I’ve worked with them before and was a fairly smooth experience. This time was not so smooth as they had a part I needed but it was sold when I got there apparently. Sold me an alternate, didn’t work. Upon returning it (total driven at least 95 miles now) they tried to offer store credit (valid 60 days), per policy. Normally, I wouldn’t say anything but I was shown online, they had the part, I asked for delivery, they called next day saying they can’t deliver. I drove over, didn’t have my part! So in the interest of fairness, I spoke with the manager and he took care of me. That’s a good business man and I will happily work with them again.

This guys are good. Good customer service and willing to help. I bought transmission and they got it delivered when they say they will. The transmission was a good one but, my mechanic did not know what he was doing and asked me to get other one. I called Nu Way and sent me another one, the next day.. Their credence and honesty will get them 5 stars from me..

Absolute WASTE OF TIME. Called ahead about a unit that I needed which they claimed to have, drove 40 minutes and got there just for them to spend ANOTHER 40 minutes searching for what they never had. All that for them to tell me sorry but it never existed. NOT TO MENTION this isn’t the first time this happened but this time I’ve given up on this joke of a store. They make a promise on the phone then when you really get there they actually bother to check if they have it and 9 times out of 10 they don’t !!!

Just met the best auto dismantling team ever at my visit to Nu-Way in Wilmington this passed Saturday. I headed out early from northeast LA and was there in less than half hour! Very attentive to their customers and ultra welcoming and helpful in my auto parts search! They carry foreign and domestic parts and whole cars all in one place for reasonable prices too!! Huge headache that caused serious delays and problems with the insurance company. We ordered 3 doors, a fender and a rear bumper for a Chevy Express Van and Mr. Z confirmed our order. Two days later he says he doesn't have 1 door and a fender. He says he still has the rear doors but after waiting for the delivery 3 days later, we follow up and he says he doesn't have the rear door at all.

Worst service ever!! I bought a cvt transmission paid 2600 !! I put transmission in and it didn't work. I had them pick it back up wait 10 day for a response they never call me once, gorge and marvin the superviser are the worst ever, the only person that was helpful was the accountant and she had nothing nice to say about those two people, what a shame that the owner allow this!!

Don't let the name fool you!! I have had to do so much extra work on this Volvo engine swap! looks like plain water was run in the cooling system. looks like oil was never changed (hard life). At 200K my engine is "internally" cleaner. I was told i'd get compression test results, and a call when it was shipped. Both lies. Some Jackass cut the high pressure fuel line (instead of unhooking it) witch on a 2.5 turbo is a lot of extra work to change. Dip stick broken off. No compression test ever done. Took a week longer to receive, and i had to call them, twice. I have to use my flywheel (thiers is garbage). and on and on. It will be a miracle if i get much life out of this thing. I wish Gundies had a motor. They have never done me wrong, and the one time I had an issue they solved it instantly.
