This place was absolutely was an excellent visit. All staff onboard (Steven)was simply fantastic with the customer service. I was greeted with alot of jokes and laughter. Everyone was did such a fantastic job. I was able to pull the part I needed with no problem. The service was quick and efficient. any assistance is needed someone was there to help. All my questions was answered accordingly, and I was given additional information. The rules was explained properly but in correct. Parts that I was looking for from different vehicles was all in the right place. I am glad that I came back. I will definitely be back for other parts and assistance. I had a interesting adventure walking through the LQK's junkyard. I was even able to help two customers find what they was looking for as I was heading out. Nice friendly staff very good prices as long as you don't get the warranties... kinfolk big money got it going on in there$$$...overall a very pleasant experience every time I come here man appreciate y'all... I've been to a lot of LKQ this is the best so far.... Manager a little stiff but he still listen to you and try to help

Sold me a tire and rim. Charged me for a warranty I didn't ask for and on there receipt ,it says they don't give warranties on tires. Also charged me a core charge ,for desposal of fluid. I bought tire and rim from them. Charged me double for entry fee. 3 at gate. 4.45 on receipt. Will have to go back and talk to manager.

LKQ is an auto parts salvage yard where you pay an entrance fee to find the part(s) you have a need for. Of course, the parts are used and you remove them yourself, and they are warrantied for 30 days and are heavily discounted, which makes it worthwhile.

I called on Friday February 4th to sell a car they gave me a quote number and scheduled picked up for Monday February 7th so I requested off from work to be present when they pick it up, first they gave me the most ridiculous time frame window between 9am and 3:30 pm so I couldn't do anything from seven hours and missed a day from work and on top of that nobody showed up to pick up the car and they did not have the balls to make a courtesy call to let me know that they were not going to come.

They are pretty good here. Usually helps you look for your part before you wast time in the yard

They usually have what you need but their prices are a bit high for a pull a part type scrap yard...

My experience here hasn’t always been the best but I always leave with what I came for. That said, this most recent visit was about as smooth as possible. Like always, a simple $3 to look around. The lady at the front checked us in and searched for the car we needed without me having to prompt anything. I’d already had it up from the webpage but she wanted to make sure it was still in the same spot. I got what I needed and went to check out which is sometimes a bit stressful. The gentlemen at the desk were all smiles with manners to go around. A fair price for a plastic part that I just wanted for aesthetic purposes. I had the price list from the website ready to go but it wasn’t necessary. The same service as before but with great execution. I can’t speak for the other services but as someone who read the reviews before going the first time, I figure it’s only right to highlight the good just as much.

Bought a $10 part and an $8 part. After environmental fees, 30 day guarantee fees, core charges, and taxes total was $31

Having a number of cars towed in to LKQ after an easy conversation on the phone I went to pick up the substantial checks for the non-functioning cars and incredibly the great guy who obviously enjoys his job in the Logistics and Accounting Office knew exactly who I was without me saying anything and knew the cars towed and where to find the paperwork immediately. He knows his job well and I will find out his name but he is in the second Finance Office. He deserves to be recognized as an on the ball and exceptional employee who is perfect for the job.
