We were very pleased with our experience. The counter help went above and beyond to work with my daughter and stood by their quoted price for her car.

Cant just call a local number. Ended up calling a call center that seems based in India. They dont know the specifics of the individual locations. I just had a basic question and they couldn't get me an answer. Better off driving to the location and getting my question answered than call their call center. Was quoted by customer service $400 for my vehicle and got only half when I actually showed up with the tow truck. Your better up talking to an actual person at the place than calling their service line that manages 60 lkqs and the people talking to you are from another country

I had a great experience with the holland LKQ . They went out into the yard with me and let me look around in there other gated areas for another car . Rusty pulled the parts for me and gave me a fair price . I definitely recommend them !

Way way over priced and staff is rude. I pulled plastic trim pieces that were about 11 inches and triangular. Most yards charge about $1-$2 for plastic pieces. I pulled probably 10 and they wanted $10 a piece!! I told them usually its $2 for trim. They said they don't have a trim price and charge $10/foot for 'molding'. Just to give you an idea of their insanity, Weller pick your part charges $2.99/ft for CHROME trim. Not even plastic! Next the employees asked me if I sell online because I had a variety of items. I made the mistake of saying yes. They laughed and said 'oh you online sellers don't like us here'. I ended up leaving most of the plastic pieces (which they will trash). I gave been to many LKQ's in surrounding states and have never been charged so much. And the staff was so happy I was disappointed - its disgusting. They obviously don't care about selling things or customer service & it looks like others have experienced the same thing. I won't be back to this location ever.

I got a quote on line and then called for a pick up time. Somehow in 20 minutes the price change. I told the guy that the website said the price was good for 7 days but he didn’t care even though I had a copy. He was rude and very unprofessional. This place was so nice to deal with at one time I used to enjoy dealing with them. Times have changed time to find a new junk yard.

Hidden fees, unlisted fees, poor price explanation / adherence compared to online listings. You may get what your looking for, but be prepared to pay near retail prices for basic used parts. Not one star, because the lot organization is nice, and makes it quick to find what vehicle you are looking for. As a frequent auto-salvage yard visitor, I'll be passing on LQK locations for the foreseeable future. I'll save more traveling further to get what I need.

This use to be a great place. Now they charge too much.. Staff is rude. Vehicles are scattered all over the place. No sales. They only buy bottom feeder stock. Might as well call a regular yard and have part pulled and delivered for an extra 20 and save the wheel barrow fee.

Larry was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and he was extremely informative. I had about 100 questions and he had an answer every time while maintaining a very positive attitude the entire time. Give this man a raise he definitely deserves it.

Tried to sell a car to them. they gave me a quote online. Then when I tried to call they gave me a new price which was lower. They were claiming because of my address the price was lower even though the address was the same as what I put in online. Will not be going there anytime soon especially with all the reviews saying they are over charging people for things and then trying to cheat me out money.

They charge for the wheel barrels so I advise you bring your own if they’ll let you. Prices online are completely wrong as they have switched to “dynamic pricing” you’ll end up paying new pricing for used parts you pulled yourself. Will not be returning to LKQ. Plenty other junk yards that don’t use dynamic pricing to price gouge junk parts. Side note the junk door I paid new price for? Yep it has a massive gap when closed🖕🏻

I don’t understand. Why charge a high price for a product, that will get crushed anyway. Make money when you can. I wanted floor mats. They wanted a high price. Couple days later it went to get smashed at a crusher. Money lost for much of the stuff. I used to get things dime to a dollar. Not pay 70 dollars for a 100 dollar. Crazy.

Called and got a quote but needed to get title. Called 10 days later and got a quote for less. Called a day later to arrange pick up and was told they entered it wrong and the quote went down again. When asked to speak to a manager she was very disrespectful and condescending. Will not be doing business here.

Telephone service is absolutely worthless. I would use any other salvage yard before ai went to this rip off dump. They’ll tell you they have a vehicle in and charge you an admittance fee, when you go out to get the part the vehicle has already been stripped to the ground. Liars.

