Great experience for my first visit I didn't grab much but they had what I needed. Only downside is the layout or directions I received were very poor. I think they should have markers for each section; Ford, Gm, Foreign, Etc as well as the aisle letter. Simple signs would suffice even. Just use some scraps and build a sign with letters or something. Anything to help with guidance around that massive lot of cars since there are no workers out there on the lot.

Good resource for parts on older vehicles. Not sure why they started charging for a 90 day warranty...you kind of figure body parts and other non-mechanical components don't merit a warranty. Added 12 bucks to my bill on top of a 37 dollar peice of glass. I'll still visit there as it's cheaper than buying new.

100% don’t recommend. DONT GO HERE!!! My dad is a frequent flyer at this place. Today he said he had the worst experience with one of their workers. He it made him take off a bunch of parts that came with the assembly that he was buying. They have horrible customer service and honest this place is going to the crapper. The man who helped him over charged him, everyone else was agreeing with my father. If you’re getting help form a short, black straight haired guy that looks super young, turn around and run! Also they charge a warranty without asking. The female and the tall guy, and the guys with the long straight hair are all pretty cool and the other kid is horrible.

We researched a part needed for a customers vehicle on their inventory, they have it posted that it's available with a warranty. But when we got there and paid an admission fee, drove an hour and a half to get there, the car was torn apart and the part that's posted was broken. They need to keep up with their inventory better.

Love this place. Wish their information center for vehicle location was more organized and that they didn't find the need to search my bag when I get there versus not when I leave... Which made no sense to me.... Staff coukd be nicer, I understand it sometimes calls for being a hard one but not to everyone everyday... None of the staff smiles none of them look like they thoroughly want to be there or are completely miserable being there...

Their website is awful. You call to talk to them on the phone but it'll hang up on you. You basically have to call and say you're selling your car to get anyone to answer a phone. And then when you let them know something doesn't work on their website they want to argue with you and saying that you didn't do it right. It's rude and very disrespectful. I typed in what you were saying to type in and it still didn't come up correctly for the part I'm looking for. Thanks for wasting my time. I hope no one else waste there time here with the website or the rude people on the other side of the phone once you can even get anyone to answer. Good luck.

Charge you a fee just for being here that you don't get back, even if they don't have your part, meaning you don't get it back. They go through your stuff (i.e. your personal tools) I do all the work but charged a premium. Sandlian will remove parts for you and usually about 25 to 50 percent cheaper. Staff not so friendly. I try to avoid this place at all costs but sometimes have no choice due to it being close to my workI call this place my last resort for a reason.

Let me educate first timers:THE MAP GIVEN TO FIND YOUR PART THEY SAY THEY HAVE? ABSOLUTELY of no use, no row is MARKED?!?! THEN AGAIN, no one explained how it works either time we've been there. If you have time to wonder about like your shopping with few hours to kill...GREAT! Just not a whole lot to pick really, EVERYTHING VERY scraped out. Maybe there are new supply days when it's better, dunno. Also, I think paying to get a wristband is ridiculousness! ! ! Sign in and pay $3.00 each person for wristband..uummm WTH?? You have anything ( toolbag) going in with you is searched, okay I get that. Then you pull your own parts with your own tools okay. Checkout, everything is checked again, okay. One pays what they ask, okay. So why the wristband and admission fee? Don't see the point of that!! Can't tell me the profits aren't made of junk vehicles. Drop the admission fee it's overkill!

A little pricey on some items that would be better off buying new instead. Air sensor with warranty is slightly higher than basic brand new with warranty…. Check parts prices before picking parts

Good deals can be had. Poor business practices. Stocking extended warranties on parts without asking. Expecting customers to right down stock number of cars you pull from.Poor management here.
