I had a great experience here! I pulled out a distributor for my car, and it went well. They will also pull parts for you. I didn't know that until I got there and saw the sign inside. I asked about a part, and they seemed VERY reasonable on price to pull it. It might say they do it on their website, and I just missed that part. Haha. They were very helpful once I arrived. It is $3 per person to enter the lot. It's worth the visit.

I was looking for some parts for my daughter's car and had never been here and was skeptical after reading some of the reviews. However, I wanted to give it a chance. I walked in and was greeted by Byron. He was super friendly and helpful! I had a great experience with every employee interaction that I had during my visit! I even had a dead battery on my truck after forgetting the ignition on, and they assisted with getting me a jump! I will definitely visit again and recommend it! Good job to everyone there!

Send people here and shipped here for many years. I give it a two star because their customer service lately has become so disrespectful, disgusting, rude, dissatisfying and disappointing. They don’t really care about the people to get them what they and need. It’s called service for a reason. One lady that always work the admissions just begins y’all company down so much. Everything I go or hear people I send in there to get services they always talk about how rude and unprofessional she is. But there’s one guy I think name Byron (now he’s professional and very helpful) he brightens up the whole service while I’m in there especially said by others. He just knows how to talk, sell and make suggestions. That’s what this company need more of.theres mother gentleman Joe something like that he’s very help. Do better and hire better.

Great place but you better know how to check motors and trans if that's what youre looking to buy cause the warranty is 90 days and it's only to swap the motor for another one that also may be bad. I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars after learning you can in fact swap the motor for another or get a refund. Thanks for the clarification

Went and pulled a hood fender and bumper for my vehicle, when I got to the counter she said the fog lights were xx amount extra and remove them if I didnt want them. As I’m removing them she tells me it’s $385.03 in a rushing demeanor because other people were behind me, so I pay. I get home and realize they charged me $75.97 for the “optional 90 day guarantee”. I was never given the option, I wouldn’t have taken the offer because I know the parts would fit. Next day I go In there and get the hood brackets that I forgot and the same lady tells me $37.51 and I asked her “is that without the 90 day guarantee” and she says yes. I check my receipt when I get home and she charged me for the “optional 90 day guarantee” which wasn’t an option because I told her I didn’t want it. I went in there to see about getting my “optional 90 day guarantee” refunded and the rude lady at the checkout interrupted me and said it’s at the time of purchase only and I should have told her. Even thought 2 mins ago on my second purchase I told her no. Rude and unprofessional, will take your money ever chance they get. Double and triple check checkout no matter how much they rush you!

This used to be a great place to get parts but the past two times I’ve been there the parts have been way overpriced and it has gotten to the point where you should just buy new parts online. The employees are also rude and aren’t as helpful as they used to be. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!!

I used to have great experiences at this location with the former employees, but the new team specially a new lady as a manager who treats very disrespectful, I just decided never go back there. Wanted to return a mirror but first they avoided due to purchasing from another location ( zero knowledge of their own job) then the lady in an argument sarcastically says it smells weed (and I’ve never smoked weed in my entire life) very rude and uneducated.

Highest prices in tulsa literally anywhere else is better only had one hoist with a lift on it in the entire yard all the pallets for moving engines were taken up by engines just sitting there at the front got outside to put the engine in the back of the truck and the crane doesnt even have a lift on it DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO

Went in today to pick up a spare rim for a family member down on their luck. Was charged for rim and tire, mentioned I didn’t need the tire, since it was bald anyway. Employee came around desk and drilled 3 holes in sidewall of dry rotted tire. Then when I got home, I noticed he charged me a “tire unmounting fee”. Thought it was silly to make a point to ruin tire, but it definitely was not taken off rim and didn’t need the up charge. I can live without the pettiness. I won’t be back

Buy an item here and pay for the warranty and then try to contact them to see if it's still valid good luck. There is no way to call the location, no one you can talk to can give you that info and it's a huge waste of time I use to love this place but I will likely stop using them due to so much wasted time

You’re better off paying new prices. They’re charging 90% of retail for 20year old plus parts. It used to be decently priced, I’m not sure what happened.

