I have a buick roadmaster that is almost impossible to find parts for. The lady I talked to on the phone was friendly and super helpful. They had what I needed at a very reasonable price and pulled the part for me before I got there. It is cash only, so come prepared. They are a bit difficult to get to, but we'll worth it. Other reviews said the lady was rude and unhelpful. I was polite and friendly to her and she treated me the same. Will definitely keep them on speed dial!

Wouldn’t trust them. We called twice to check to make sure a part would work for our car and was assured that it would. The part was incorrect for our car and when we returned it we were only given the option of store credit which is WILD because we confirmed with them TWICE that it was compatible for our car. Here’s the crazy thing, I actually don’t want store credit to a yard that can’t give me accurate information, I need my money back to get the correct part. I’d love to respond! I do appreciate your prompt response and understand your policy. When calling to inquire about the part we were not asked to provide a VIN, if we had been asked we would have been able to and happy to provide it. We were also not explained the policy at checkout by the employee we bought it from, though we did notice the sign after the fact. I would say it overall sounds like a training issue rather than a process issue. A lot of frustration could likely be alleviated by a few simple steps actually being followed.

I just wanna say how awesome the staff is,polite and friendly. Today I picked a cart to pull instead of the. Wheelbarrow what a mistake I spent most of my time trying to get it goin right way then it started pouring rain A couple of the guys that were also getting parts helped me out. I was more than thankful. This is my favorite place to get parts. Thank you to the staff and fellow fixer uppers Ike me!
