STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I purchased some tires from them and paid extra for them to be mounted on my wheels. They were not able to balance them as their wheel balancing machine was broken. While getting them balanced elsewhere, it was determined that one of the wheels was bent. None of them were bent before I brought them to this place. I was told; "Its as if it had been dropped without a tire mounted on it." Oddly enough, while the tires were being mounted at New Richmond Auto, I heard that identical sound from in the shop where the guy was mounting my tires. It didn't occur to me that it was an issue at that time until the exact sound was duplicated at a lower volume. Thanks for the additional $200 cost to fix my wheel. Your shop guy should have just owned up to it. I'll be sending you guys the bill soon.
