Sandra was able to recognize a situation that was not this stores fault but a failure in company policy and procedure. She could have easily let a long time customer leave frustrated and disappointed over what should have been a simple exchange. Sandra took the time to understand the situation and find a way to not lose a sale, a customer, and future positive recognition for this location. Thank you for your support Great job!

We had a saturn that still ran, new parts, new tires we just got in a wreck and decided it wasn't worth fixing. Pick n pull reps would not budge from 100$. They are low ballers. Plus Some lady that worked there was trying to finalize the pick up of the vehicle came at my wife sideways made our decision easy: try facebook marketplace FIRST! In the end We sold the saturn for 500$! so thanks lady whoever worked there.

Don’t let the bad reviews scare you off, just a bunch of Karens complaining that they didn’t get special treatment. I went for the first time today and the entire staff was super friendly with me, no issues at all and I got what I came for.