Wow the girl at the counter on Monday morning had a terrible attitude very unwelcoming. Someone can’t hate their job that bad can they? I’m sure she deals with a lot but if someone is being nice and has a few questions before entering no need to act like they are such a bother to her. Just horrible customer service.

Ok, the point of this experience is to pull a part and pay twenty to thirdy percent of the new value of item. I pulled a sixty dollar item and when I presented it I was quoted 55 dollars, mind you on my ticket it quoted me twenty five dollars. Item was not perfect and was damaged. Don't waste you're prescious time and just order from Rock Auto.

Decided not to purchase steel wheels due to the fact they wanted another 20 bucks to do so. Use to have good pricing. Not so much anymore. Will never go back.

Pulled 2 lock actuators today and was charged 10 dollars more for each actuator than the listed price without guarantee. I was told that they're electric door latches and not the lock actuators. What's the difference? Amazon sell them brand new with a warranty at the price they charged me. If I wasn't needed to replace the actuators immediately, I wouldn't purchase them. What a rip off.

Got to say less than ideal customer service to start with. I don't know if it was a Saturday morning or what but could care less for the people's attitude behind the counter. Secondly I didn't appreciate that you guys advertise on your website a certain price say a fender for $54 and it comes up to 90. Sorry the math doesn't math. There's better options out there than this place. God bless

Today I picked and purchased 3 parts. While leaving I noticed I was charged for a window regulator ($45) instead of a door lock actuator ($15). Walked right back through the entrance to show them the mistake. I was informed because I didn’t purchase the warranty there was nothing they could do. I explained I was charged for the wrong parts. They didn’t care. Treated me like I was an idiot. The prices are already higher than there competitors. I will not be back

Now I understand the people that you see at a salvage yard, you probably see rough people that give you poor attitudes but when normal Joe's come in trying to buy a part I would suggest treating them as well as all people with respect. People behind the counter could care less obviously. But who knows what's going on in their lives must be a reflection of their own personal struggles

I purchased a bumper cover and was charged $98. When I walked out into the parking lot and checked the receipt I saw the price was $65 and they added a $19.50 extended warranty. I walked back in and was told since I walked out the door there was nothing they could do. I pointed out she did not tell me about the extra charge. She said “I don’t have to tell you anything “ BUYER BEWARE and make sure everything is correct before you walk out the door.

When 2 people ahead of you in the checkout line don’t buy the items they spent all their time pulling in the yard it really says something. They wanted 37 busks for a set of floor mats that are 25 bucks on Amazon. 20 dollars per used injector. Went to Danny’s and paid 8 dollars for 4 injectors. I’m not sure how LKQ stays in business. More people walk out mad that they wasted their time pulling parts vs buying an item. There has been countless times i wasted a trip to LKQ to find out they overcharge like crazy. Most items can be bought brand new for cheaper. Only come here if they have a car you can’t find anywhere else, and even then bring a lot of money because they ADD up everything. DANNYS, MIDWEST, and AESOP before lkq. They are actually fair with prices.

Always friendly and help you find the.parts you need, at an affordable price. Now they offer to pull your parts for you and warranty your parts for an additional price.

Shady company to work with, I’ve called regarding a pickup for my vehicle they hang up on me instead of helping. I’ve called a few times to schedule an appointment and had one set for Wednesday 9-11 wasted my time waiting for a pickup there was no pickup. Called told me I live to far from store location and they can’t get the car.

Parts pricing as high as new if shopping online. Wasted valuable time just to price gouged at the register.

Not even worth the one star! When calling seeking information, you are not provided with the option to speak with anyone. It's about wasting your time and fuel to have to drive to their location and finding out that they may or may not have the parts or the information you need. I find this to be quite unprofessional.

Terrible service, very rude people, they do not respect closing hours, the exaggerated prices of their pieces are not at all in line with the terrible service they offer, according to their website the last entrace hour is at 4:30, I arrived at 4:24 and they had its doors were closed, I showed them the time and they still refused to let me in they just say that entry is only until 4.30. In my opinion, there are better places in the city and with better prices.
