People were nice enough but their prices are OUTRAGEOUS! I could have ordered it online for cheaper and not had to pick the part myself. We ended up leaving with out the parts we needed.

I was there yesterday, they advertise to sell a extended warranty, Wich implies the parts come with a warranty (30 days usually), I declined such a warranty, the dude at the register took it of waited until I completed my transaction than told me I could bring it back because I had decline the warranty, I asked about the implied warranty he said there's none, I ask to be refunded se said no I spoke to a manager he said no refund, I said then sell me the warranty he said to late, I called corporate they said there's nothing we can do, so now Court is the next step

The staff is friendly. They help you locate the cars you look for. I wished they had some more disabled friendly access. I have a bad back and it's a long trip to the domestic cars. Something like a yard shuttle service for disabled or elderly would make my day.

On the website they said there were 4 cars to match the one I have. I got there to find there were 2 close enough for cross over. Paid $3 to go out search for a hour to find out there was no part. When I went back in I was laughed at and told that's the way it goes sometimes no refunds. I will not be back.

Couple weeks ago I came to LKQ in Greer to buy a door. they charged me $117 for this door, when I asked them why is it so expensive they told me that's just the cost of the door I took the mirror off the door and some other parts to have it just a bare door when I got home I looked at my receipt and realized that they had charged me $23 for an extended warranty since I live in Charlotte North Carolina it's an hour or more drive back to Greer so I finally got back there today ask them to refund my 23 dollars for the extended warranty and they refused they said that if I wanted it refunded I had to do it within 7 days they told me to have a good day and goodbye I feel like I've been totally ripped off I've never seen anything like this before beware and make sure you ask them not to charge you for an extended warranty unless you want one I will never shop at LKQ again

Didnt find what I went for cause the online inventory was not right. So I went for another vehicle parts because I was limited on time. When we arrived I found 12 of the originally one I started for

They told me the car was out there and gave me the row# car color etc. I paid my 3 dollars to come back empty handed. I will stick to the old school salvage yards from now on.
