Was in there yesterday to get a “ apparently “ hard to find part for my first GEN dodge Dakota, they had what I needed in excellent condition…. About a 15 to 20 minute wait for my part to be pulled, the guy behind the counter seemed friendly enough.My only complaint is they do not allow customers in the yard or maybe it was just me I don’t know, but when I am able to pull my own parts I usually end up buying more than I went there for.

Very bad customer service, person at the desk treated us like an inconvenience, once the parts we needed were shown to us they were not on the best shape (the guy only showed us only one of the parts we needed), and we waited over 2 hours for them too. Once I asked for a refund the clerk made a face at me. Would not recommend.

Rude! I live 2.5 hours away. I bought the parts and told them the exact day I was coming twice over the phone. Get there and the parts arnt pulled. Im nothing but nice and the guy behind the counter is straight rude. Like the other reviews stated. Find a job that you like dont just sit there and be miserable
