Very rude, they will ask you to come pick up your order and when you get there , is either the parts is not complete or they are looking for it. The made me drive 55mins to tell me they couldn’t find the parts. Not the first time they did this! The front desk people are messed up. Marco is the worse salesman ever. He needs to be checked!

Ordered a seat that was supposed to arrive three days ago and still hasn’t shown up. I waited 20–35 minutes on hold each time I called. When someone finally answered, they transferred me and no one picked up — this happened four times in one day. I even explained the issue and was still transferred anyway. I have a commercial account, and this level of service is unacceptable. I won’t be buying from LKQ again.
