    One star is too much for This place! I sent someone to pick up my order and they refused to give him my order! I was never told I had to personally pick it up, mind, I live an hour away. Now, the nasty attitude the front desk guy has is disgusting! Don’t recommend this place at all

    Have always ordered from LKQ never had an issue at all. This location is rude and unprofessional. Will never do business with anything LKQ. Don't even have the capability of how to explain or resolve issue. I don't recommend dealing with them if you want to be talked to like an imbecilic.

    Terrible operation. I placed an order over the phone for a fuel tank, and was told it would be ready the next day. The phone rep literally told “it’s a good one”. I live about an hour away. When I arrived at LKQ the next day, I waited nearly three hours for them to get the part. I was told they had the part, and it would be ready soon. After nearly three hours, the rep came out told me the part they had was no good. They wasted my whole day. Additionally, while I was waiting in the office, I could hear the phone sales reps talking to their customers, in incredibly rude manners. I assume they would mute the phone, and repeatedly use curse words to describe their customers. It’s very telling of how they view their customers. Shop elsewhere.

    Don’t purchase anything from this company online Worse customer service I purchased an engine assembly came with No oil pan also the bracket were starter bolts into it broken after back and forth with the unprofessional customer service the agreed to send a replacement is being a week still waiting for them to pick up the defect engine and not only that they won’t place the order or send the replacement engine till they don’t receive their part and nobody gives you an answer please stay away from this company

    I was needing a part for my car where I unfortunately clipped a raccoon jetting across i-95 at 70 mi an hour damaging my front. My son has done a lot of business with LKQ over the years and they come highly recommended. Unfortunately the parts that I need they were unable to accommodate me with. They are always very friendly and accommodating and trying to find what you need I absolutely highly recommend LKQ thank you guys for your great customer service for your knowledgeable information and willingness to work with finding and fulfilling customers needs

    Two things… the front desk guy is the most miserable person I’ve dealt with, he gave me attitude with his first words. He seemed like he didn’t want to even sell me anything as if I hurt his precious feelings by saying how’s it going. Second thing, Went in to buy a part that’s listed on their website the guys telling me that they don’t have it and told me that the part I need is only for a manual car when the part is interchangeable between 2003-2008 for g35s and 350zs it’s a differential not much to it. Anyways they should try to cheer up and not be so miserable if you’re working customer service on a daily basis.

    Very bad customer service they don't have any time for a little guy come to find a lot of collision shop use they part Gerber ect... and charge you the over price fee. This place is Greedy its a pull part that charges high for junk parts. Try Amazon. First, you will come out 100 percent better this place. Don't respect your dollar

    What a blessing to find LIQ. I was calling around to the different sources that I use to locate parts for my car, and one of them suggested I call LKQ. I called them and gave them the part number, they searched their database and found my part. They shipped my part to the closest LKQ location and I had it in a weeks time. They even called me when it was ready to pick up. Not only was I happy they had my part but their price was excellent. I highly recommend trying LKQ if you are looking for used car parts.

    Called the number listed the guy told me he couldn’t find the part and to go to the local yard here. I drove all the way there for 1 guy in the office with an I don’t care attitude. Didn’t want to help and told me to just call the number again. Absolutely waste of time.

    I found a replacement radion/cd player/mp3 for a reasonable price and didn't even have to reprogram it because the numbers matched exactly with my old one. They ship straight to your house and have a 30 day return for refund policy and 101 day exchange policy. Refund is only if paying with credit/debit card and subject to a 20% restocking fee. I am satisfied because I didn't have to go back to the dealer and buy from them and be charged for the reprogramming by them.

    Do not go to this place on ebay. They want honor the price when you drive hours to get to the store at 7298 Waelti Dr Melbourne Florida. When contacting the original sells person in SC. they passed it off. The transmission went up almost $2,000 dollars. I wish I had looked up the reviews STAY AWAY FROM KEYSTONE, THESE PEOPLE HAVE KNOW HONOR.

