    These guys are not friendly or helpful. I was forwarded from Paul, to Max, to Tony (who hung up on me mid-conversation). Paid $1,000 for a rear differential and these guys gave me the incorrect part and are refusing to return the money. They are also dragging their feet and ignoring my calls by putting me on hold instead of getting me the right part. Status update: It has been over a month now, they have my money and I still don't have the right part.

    Should be zero stars. Called ahead for a seat they had advertised. Said they'd have it ready in the morning, took my name, saved my quote... showed up on the morning, made me wait and then told me the owner did not want to sell it, and would only sell the whole interior for $2500. Never saw the owner and I had told them it was a 2 hour drive; probably best for him. Don't bother even trying to do business with these people. As far as I'm concerned they owe me 4 hours.

    This place has absolutely no respect for anyone’s time. I called in at 8:30am on Saturday Oct 19th 2024 for a f150 fender. They confirm they have it all is good. Take the drive there, they say just wait a few minutes and we’ll have your part up. I knew it takes at least 25 minutes to get this part off the truck if you’re experienced with this generation of f150 im gettin the part from. An hour and 7 minutes later the part arrives with two broken tabs and the base of it was bent beyond usability. TLDR; They don’t care about your time and will make sure to waste as much of it as they can for subpar prices.

    It's like They dont have to sell to you but u must buy from them kinder attitude they just typical monopolization of D&H i didnt like the way they were talking to customers and am not american mind u they treat them bad. Hope they change be better people or if i can be trained to work the front they will have triple the sales.... Needs good customer services.

    These guys are fantastic! The hood on my daughter's car was damaged when the latch failed. Not only did these guys have the hood, they had it in the same color! Came home, installed the hood and a new latch, little compound and polish and you can never tell the difference. They were a bit of a haul from where I am in Pa. But worth the trip. While there I wandered as I often do. And they had a total oddball '19 Chevy express van with a factory 4 cylinder diesel. That sparked a ton of swap ideas in my head. If you need it, these guys have it somewhere on the 77 acres of cars. If you call, ask for Marcus, although all the guys are great to deal with.

    Been here twice and the customer service is very poor. They are over priced little to no warranty on items and they take forever. This is the last time I will be trying this place. I recommend ( State Line Auto ) for all your used car parts, great customer service and very good prices.

    They talk to you like you're dumb after you show up for a part that they supposedly have but end up pulling the wrong part. Over price sales and incompetent people. They chaged us 53 dollars for a sun visor! Gtfo. Don't go here.

    Great place for used auto parts but they have moved to 3040 Pulaski Hway now and they have a new name as well. Complete Recycling Group or CRG auto parts is what I like to call them.

    Very nice staff . Were a big help with getting parts needed. The location is off the beaten path but not to hard to find. Pricing was in line and they had the part I was looking for

    Called to make sure they had what I needed, They said they did. Drove an hour 20 to get it, than waited in there lot for 40 minutes. Than got told they didnt have it. Guy was super nice about it all I appreciate that but still waste of an afternoon

    I thought my first time experience at Mars Used Auto Parts was awesome. The associates there handled my concern for needing a 2012 Nissan Sentra Master switch very politely but charged $75 for a used piece. The day that I bought the piece is the day I decided to get it installed. Sadly, after getting this supposedly "Guaranteed" part from Mars Used Auto Parts, instead of my driver side window failing to work it was then my backseat passenger window failing to roll down. I called the day after purchasing this device for further instruction on a refund for my money. A manager by the name of Stony prompted to offering an exchange which I politely declined. I explained to him that the policy states (in writing) that all parts (including electronic parts) are guaranteed. I was also told by word of mouth by Stony (while I was purchasing the part from one of his employees) that the part is guaranteed. I would be just as hypocritical as Stony and the owner of Mars Used Auto Parts if I did not include that the Policy states 'No refund for Electronics". It is quite Unscrupulous of Mars Used Auto Parts as a Whole to honor part of their contract (No Refund for Electronics) and not honor their written/given word of "guaranteed product". I am highly disappointed in the owner that I have asked to speak to for about a week and was told by Stony "the owner doesn’t want to speak to you" and threatens to get me escorted by the police. Stony Constantly raised his voice at me today in front of his employee and slammed the window in my face twice because he believed that when I finally decided to exchange the broken piece (for an untrustworthy product prior to me going to the police) I was trying to pull one over on him because I had several master switches for the same vehicle and didn’t have a clear idea on which piece was actually there's. Now like I made mention of two sentences ago. He then tells me (after yelling at me over the past week when I contact him) “I am not serving you and slams both windows in my face, then decides to not exchange the broken piece he sold to me. To close out my review I would love to include that I asked time and time again for an email or a professional phone number to contact the owner and was told "the owner won’t talk to you. The owner doesn’t want to talk to you". I was referred by B&H Junkyard after being told B&H had a new part, they waited for me to drive there to tell me they don’t have it and send me to Mars Used Auto Parts. Very unstable team with very unethical and dishonorable decision making caused by their mindsets.

    just tried to charge me 75 dollars a piece for taillights for an 06 sierra.. I also need a reverse light harness for driver side i would get all for $150 but would throw the bulb harness in with.. I stated i could not afford that I am currently laid off for winter and i feel i can buy new for less, when asked how much was just the harness i was told i had to buy the lights also that they could not sell me the seprate. . I have found them new for $58 including harness from rock auto, , I plan on never visiting them again.. i have had bad service before from BanH and now will not visit either locations for parts,

    We call around for a motor and find one here. Stony tells us that it is a good ran motor and verifies the motor code with us several times. After we install the motor it knocks like crazy and smokes. Stony asks if we can repair it. We decide to see if it was an easy fix and drain the oil, it looked like a kids glitter party. We ask for another motor and they don't have one. We tell them to pick their junk back up and give us our core back. They proceed to tell us that they don't have our core with it only being a week later. Several months go by and we can't get our money back!

    Took a little while to get the part I needed but it was worth the wait at the shop. Negotiation was easy, part was perfect, and they looked up a couple other things I may go back for.

    Cheap coast in parts. Good pleasant ppl to deal with and fast on getting what you need they got 4 lots. U wont go wrong . Ever want any parts you name it they got it. You wont be disappointed... call them try it and talk about it.

    Great people and great prices went there on Saturday looking for a wire Harness for my transfer case Stony and his crew took the time to make sure the wire harness was the same one in the truck and gave me a great price on it will be going back for sure for anything else i need

    They are very inconvenient, Called them to come get a window for my car that they told me they had. I drove all the way from baltimore just to get there for them to tell me they didn't have it after they specifically told me they did.

    Can I give it zero stars? They wouldn't let me look at the body parts first, I waited a long time for someone to remove the parts and bring them out. They listed the door and fender as A rated, they should have been F for failure. Parts with rust dents and missing paint are NOT a rated

    the inventory is online in cars-parts.com ...but sadly they don't allow clients inside thier lots. 200 plus 50 core charge for a 4.10 ford explorer 8.8 differential

    I was left on hold for 20 minutes and then I was treated like I was bothering him,then tried to make excuses on how he couldn't help me because I didn't have enough info when I did ,then he keeped talking over me they had what I needed but because of all that I'm going to look for aore friendly place
