Working with Pearl Road was a completely different experience than what I had had with other parts suppliers. They were helpful, friendly and accommodating in ways that no one else came close to. It was a difficult part to find and I needed it overnight. They had it, got it and shipped it overnight. Their knowledge and customer service was the best. Used to always think Pull Apart for parts....Back the truck up! Give these guys a chance. They don't rake you on price and you are not the one crawling in the mud, bugs and junk to get your parts! They are worth the money extra paid alone for that! Super helpful and it is always nice working with LOCAL businesses!

They got my part promptly and while there was a slight ding in one of the more delicate areas on the part, it is a difficult pull and the piece wasn't essential for my purpose anyway. They were priced more than fairly and if I need a salvage part rather than a pricey new aftermarket parts I would definitely call Pearl👍

Called 3 times to verify part was available and they told me it was. Drove an hour to get there, only to find everyone in the showroom smoking pot. I was then told to go look at the transmission with an employee. Took them a half hour to finally tell me that they don't have the transmission. Went back and confronted Rich, he said the computer showed that they had it. The only redeeming quality to the entire place was the cat fast asleep on the counter (most likely passed out from all the pot smoking). Would not recommend anyone doing business with this company unless you want to be treated poorly.

Below average parts that are priced at the same of higher quality part's from other top rated operations!!!!!! They need to inspect the parts better before pricing them. Dismantling leaves much to be desired????

I called for my engine and they stated they “have it” and 109,000 miles they have on it. I drove 2 hours to pick it up no big deal but when I got there they rang me up $1,700 and afterwards they said you’ll have to drive to a separate location to go pick it up and when I got there everyone in the building yelled they weren’t gonna do it so after 30 minutes of waiting at the second building someone finally came out and said just wait we will get you settled up and then 15 more minutes later someone told us to go around back and they had engine looked right and then they rushed us to get it loaded and on our way. we got it back took and it turned. I finally got time to get it in and it wouldn’t turn I opened up the intake and it looked so covered in crud it had to have well over 200,000 on it and the warranty is gone so I’m at a conplete engine loss.

Called to inquire about a part, and was told that it is not in stock because a lot people buy them. I said okay coul....., and before I could give him my info to call me when one came in he hung up on me. I understand you might be busy, but hanging up on someone is not going to get repeat business........I don't care if you have the cure for cancer, and I need it I will never buy anything from your business every again, and yes I buy (used to) a tone of parts for my projects.

WOW !!!!.....My kind of wrecking yard. I needed a starter motor for my truck. Pearl Rd. had it, best price I got from three yards I called. They said they would have it ready for me in an hour....THEY DIDN'T....It was 2 hours. But what the Hell, I had a wonderful time waiting for it... smoked a little 420 with Myron... drank a Bud Ice with Rich...and another Bud with Juan, in the rear shop. The beer supply was in the danger zone...I went to the convt. store and bought a fresh 12 pk. for the guys and my starter was ready. By now I was in no hurry to leave...smoked a little more, a few more brews and now it was closing time. I spent the whole afternoon up there. I'll do my starter tomorrow. They even invited me to there annual Christmas party. Damn right I'm gonna go. Best auto dismantling yard in Cleveland.

I've been to a lot of junkyards in my time, but this place takes the cake. Dirty,smelly, and lots of employees in dirty lounge chairs. BUT they were the friendliest, most helpful guys I've ever been helped by in a junkyard. And they had what I needed at a good price.

Sold me a bad driveshaft horrible business I called them 2 months ago to find me anther never called me back!called againa month later tells me to get it balanced on my expense I own a bodyshop never deal with them again cost me 220.00 dollars for a bad driveshaft.....

Talked to about a set of wheels, said they would remove once I arrived. I arrived within hours and they “just sold”. Gave info to source another set and said they would call me Monday. I got curious and went to look at the car “they just sold them off of”. Here the car had built up rust on all the lug studs, it was obvious the car hadn’t been touched in months and they are posting parts they can get and do not have. WASTE OF TIME from these cons. Stay away.

I dont recommend this place to no one, they take a deposit and give you junk parts that are broken scratched up ect.. and wont refund your money, and respond with what do you want from a ten year old car, the car that I need parts for is in better shape then what they give me, had I seen the parts before I gave them a deposit I would have never even gave them money. Plus bad bad customer service ....not happy at all with the out come.

I purchase a motor from pearl auto wrecking on 10/23/2020 from Raheem the owners son. I informed them that I was looking for an OLDSMOBILE 455ci out of a ‘68 ninety eight for my son Grandfather. He informed me the he had one in stock for $1,000. After paying i returned 3 weeks later for pick up. Due to COVID and shops being closed I asked for a longer “warranty period” which he agreed to. The receipt stated “455 Oldsmobile motor” On February 14, 2021 the motor was identified by the Machanic as being a “Pontiac 455” non of the components are Inter changeable as on would think. After several conversations via phone with Raheem “owners son” the motor was returned and the Ali the “owner” conveniently stand on this “so-called 30 day return policy” even though the receipt clearly states that it was a “455 Oldsmobile “ . I even suggested that they restock it and pay me after it’s resale. Ali claimed that all their motors are bench tested and they couldnt resell the wrong motor they sold me. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I DONT KNOW OF ANY “JUNK” yard that bench tests motors from their scrap cars. NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE “PEARL ROAD AUTO WRECKING” or it’s other businesses.

Everytime I need a parts for my work truck they alway have it ready to go in 24hr I like the hrs 8.to6 most junkyard be close at 5pm they open Saturday I alway use them for work parts autozone,ect big name dont have parts in like back,glass in stock
