I've been working with Chris to order an engine from Nationwide for over a month now, and while he has been super friendly he has made false promise after false promise and the engine is now shipping out a week AFTER it was supposed to ARRIVE. I was not planning on leaving this review but he has been consistently dropping the ball on this and this kind of service is completely unacceptable, no matter how apologetic you are. They're not even offering a refund for the $450 I paid for shipping almost a month ago. Edit: they did end up refunding me for the cost of shipping + 10% the cost of the engine which was very nice, added an extra star back despite the delay.

Edited: manager named Alex gave me a call. He restored my faith in humanity. The man called, sincerely asked me about my story, and he immediately went above and beyond to make me feel valued, Sincerely. The man overnighted the parts that I had needed. He apologized for my negative experience. That's a family owned business that DOES CARE. It was no less than 24hrs and I had a phone call from him. I can solidly say, that man is a stand up dude. I will again be repeat customer just based off the fact that I know if I was to have a problem then it will be handled properly. Major KUDOS to manager Alex and his sincerity. If your looking for tough to find vintage BMW parts give them a try. They are clean, professional and they actually give a damn. Huge shout out to the team at nationwide for reaching out to make things right!!! The phone call from that guy made my day. Not often you see that anymore. Props to nationwide. You have my future business and my good words. 👍 nice job.

Purchased a door from them and was assured it was a grade A. 24 hours later received a call stating the door was bent and not able to be sold. I would probably make sure the product is worthy of being sold before causing the headache of a refund.

My son needed a pick-up bed for a 1999 F350 and had no luck finding one until I contacted Nationwide. They had one in great shape for a good price and Billy was wonderful to work with. The yard crew loaded the bed on our trailer without as much as a scratch. Service at it's best!

The biggest thing I would remind everyone about is to follow the information on the back of the invoice for warranty.

Larry was very helpful in finding all the parts I needed for a very good price; he was patient through the whole process and sent detailed pictures of the items before scheduling the shipment. I was a bit weary in the beginning about freight shipping to CA, but the shipment arrived very professionally packaged and just as described without any damages. I have these guys bookmarked. Nationwide provides great service. I needed my auto part for my car inspection and I called them and spoke with a gentleman by the name of CJ, a real top notch fellow, who after speaking with expedited the shipping of my order which by the way came two days after we spoke. And that's the kind of customer service every Co. should have if they want to keep loyal customers. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had purchasing. I worked with Scott, he was great all around in service and professionalism. I ordered a hood on Saturday and received it Wednesday. It was incredibly well packed on a pallet and in perfect condition. They even included all the hardware (hinges, latch, etc) for no additional charge. I can't say enough good things about them.

I highly recommend Nationwide if you are in need of a replacement engine. Unlike "brokers" they have their own inventory and are fully transparent of the engine's heritage and provide the VIN number of the donor car. Amber was great to deal with and was able to answer all my questions about the engine condition and their return and warranty policies. Upon request they provided the results of a compression test. Engine was palleted and delivered on time. So far no issues.

Recently completed an eBay transaction and when I encounter a seller that goes above and beyond I feel they need to be recognized. Customer service rep CJ, at Nationwide Auto Recycling, is that type of seller rep.. From start to finish CJ provided great communication with quick response to my questions and details of the sale. He handled the shipping arrangements which were completed without a hitch. I couldn’t have asked for better. CJ and other staff members that I encountered on site are certainly a credit to the Nationwide Auto Recycling organization.
