Get place to do business with went to get a motor swap for my TL and they had left my deposit they keep a open line of communication so i won’t lose my deposit. I went and pick up my motor yesterday with a warranty!!! Plus my parents been customers with them for over 30 years!!

Rude and worst staff ever I met in any shop. They rip off your money and fight with customers. This place is a SCAM!!

Horrible service don’t waste ya time... kept me on hold I’m good I’ll give my money to people that want it.. I would have loved to buy something from you I obviously needed it the reason why I was calling but it seems all you guys do is give empty promises... update: called back just for the hell of it couple months later and the guy told me my part was still on the way he didn’t even listen to me.lol absolutely horrible!!! Just goes to further show you they care nothing about customer service or their business for that matter…

Very irresponsibles and unethical. Sold parts that didn’t work and do not wanted to take responsibility. Keep the money after playing around with the customer promising will fix problem and causing huge transportation expenses.

Scam and wasted my time come from New Jersey telling me the have a parts and they don’t have it

STAY AWAY! Waste of time & money!I called Liberty Auto Parts looking for a car seat, they told me I need to come in person to put in the order and pay upfront, which was fine. I went in (about 2 hours drive roundtrip), made the order and was promised that the part will arrive within 3-4 days. After a week I called up the place and they apologized and said that due to a storm they didn't receive the part and I should check after the weekend. To this day, I don't understand why I had to call back each time to see if it arrived, If it arrived they should have called me. The weekend passed, I called again, and was told the part hasn't arrived yet but "it will get here by next weekend". From that point on it was a horrible, humiliating and disrespectful experience. Each time I called they gave me a new date, which I would then call only for them to give me a different excuse as to why the part hadn't arrived yet. The real reason (which I explained to them) why this was so troubling was that my wife was 9 months pregnant at the time and we needed that car seat in order to install it in our vehicle so we can take the baby home after the birth. We had an appointment with someone to install the seat which we had to reschedule a few times because each time our appointment arrived, we still didn't have the seat (that we should have had within 3-4 days). After a while they started to pick up on my number and would just immediately put me on hold whenever I called for up to 45 minutes. Let me remind you that they asked for the payment upfront, but had no problem putting me on hold for 45 minutes only to pick up the phone and say that "the part will be here on Monday" which obviously, it wasn't. After they "promised" me for probably the 10th time that the part will definitely arrive a few days after, I called back was immediately placed on hold AGAIN, and when they finally picked up they said it still hadn't arrived. I had enough and told them I wanted a refund and they told me to call back in a few days when someone else was in the office. I called back on the given day, was placed on another 45 minute hold for them to say "well, if you paid in cash you're gonna need to come over to get it back" to which I then explained that I paid with a credit card and regardless, they wanted me to make the 2 hour trip just to go into the store to cancel a credit-card transaction. That makes zero sense! After a month of chasing them around, waiting countless hours on hold and hearing the same empty promises, I ended up canceling the payment through my credit card company. I have never, ever, encountered anything like this before. This has single handedly been my worst experience ever with any business.