Me and a friend went here to pick up a wheel and a tire. We asked them the first few times if that would work showing them the wheel we brought in they assured us it was the correct one.. we tried to put it on and wasnt right at all then we went back 2 other times and the staff was very rude and condescending, by the third time the staff informed us we were buying the wrong wheels and we needed steel. so we went back out to the yard once again grabbed a steel wheel with same pattern but still didnt fit.. ended up going to a tire shop and they told us we could take this tire and wheel back within 90 days. the staff didnt update the invoice, and we tried to go back in today to return the tire and wheel but said it wasnt the same wheel... so now they wont accept the return. staff is very rude unprofessional and have no idea what they are talking about my first and last experience with lkq would not recommend.

Extremely HIGH prices on used parts. Same if not more cost than new on most parts. On top of that we pulled the parts. Made it to the counter after pulling bunch of front end parts off a Honda CR-V. Wow, come to find out I could get everything MUCH cheaper off eBay. They were also trying to charge me core charges on non rebuildable plastic and small brackets that mount to the radiator and also tried to charge a warranty fee without telling us. That should come with the parts like every other junk yard in America. LKQ is price gouging on junk parts that literally are about to be crushed. There’s is no reason for this. The purpose of these junk yards is to repurpose cars parts that would otherwise be just wasted. By there high prices this results in more cars just getting crushed and overtime increases overall waste. We did leave the parts there that we pulled. Majorly disappointed, disgusted, will not be back and advise not to go there. Also what’s this mystery coolant on the shelf that looks like sewage water. I highly recommend not using that in your engine unless you want to sell your car to them for scrap.

Large selection of parts for many vehicles. Bring tools as this is a pull your own part place. Also keep track of what car make, model and location on the lot you pull parts from as the cashier will need this information to help keep an accurate inventory of parts available for customers. Prices aren't bad either. Would definitely recommend for do it yourselfers and anyone looking to save money on car repairs.

Prices aren’t even close to cheap. Pull your own part and still get charged the amount you’d spend new. They push you out the door at 445 when they close at 5. Not catering to the working population if you close at 5…and $3 a piece just to walk in! HA! such a bad experience. Yikes.

Overpriced. Could've Paid the same amount for brand new parts online which I looked up after I left because I thought the prices were higher than normal. Usually used local yards to pull my own but thought this was supposed to be cheaper and reputable. Drove 45 minutes to pay full price for used and still had to do it myself. Selling used mystery fluids from cars and charging the same amount it would cost for brand new fluids. First, only and last time we will be doing business at this establishment.

It’s not everyday I rate a company or individual.. you get rate receipts from just about everyone anymore so I disregard nearly every one of them. I don’t always feel it necessary to review companies and people for doing the right thing and giving exceptional service. I can’t speak for everyone’s experience at LKQ both South Bend and Holland. I drove today about an hour and a half for some tires for an old Subaru, 260,000 miles and going strong. I couldn’t stomach putting 50/100 tires on it thinking it’s going to go another 60,000 so I went to LKQ and couldn’t find the in South Bend so I made the drive to Holland since their online inventory feature showed several of my models at this location. The service was impeccable, the individuals inside and out were what every employer should strive to have. I will never in my life buy and new part from an auto parts store if it is available at an LKQ. Truly blessed today with a tight budget and having them there to take care of our old car. Thanks guys and gals. You made my drive and day off perfect.

Vast selection of used vehicles to pick parts off from to repair your car or truck cheaply. Many different colors to choose from! Found this silver hood and got out the door for $75. Close enough match for now

Got to check online and still go in person to verify parts but the prices and range of cars available are good. Staff are friendly, porta potty on site. Can get muddy in many spots.

I just went to get gas and realized that my gas cap was missing. Bummer! Went to the auto place across from the gas station where I stood in line for 5 minutes, while employees looked at me. I had to approach someone to be acknowledged. Only to find that they didn't have it but could order it for $5. Told them I'd be back tomorrow. On my way home stopped by LKQ Pick Your Parts salvage yard. Before I even got in the door I was greeted with a smile, given an alternative if I couldn't find what I was looking for, and given instructions of where I could find the cars. Found one within 2 minutes, and found a better one 3 minutes later. On my way home in 5. To top it all off, the guy didn't charge me for it. That is how you do customer service. Not because I got the part for no charge, I would have gladly given them $5, but because they know how to treat customers.
