Unfortunately, I can not remember the name of the amazing man/driverv who helped get myself and my son's vehicle home safely tonight. The driver was polite, chill, and interesting to talk to. Evey other experience with other tow truck drivers were really awkward and and felt like a burden. I hope he and every other first responder stays safe out there. Thanks so much so much for the rapid response and the reasonable and unbeatable price

We have used Marty's twice now and both times the experience was amazing. Their customer service and pricing can't be beat. The second time we used them, we were stranded on I 45 in the construction zone with a blown out tire. Ray was there in less than 20 minutes and immediately went to work to get us on our way. We were missing the wheel lock, so he ended up having to tow us. He got on the phone to a tire place he knew in Galveston and took us straight there. Because of his call, they stayed open late to get us back on the road. Marty's is just simply the best. They really care about making sure you are taken care of and the price was significantly lower than other tow companies I talked with. They quoted me the price immediately on the phone and stuck with it. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. And I can't say enough good things about Ray. He made a bad situation so much better with his skills and his personality. He saw what he needed to do and just got to work. I would never think about calling anyone else! Thanks to Marty's towing and to Ray!
