I have good reason to call this place last week and asking for a bmw engine for my car I spoke to a guy the first call I did and I call back in the same day and the engine was $300 up a the price I got in the first call the first guy give me good price was very nice guy I remember but I don’t remember the name of that guy but the second guy answer the my call was very rude and sarcastic thank you eny way but I won’t use again

Made several attempts through email to see if they had particular parts for my vehicle, I hadn't been there in a couple years and I understand ownership has changed hands. It must have because no response to the emails no interest, and when I called to get information it was a bit unprofessional I worked in the Auto industry for over 20 years and I know good customer service and unfortunately I did not get it here anymore.

Purchased a engine off eBay and the engine was bad, never was able to use the warranty, told me I had to pay to send the engine back which was 3/4 of the price I paid for the engine! All this took place in the first 60 days! Reached out and basically brushed off! I never felt so scammed