    I received outstanding service from Craig Hoelscher. This young man went above and beyond the call of duty. My window was inoperable in the down position, Craig took his lunch break to go on the yard to find a part. I am very happy with the customer service. I would highly recommend this company

    Will not let you enter the yard to inspect a part to determine if you want it. Ordered a heater controller from another location and specified I needed a part that was not worn. Part arrived and finish was completely worn off a button. Paid in cash but they would not issue a cash return, only check. Counter person took calls while helping me and proceeded to argue with the person in line behind me rather than completing my transaction. This is a very unprofessional and mismanaged business.

    High-priced used parts. I walked in the store the guy looked at me and didn't even acknowledge me I stood there for over 5mins before I have to asked him if this is the used parts store, he was so rude and unhelpful. I would not go back to this place.

    Called about a rear light for a 10 year old suv, they wanted me to prepay nearly $160 for a used rear light!?, I found the very same elsewhere for $51 delivered to my home. Go Figure.

    You wait and wait and wait on hold then it hangs up. The ac compressor we got from them last time was good. Not worth 20+ minutes of my time to get a price from 1 vendor every time I need a part. I could shop around several vendors and get an order in faster than it takes to get through to these guys.

    Great Company! A+A+ Service. Used parts have warranty. Great prices. All of the departments offer excellent service. Sales Dept, Accounting Dept, Delivery Service (Rosi), they're all wonderful. Thank you LKQ for having such fine employees.

    The absolute worst coustomer service I have ever seen in my 30 years in the business. called lkq after delivering the wrong part and was told to go to the Melbourne location that they had 5 in stock this is on a friday and I had the vehicle on a rack in a shop and rather than hold them up I went to get the part exchanged. when I arrived and told the salesman of the wrong part he said not gonna happen today! I told him that i drove 30 minutes because I was told that they would exchange it for me no problem. His exact words were that ITS NOT GONNA HAPPEN TODAY! WHAT DON"T YOU UNDERSTAND! I have people drive from Palm Beach buddy and i tell them the same thing. At this point i realized that im not going to support this business with my money any more so I DONT CARE PLEASE TAKE ME OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM!!! Im not going to use this company ever!

    Picked up a 3.7 Dakota engine with 90,000 miles on it about 2 yrs ago and followed what they said was a good idea put it in myself and that thing is running like new still all well under 1500.00. I'm needing another engine for my other truck now and there the place to get it. Thx guys

    Bought a 3.7 engine from them and to be honest I was a little Leroy of an engine from a junk yard however this is NOT your typical junk yard, it's used parts but thoroughly inspected and pre run engines because the one I purchased runs like a new engine and I'll tell ya something it's like a new one. I'm just happy that I came across these guys because of Jim Buckman telling me their the best. Thank you. Jim and LKQ..

    These people are idiots, first you have to call a 800 number that is located in orlando. I called ordered the parts that was only 140 dollars total i waited 5 days called to make sure the part was here melbourne, guess what they cancelled the order huh. Talked to some idiot manager he says it was a new sales person that been there a month and he should have made me prepay for the part huh. These morons are so unprofessional didnt even call me to say they cancel my order. This sales guy been on the job for a month hasnt he been not getting prepay for all that time the entire deal makes no sense. I think they just cancel whatever orders they want. I wouldnt buy a light bulb fron these idiots. You cant get people to do anything right thats the real reason america is going down the tubes.

    Had problems and bad first impressions but overall they ended up taking car of me. I called into order a quarter glass for my truck and came in the next morning and it wasn't pulled from the warehouse. When I picked it up later that day it was the wrong side and didn't have the studded bolts (was pulled wrong). They gave me a discount on the right glass and on site went to pick up and make sure it was the right glass from the warehouse. In the end, the even saved me some money on another part in the process. I'll keep em in mind for anything else I need ava send people there for sure.
