I was on the fence because they were hard to get a hold of and the number online just sends them to the call center.<br>But if you're willing to go there in person, it's definitely worth five stars. Over the phone I'd probably give it a 3 and 1/2 but in person they're really nice and the place is well organized and the prices are ridiculously good. And they offer a guarantee on their parts for only $45 and it covers it for 90 days. That's actually insane for a salvage yard to be able to offer that. So I'm leaving it with a five-star :-)

Very impressed.. I had three parts I was hoping to find and got them all. Most of all the place is super clean and organized. This allowed me to quickly find the vehicles I was looking for. Couldn’t believe the outstanding housekeeping here..!

There are better options... This place has been good in the past but this latest experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.<br><br>My brother and I needed to pull an engine from a camry they had in the yard. We did all the work to get it out down to the last 2 or 3 bolts. Then we found out that the yard doesn't have a functional engine crane to get it out with. The staff offered to help us get it out with one of their forklifts but they got it stuck. Not blaming them for that but after that incident they told us to wait while they got a crane fixed.<br><br>We waited a whole week for them to get another crane but they couldnt or wouldn't and told us to pay $150 for them to pull it for us. With what crane I dont know.. so we brought our own and got the job done.<br><br>After we finished pulling the engine up to the front through the mud and standing water they didn't even have a sink for us to wash our hands in. The staff working the counter were courteous enough to our plight but didn't offer much in terms of practical help. Especially because we had to bring our own crane when every other yard has their own.<br><br>In summary. Decent prices and selection but short on amenities and tools
