We love LKQ pick your part because we can go up there pay two bucks a person to get in and spend the morning finding all the parts we need for both of our older vehicles. The pricing is amazing and you know what you're getting because you remove it yourself. I much prefer this because I like to see the condition of the vehicle I'm removing the part from, whether it's been taken care of before it was junked or whether it looked like it was just used and abused and maybe I don't want the piece that I'm looking for from that vehicle. The staff is always great. Do you research on their website before you go up there that way you know what vehicles you're looking for and what rows they are in, the staff will print you off a ticket with the location of particular vehicles you're looking for but not always do they include every compatible vehicle in that list so do you research on your vehicle and go up there looking for any and all models including the part that you are seeking.

Good prices. Told them what cars I was looking for and they printed me out a list with the location of the cars. I didn't take enough tools to grab what I had came for, but some of the other customers were more than happy to help out with a wrench or two. Will definitely be back fo other parts.

The yard is looking way better and the people at the front desk are very friendly, but the selection of parts are very slim. many autos there that should have part in at least one or two of them still left but I believe y'all have people that's there or has people going there everyday picking out all the parts that people need the most if I didn't have to waste my money to enter to leave there without the part or parts I need Everytime I go, then it would be an awesome place. I know I'm not the only one that has this same issue with this. Only reason for two stars

Pretty good selection, good location, and really great pricing if you can find parts in good condition. Inventory as far as what vehicles are in the lot is posted online and the clerk will give you a list of where on the lot the vehicles you ask about are located. They are now implementing a system where they log what part is sold from what vehicle, but I have yet to see its benefit.Recently the clerks have started adding the optional warranty, which costs extra, on to each item. This practice is morally questionable and is the only reason that I didn't give five stars. The warranty CAN be worth the money. However, charging the customer extra without informing them is dishonest. Particularly when the item is something like a trim piece or window glass. The last two trips I've saved $20 by declining the warranty on items that didn't need them and that were added on without my consent. Just be aware.

Great place for your car/truck/suv parts. Great prices. Glad to see them cleaning up and organizing it better. They have a new part open now so more vehicles to choose from. They even offer a 90 day warranty now.

Bought a reconditioned battery half the cost of a new one. It lasted almost 5 yrs Lots of parts but they don't always have what you are looking for even though they charge you to get in anyway.

Charging for warranties without asking is a huge problem. Ya they had what I needed but ended up paying +$30 for warranties for parts that don't break. Danny's is way better and doesn't do this. Ebay is cheaper than most of these parts with "warranties" charged to them.

For a salvage yard, this place is clean and organized. They can't control the people on the grounds smoking pot. I found some of my parts as I was on a hunt for several things. People who work there are nice and helpful.

Okay wasn't sure if I was going to like the change of the layout of the yard. It's not to bad a little confusing at first but once you get a basic understanding of the yard, then it's easy to locate the vehicles you are looking for. The staff is in no way helpful but try to get you to let them print off a long piece of paper. Trust me it's easier to download the app, you get all the information that you need to locate the vehicles and you don't have to try to explain to someone who clearly knows nothing about cars what it is you are looking for.

Prices too high, $67 for a radiator that is online for $85 to 100, I left Radiator! I'm there to pull parts not do inventory for them! Its hard enough finding a vehicle that has a part in good condition. Yesterday we pulled bumpers off 3 trucks to put together a bumper that was in good shape. ( good plastic top and bottom & and chrome w/ no dings ) Now I know why everyone is going to Danny's. I left lkq w/ 12 cars in parking lot, got to Danny's place was packed, Radiator was $39. LKQ you need to focus on customer experence and fix your prices.
