As a woman, you always feel the need to enter into situations as such with your guard up but they explained everything throughly and helped me every step of the way; I felt completely safe and taken care of. I can not say enough praise for Zac who took great care of us. Very professional, contacted us quickly after receiving dispatch in order to confirm our location and give us ETA. Arrived sooner than expected. Very conscientious about safety for him and for us. VERY efficient putting the spare on and putting the flat in the trunk! Got us on our way quickly. AMAZINGLY - on our way home using the loaner car while flat was being repaired, in about the same place the loaner car's tire blewout. Who comes to the rescue? ZAC. I knew we were in good hands. Our truck got stuck in a ditch. We had two other wrecker services come out to try and get the truck out. One would not even attempt, the other got stuck getting out there. We have AAA and AAA had OBar Wrecker Service come out to us. Daniel stayed in communication with me about where he was. When Daniel arrived, he was prompt in getting his work accomplished. He was clear about what he could do or not do. He was confident that he would be able to get the truck out. The County Road we had to travel to get to the truck was very muddy in places and he told me what I would need to do to drive the truck out in those places. He stayed in front of me in case I got stuck and he had to pull me out. I am EXTREMELY pleased with OBar Wrecker Service and the communication and the actual work. I am very grateful for their willingness to help us with a situation for us, was impossible.

Of all places to break down THE FUEL ISLAND..LOL..Our company called Obar Wrecker Service to the rescue. They were there in very short order. Daniel was the one providing service and was very cordial and polite seeing as how we probably caused him to get up so early. He had our rig hooked up in no time and we were off to the repair shop.Daniel was very knowledgeable of his craft and knew to disconnect the drive shaft for towing. Also he was very professional and accommodating for our French Bulldog.If you need a tow this is the place to call. I was connected through AAA for a flat tire on the interstate. Ryan was the technician who came to assist me and he was very calm and reassuring. I was very thankful for his assistance and expertise. He had me back on the road quickly.

If I could give Daniel 10 stars I would! I guess there are still a few good people left in the world.. He went way, way above and beyond for two people in a bad situation. We lost two tires on the highway because a semi was nice enough to leave a large chunk of steel in the road. My insurance assigned obar to the call and they showed up inside of 30 minutes. Daniel was very friendly and charged us a very reasonable rate for the extra mileage needed (15 mile radius was all insurance covered) to get to a tire shop. When the tire shop couldnt get lugs off he came right back to get us and took us back home... which was a good ways. He never complained, just happy to help. I highly recommend Obar as I've never had such a smooth experience with a wrecker service. Very understanding folks who provide excellent service. They actually care and will go the extra mile to make sure youre taken care of! Id choose them over any wrecker in sweetwater no question!
