I ordered a transfer case and the told me to pick it up Monday afternoon. I got there Tuesday afternoon and they told me that the guy should not of told me to get said part and that they would call me. So I left and kept calling and they never actually acted like they knew what they were doing. They lost the part and told me that they would call me. I gave it a week and called them and to my surprise the part arrived and I told them I would come tomorrow and they said ok. When I showed up the next day they had canceled the order but did not returned the money. The one guy that was actually working refused to do anything because he did not want to call around and figure anything out about the situation. A guy that was on lunch helped me out he was very nice he made the necessary calls and found out that they still had the money and had someone restock the item so that I could repurchase it again. My whole situation with them was a nightmare. Except that one guy that fixed everything.
