My family and I drove from Texas (12 hrs), to buy a truck. Halfway through our trip we get a notification that the truck was SOLD to someone else although they knew we were on our way for it. Please read the other reviews as well before buying from them don’t make the same mistake we did. Very rude and horrible customer service!!!

I bought a door and tailgate from them for a total of $515 shipped to me. I was told they were both completely rust free. Neither one was rust free when I got them. They cut the hinges in half on the door. Luckily my old door had good hinges, but I still had to buy pins. I called and they weren't surprised at all. They gave me $104 back, which didn't even cover what it cost to repair them.

They stay very busy due to their great prices. Plan on it taking a day or 2 to have the parts pulled and ready. I Wasnt thrilled the rack n pinion I purchased had water mixed fluid in it, but what can you expect for the crazy low price of $40. After flushing my system several times and installing an inline filter it works.

Great Staff.. Great Prices and the parts are ready in a Timely manner.. But on a side note if you can get the part pulled and someone to actually look at it before you go there you would be doing yourself a solid unless you are a local. The last three trips I've made daughter about an hour and 15 minutes One Way Drive have been for nothing

Call the day before to see if they had a silver door, tell them I'm gunna come pick it up the next day. Drive an hour to show up the next day to find out the only silver one they had they crushed, very poor management. The door WAS gunna be 100$ so I guess they're could have been something good about this interaction.

2-28-23 I called for the company I work for to purchase a transmission. I am a Service Writer for a major national transmission shop. Transmission priced on Carparts @ $300 $250 to ship. So I got the purchase approved and called back now the price was $1000. Morgan's Auto Salvage will never get another call from me or the company I work for trying to be slick and charge a higher price then what was quoted.

Very helpful, timely, and professional. I had the misfortune of visiting while having 2 kids in car seats in tow so i was limited on my ability to inspect or pick up my parts myself so they staff did all the dirty work for me and was able to bring them to the car for me. Sure it was like an extra 100 yards, but having two car seat kids made it impossible for me to do it.

I purchased a used ABS control model from Morgan's. I asked specifically if this module would need programmed and was told it did not. I drove over an hour each way to pay for this control module and pick it up. After installing the module my brakes did not work whatsoever. I took the vehicle to a certified repair shop. I was then informed that you cannot reprogram these modules and they will not work without programming. When I called Morgan's I was basically told o'well they can't help that their computer didn't tell them that it needs programming and that I was just SOL. No one should have to deal with something like this especially a single mom with 2 kids trying to repair her vehicle to be able to go to work, take kids to school, buy groceries, etc. This business should not be OK with this situation whatsoever. Mistakes happen everyday. That isn't the issue. The issue lies within the fact that they're not willing to make it right whatsoever . It's truly sad.

Put an order in and they went out of their way to help me get my part and fast to get the car back on the road for my customer. People like this help us other shops help our customers and they do this because they care and have good service. Thank you

I would give them a 1 1/2 if that was an option but it’s not, they were at least friendly. That’s the positive, all of it. I was told on the phone they had the part, drove 30 minutes to get there and it was raining. They couldn’t tell me where the cars were but just in the “import” section which probably had 500-1000 cars. I spent an hour slipping around in the rain, fell once in the mud. Finally called them and suggested they come help, they said they couldn’t unless someone walked out there, and no one apparently wanted to. I spent another hour walking around in the mud and finally found 1 of the 2 cars and of course the side my part was on was missing. I called again at some point and was again told very little besides “try searching by the trees”. Finally I gave up trying to find the other one to drive home, muddy and empty handed. In addition, the place is a mess. Hardly any cars are on supports. They have only the most basic idea of what they have or where things are located. Nothing is ordered/numbered by rows with signs etc. the only ID the cars have are small 3x3 inch white tags you can’t read until you get right up on them. I won’t go back.

I called this salvage shop to confirm they had a fender. I drove 2 hours to pick up the fender the same day and they did not have a fender. They do not confirm their parts so do not trust that they have a part in their system. They are too lazy and disorganized to work with.

Ordered a transmission from Morgan's with a 90 day warranty. The transmission showed up with metal throughout the oil and metal chunks in the oil pan. Called Morgan's immediately and sent them pictures of the metal. Morgan's has refused to issue a refund or send a different transmission. We have now black listed them on our vendor list. I would not buy anything from this company. We will also be filing a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and dispute the charge with our credit card company. From one business to another, it's very unfortunate that we gave them the opportunity to do the right thing and correct the situation and they completely refused.

I was lied to about a 1996 5.7 liter Chevy motor being able to work in a 1994 Chevy Silverado. The only thing that worked was being able to put it in the truck itself. Intake and everything else wouldn't switch over. That's $500 down the drain. Thanks for the boat anchor. Oh and the worst part is that I'm a disabled American Vet that they did this to. Now I'm $500 short for this month and still no way to get around to buy what little groceries I can afford. The only good thing about this is I got to see my son for a week.
