I am grateful for excellent and prompt service from Cody! I was traveling solo and got an unrepairable flat from a split tire. Cody not only showed up on scene within 20 minutes, but he replaced tire with spare and called nearby tire shop to see if they carried my tire. Time was of the essence to get tire replacement on a Saturday before tire shops closed. He went above and beyond and I am thankful!

Cody came to the rescue! Was headed back to Lubbock from the Nicki Minaj concert in Dallas. About 2 hours away from home I had a blow out, no spare, called my insurance company and got in touch with Cody. Being that I just had to get a blown out tire at 8pm, there weren’t any tire shops open. My insurance company basically said I could only get towed 7 more miles from where I was to the nearest tire shop. They would not cover me being towed back home, it would be $900 out of pocket. After well over an hour of going back and forth with (Progressive)- Cody went out of his way to get a friend of his out there that late where we were to take off and replace my tire. He was under no obligation to do so, but stayed with me and made sure I was able to get myself and vehicle home safely. Thank you Cody!

If i could give less than 1 star, i would! I was issued this wrecker service through my insurance, so i had no option… but the driver was RUDE for no real reason at all, and i will NEVER recommend this company to anybody.
