Purchased a Nav screen for a Lexus RX300- staff was nice to deal with long distance via phone, however, the part was received in poor condition- screen blinks and screen quality is cloudy -Extremely disappointed with part- Midwest disclosed upfront electrical parts are sold with no warranty however I expect a yard that sells a part confirms it is in good condition before they sell it to a customer.

Bought parts for every car I've ever owned from here, my mother worked for them for a very long time and my step dad still works for them! These Guys are the real deal. I was searching the world over for used parts for my 2015 Chevy Spark LS. The car didn't come with a spare tire but a 12v air compressor and bottle of fix-a-flat in the spare tire well. This blows. I found a wheel (even matched my OEM style) about $60 bucks! Yeah! Send on! also needed a RR tail light. Boom! had that too. Shipping was crazy fast. both items were packed in separate boxes. Both arrived undamaged due to excellent packing with bubble wrap. I don’t ever write reviews on places but these guys are the exception the service is absolutely out standing I’ve bought multiple times from them and it doesn’t matter who answers the phone when I call they bend over backwards to help me out every time. I would highly recommend.

2 stars because the prices are great. Downfall you get what you pay for. Ordered me the completely wrong hood first round, which was damaged anyway, refunded me some of my money as the right hood was cheaper, that was a plus, but my “new hood” is bent with dings everywhere. Never again !!!
