When I let my battery run down to the point my key fob wouldn't work, and the manual key didn't work, Ray with Marty's Towing came to the rescue. I called them to get me into the locked vehicle and Ray ended up staying to help jump my car. I also got a much deserved and articulate lecture about letting my car battery run down. Thanks Ray. After 500 mile trip we parked at our hotel in Galveston and our transmission linkage broke on Christmas Eve. Called Marty's on recommendation of a mechanic who was still open. Not only was driver they there almost instantly but, knowing how to fix the problem temporarily, had the car running within five minutes. Hats off to the polite and professional driver. Our perfect girls getaway came to an unfortunate halt when our Jeep stopped working on the far side of the island 3 days before we needed to head back to Arkansas. Highly recommend Marty's City Auto & Towing! I had some mechanical issues with my Infiniti Q50 Hybrid. I took it to 4 different mechanics in Houston (including Infiniti's service), and no one was able to figure out what to do to get my car running again. I got it towed to Marty's, and within 3 days he found the issue, ordered the parts, and my car was back up and running!
