Always friendly, no fee to get in, even had pictures of the part I needed so I could verify it would fit my vehicle!

Excellent deal in that place and do their best to inform you and tell you what you need and talk to you clearly and with the bench, I don't know their name but who attended me was really kind

A scam: Called in Friday for 2 parts on my vehicle, I spoke to a woman who was very nice and helpful. I ordered the parts and paid $400 total on both parts and the labor for getting the parts ready. The following morning I called in again to cancel my order as I no longer needed the parts. The man I spoke to said no problem and that they would process the refund. On Monday I receive a refund for $300 instead of $400. When I called to ask why they kept $100 for themselves, they told me it was because “the parts were ready all along” when I NEVER once received a call from them, nor did they ever tell me the parts were ready. The man on the phone was extremely rude and took my information for a manager to reach out, I never received a phone call regarding the situation and never even saw/ picked up/ touched the parts. I even called back to speak to a manager, and they pretended to not be in the office. Do not bother shopping here unless you want to pay $100 for nothing.

Great place great price to find new and old replacement parts 👍

I've bought parts for three or four different cars from here, and never had a bad experience. Their database with the inventory of stuff in the lot is very current, and a phone call will save you a trip to find out if a part is there. I've always been treated fairly and courteously, even when asking some really oddball questions. They wait on people as quickly as possible, but the yard is pretty full on weekends, so you may have a little wait to get in and out. I've seen a few negative reviews, and simply will say that this doesn't match what I've seen. They know their customers, and in some cases, even their customers' project cars. (Several times I've gone to find parts and had staff stop me to ask me for updates on my build.) Many customers are greeted by name. (If she doesn't know your name, Rhonda will probably call you "sweetie" or "honey" regardless of your gender.) If they don't have something, they'll call around, find a part, and send you to the competition. If you want a positive experience, treat the people nicely, and they will treat you nicely. (This is true for most other businesses in the world, too.)

Great helpful fellas. Jeremy was so helpful. He went above and beyond to get the answers about the parts I needed. He emailed the photos with a price quote in less than 1 hour. The pricing pretty much beat all of the competition. I love spending money with local businesses. I have a great feeling walking out the door with all the parts I need to repair my wreck and a little money left to maybe get my sound system installed! Thanks for taking the extra step and sending the photos. Good, honest shops are a rarity these days. Well worth the drive for me!! Will definitely recommend you to everyone I know!

Have to say they can be a bit unreasonable on prices + what assemblies they're willing to break down, but not so much to merit a downgrade to 4 stars. Maybe 4½. Service was excellent. All staff were knowledgeable and attentive. Inventory appears to be very good.

Bought a used transmission for my 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a month later it’s still running great! Friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices. This is my second time buying parts here and will definitely be back again!
- MMarylen Burgess
Very nice prices and reliable on there words

I'll givw 5 stars because they're the only place around that had what I needed. Other than that it depends on who's working... An older gentlemen only charged 20$ for two items id have spent over 500 for online used. (Rare parts, old car) another guy the second time basically robbed me...I had to use my wife's card and pay her back just for interior panels and front seats. I came with 200 thinking that was enough... Nope.

Very unprofessional people who kept money because of a “fee” that was never told to me.Overall shady place i would not recommend to anyone.
- DDon Gore
Was told at counter they had -- PART- Payed $1 fee went back and no part. Vehicles look like they have been well stripped out and sitting for 6 months or years. They just laugh at counter. It seems there is an Entry fee scam to make about $1500 a month just to fleece the customer much like a lotto ticket. They said they just got vehicle in. Lie. Don't waste your time. Nobody there because people are wise to the scam. Avoid any you pull it with a fee. Just a SCAM. Never again will I go there to play salvage lotto. Probably illegal. Never seen this entry fee scam. I should not have to pay if nothing there but this would avoid the scam. White Trash and rude thieves.

Where do I start. It's my go to auto salvage yard. Very friendly and very knowledgeable great prices. I Shure to miss the lady who used to work there. She was an asset to the company. My heart dropped when I didn't see her there. I looked forward to seeing her smile every time I open the front door.

I have a service dog with me at all times. I walk in I sent down and the chair for 1 minute and I'm asked to leave because I can't have my dog. My dog is registered and he should be at my side at all times, so technically he's just discriminated against me because I have issues and I need my dog with me. He the proceeded to tell me that he had an issue with a dog that hurt a customer and he got sued for it. Then he said he's not losing his business over my dog being there! If that's how you treat handicap people dude you need to reevaluate your life. Lost my service for good.

went to buy parts they gave me a price .they told me they had two . paid to go in and they did not have the any car. they could not tell me what cars would interchange. So i found a different car that would possibly fit . told them what exactly what i needed and got the price. pulled off car went up front and they raised the price three times the price i was quoted left part I suggest go to lkq more selection and better staff and a price list that is not made up with a set price

I called ahead of time for my 2006 kia for an alternator. I cant remember the first ladies name that answered. The second time i called i spoke to Margaret she had told me there was two and she would put one aside for me because i was 100% coming right in. When i got there i asked for Margaret and she assisted me through the whole thing she even made sure that part went to my car in the data base.i was very pleased with her service and i will be back in the future.
- kkaren Green
They had exactly what I needed. A gentleman named Lee was exceptionally helpful to my son amd myself! Very pleasant staff.
- JJosh M
Very nice staff and decent selection of parts. Good prices and organized lot with map helps you find what you need quickly. Good place to visit for small parts.
- GGeorge Willits
Never showed up to pick up the non-running vehicle once agreed upon the price. Kept being referred to the buyer/tow operator that never answers cell phone. Got somebody here in an hour from LKQ with one call for more money.
- GGreg Smith
I was sold a alternator on February 4th and it stop working March the 12th and my warranty was not honored because I didnt have the yellow receipt but I had the white receipt from the charge to my card and the bad alternator with their markings on it and copy of bank statement with charge in their name.Bad customer service, everybody not out to get rich off a $57 used part
- LLes N
Excellent experience, paid my dollar and went and got my part out of a car, paid $25 for the part, came home put it in, works great. What else do you expect? Thanks Les
- JJose G Lugo

- TTanya Gordon
I don't hate this experience whatsoever my husband go there all the time to get you good used parts ..Thank You... Lakeland Auto Salvage💯
- SSteve Gugel
Was told over the phone they closed at 5pm. I hurried to get there. They told me they closed at 4:30 so I couldn't get my part. The door says U pull m-f 8-6. I was coming from the north side of Lakeland to the mulberry location, and even told the woman that answered the phone at 4:15. They also told me they could not confirm if they even had the car I needed a part from. I would have to pay to just find out. This salvage yard was 5 * when they were mid Florida auto salvage, customers come second now.
- JJenny De Jesus
After i drove here to pick up a part i had already called for and was told the had turns out they didn't bad custumer service very rude front desk lady and poor inventory.
- JJackson Williams

- JJessica Waters
My son went there on a Saturday 10/23/21 to a part for his vehicle. They said they were closed but the website says they are open until 4:30 pm on Saturdays. He was not able to get the part for his car
- rryan shur
Called and they said they had a car there BUT then said they didnt know what parts were on it OR if the car was still there????? AND they charge 1 dollar JUST to go into the yard to SEE if the car is there. Horrible inventory and to charge to get in the yard AFTER they said the car might not be there is INSANE!!!!
