Horrible experience with this company! ordered a used transmission for a 2007 mini cooper , received the wrong transmission , contacted a counter salesman . The first thing he wanted to do is blame us, stating we gave him the wrong year and style of vehicle. When its our personal vehicle and had VIN numbers ready if ever asked, but never once verified, just simply places blame on you for there lack of vehicle verification to avoid these same issues . But yet, i even stated multiple time "I didn't call to argue or play the blame game ,i called to get this manner resolved". He then tells me the transmission i needed had to be tracked down, and that i would receive a call back in a hour or so with availability , 2 hours went by ,no call back. Called and stated give me 1 more hour . Called back and still didn't find a replacement. Out sourced our own transmission from another place and wanted to get a full refund as i drove 60 miles away to return the transmission and rented a uhaul for the day just to transport it back . When we arrived he took a 25% restocking fee instead of making it right, and when trying to call down and negotiate to a agreement , i was hung up on and threatened to only get store credit . NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS HERE OR RECCOMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE .......HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ODVIOUSLY IS NOT THE FOCUS THERE ! contact Mini World if you want people who have been trained to speak to customers. And as you will see from there responses to "1 star reviews" there is no plan to fix this in the future.
