son was over a hundred miles from home. The wrecker driver help him and I greatly appreciate his care and professional manner.

They make you drive to them, to show you have the title, then, they say that the tow driver will follow you to the car, And the they super low ball you. The driver makes the deal, and I had an arrangement with one of the bosses, and they came no where near the agreed upon price and the car is in excellent condition. They are only out to screw everyone, that is why they are one of the first places you Google. Because they know that they are out to screw you, and that is the only way they can do business. Start with the last numbers on the list and work backwards for the best prices

Go there, go there, go there, they have the best prices. I got a new radio installed in my car for 109$. They had to rewire my entire base or subs in my back and front to be hotwired into the radio and it works and my bases are llooowwwddd so go there

Customer service was on par with some dog duke. Really, how can you be so miserably angry that you take it out on people that may of just had serious life threatening car accidents? I wouldn’t leave a review if it wasn’t just THAT terrible. We weren’t even allowed to do what we needed with the car nor were they polite at ANY time during the process. If you’re looking for used vehicles try Facebook marketplace. There’s online bots more intelligent and kind and worth your half a seconds thought than JMJ wrecking and auto sales. These guys seriously suck. Less than 1 Star

Was on hold immediately after phone was answered for a little over 15 minutes. I hung up and called back. Explained what had happened and was told that yes, she put me on hold and did it again. When I called the third time, a guy answered, I explained again and he asked her about the part and she told him no. I could have been told that at least 30 minutes before.

When I called to see if they had a power steering pump for a 1999 Jeep Cherokee sport, the lady I talked to said $16.00 with exchange. When I got there and they brought me the pump, he told me $60.00. I told him I was told $16.00. they did not honor that price. I can buy a reman on the internet for less than $50.00 that is guarantees for 3 years. I WILL NOT be back and WILL NOT refer anyone to your establishment!

Never stick to there prices needed a center cup holder for my gmc sierra lady in the front told me the same thing would be around 20 50 depending on what i was looking for talked to the guys told me it would be around 50 to 75 and showed them a pic of it and yold me its not for my vehicle not going to fix BS! I was refered here where I found some replacement hub caps for my car , I had to ask someone for help as there was no one who came to greet me or ask me what i needed . That killed my whole experience ! The young guy and another guy helped me get them on I appreciate that !

Decent cars. Janky owners. English sloppy. But he will work with you. Ladies in n office are rude except for Dorene I think was her name. The heavy set sloppy one was ALWAYS rude, I think her psoriasis may have always been inflamed bc she was always irriated when she spoke to customers. Never smiled. Ever. Even stayed planted in her chair the whole time, every time I went to pay, NVR got up once. Printer.. wheeled herself to retrieve papers.. needed change.. wheeled herself to retrieve that as well. Not bc she was handicapped or heavy set enough to not be able to get them. Because she was lazy enough to not do a simple task as smile or walk a few steps. I've observed her walk plenty. Just not for my service.

HORRIBLE customer service. Called in to get a quote on a car I wanted to salvage, and the women wouldnt even let me finish my sentences. Gave a random price without getting any of the details whatsoever on the car, and said any further information didn't matter. Then proceeded to hang up the phone before the conversation could even end.

The employees who handle the vehicles are kind and professional; however, the office-workers are rude, unpleasant, and characterized by a complete lack of empathy. I was hoping for a professional staff, but I was instead greeted by rude, dismissive troglodytes who seemed oblivious to the formation of rule and procedure and instead sought only to make a quick (albeit deceitful) buck.
