So my overall experience here was good for the most part. They had an above average selection of parts, their yard was not trashed like a few that I know of, and their pricing was fair. I have to say I liked the fact that they even had a hand washing station for when you get dirty and my hands were covered in oil. The only thing that blew me away was this charge I seen on my receipt for a “environmental fee” for $11.76. I asked them at the desk what that was about and didn’t really explain in much detail other than the burden of environmental clean up around there is shared between all of us. 🤔 I don’t own pick and pull so I don’t understand why the burden would be shifted some onto me let alone everyone else. Kind of crazy they just choose to charge us more so their bottom line isn’t affected as much.🤷so FYI be prepared to pay more than what you are quoted for!!! I almost forgot you do get charged $2 to go in too which i understand because people do go in there with bad intentions. The thing the caught me off guard is I called to see if they had a specific truck there and couldn’t, just told me the year, make, and model which was fine but when I brought it up about just checking to see if it was there first, I was told I still had to pay the $2 even though I wasn’t getting any parts as of yet!

Charged me and my son 4 dollars to get in . Quoted me 12 dollars for a sun visor for a jeep . Went to leave and charged me 17 dollars plus tax . Almost 22 dollars if add the fee to get in ,10 more than quoted . Should have gone to woodys where it was 4 dollars for the same visor.

Always buying parts. Decent place. 3 month ago bought set of 4 tire and returned it. Got $176 store credit on receipt not on a card. I have a nice and clear picture of it on my phone. And I can't use it. Because of the company policy. Even I print it. Still I can't use it. It has to be the receipt itself. Speak with the manager ( Jonio) still the company policy. Keep your return credit receipt safe you can because of the company policy.

I was supposed to have my truck picked up between 8-12 this morning and at 11:40 I called because I was supposed to have a 30 minute call that the driver was on his way and I didn’t receive a call so I was checking on when the driver was coming because he obviously wasn’t going to make it and I didn’t get a call. While I was on hold the driver did call and said that they over scheduled pickups today and that he couldn’t make it until 1 and if this was a problem I could reschedule it. I told him that it was supposed to be between 8-12 and that I have things to do for customers but I guess I would have to wait until 1. He started yelling at me and telling if I don’t like it I can reschedule and I told him that there was no need to get mad and he told well if I don’t like it a can reschedule and hung up on me. Well I called the lady back with logistics who was awesome by the way and here this guy told his dispatcher that I was getting mouthy with him and that he wasn’t going to pick mine up. He completely lied to them. I was being patient and told him I would wait until till 1. This guy shouldn’t have anything to do with customers and this is how they let their employees treat their customers. The lady in logistics and the driver who came to pick the truck was really nice.

On hold for over 20 minutes on the phone before I hung up. I just needed to ask if they had any of the vehicle I was looking for, but it was faster to drive over and wait in line. While in line I heard the staff joking about people calling and hanging up for being put on hold (phone rang a couple times while I was there) but none of them bothered to go back to the people on hold between customers. According to past reviews, this is not a new problem. Also, I tried going online to see if they had my vehicle and it said they didn't. The list they gave me in the store had eight of them on it. They're doing a brisk business, so they must have parts people want, but I'm not paying just to have a look-see on a maybe they have it.

Sold our car to them 3 months ago and they never mailed the check to pay for it that they promised to. I've attempted to call the store 5 times and the lines to everything but the 'sell your car' option are never answered.

This place used to be awesome. Now their prices are through the roof for used parts. You're better off spending $10-$20 extra dollars and buying new online.

I love this place for parts and their ability to organize BUT, i call and ask for a specific vehicle and they say no, i go to website and the cars listed with 2 add'l options available, i go to yard and they definitely had the cars. My husband and myself pulled an engine which we now have to rent the hoist to purchase this part, we get to register to pay and after they take half cash and half card the transaction fumbles, we check our acct and theyve taken our money, not pending, it was pulled. They refused to give us a receipt for our purchase and made us leave the engine we worked so hard for. Husband returned the next day with cash and still no refund for the debit transaction. They REASSURED us, the money would refund, BUT IT DIDNT. Over a week later my husband is now forced to go back to collect the cash they owe him for the bank pull that NEVER refunded as they swore would. The woman claimed their computers do this all the time, which has never before happened to us, but this day it had, and they do not know how to print a receipt for your purchases. (Or she just refused) i showed my ass and demanded a receipt for the money they had taken, cash and debit and they threw our cash back at us and refused. They called the police but they never arrived. PAY IN CASH IF YOU CAN and be prepared to be violated if theres ever a transactional problem, they dont work well with others.

Terrible service, they put you on hold for 15-20 minutes just to eventually hang up. Parts are picked over old junk and extremely high priced.

They make selling your junk vehicle pretty easy, just make sure you read the fine print. Just because they give you a quote DOES NOT mean thats what you're definitely getting. I even took my vehicle to them. In the exact condition it was in when I got the quote Saturday. I got there and they offered me $100 less than what I was quoted for. Had I had a way to get it back home I may not have done it, but I already had it towed there so chose to just take it. Also, they pay in a check and you can not cash it for 4 hours after you sell the vehicle so don't go straight to a bank expecting cash money right after. Other than that it was a simple process and the girl at the buying counter was pretty awesome!

you will get your part from great employees. but their environmental fee is a racket. they express since they need to do work/cleaning to their yard it should cost you around 3.60 to 5 dollars a part. Doesn't seem to be much til you realize it cost more than the part you got or you got ten parts so its an extra 30 to 70 bucks.

When I couldn't find the part for my car online or at the dealer or even at an AutoZone I was able to find the part here. Took it out in 15 minutes. Took it to the house and installed it. And, the car is running perfectly like new Thank you guys for having part I needed and a jam. Every supplier and dealer had the part on back order and had no estimated delivery time so this was very helpful. Thank you very much.

None of the 5 cars they had on lot had the parts I needed. I think they just want to charge you the $2.00 entry fee.

Definitely one of the best scrappies I've found in CBus. Huge selection, good prices. They can get pretty busy, so give yourself plenty of time. Admittance ends a half hour before they close, and don't forget your 1 dollar entrance fee.

The people working there are so rude. I stood in line for 10 minutes watching this gentleman be rude to every customer that came up to him. If you don't like your job then you shouldn't be running the front counter. You were the face of the company. There's plenty of junk yards to get parts from. I will not support local business if they do not treat their locals kindly I'd rather give my money to Amazon than fund this local business if they're going to be rude to their customers all the time.

Imo the hours should NOT be advertised as closing at 5p since they won't even let you in the door past 4:30p and kick you out past 5p without finishing you up God forbid an employee has to work 15mins over. Employees are not friendly and sometimes even down right rude. Prices for many small mundane items like relays and fuses are down right ridiculous for a place that you remove the untested items yourself. Prices are no better than conventional salvage yards. Many items are just destroyed by customers trying to get to the parts they need. This place should be a last resort!

I've been using this yard for 20 years. My experiences with the business become less satisfying every time I visit. The yard is less organized each trip. Not to long ago when I went I had to build a radt to float on in order to get under the vehicle I needed under because there gravel had been washed away and replaced with 6 or more inches of water. The pricing guide on their website is false also or misleading g maybe the better term. I looked up the price of an alternator before I walked 3 miles to get there. The price said 26.99 and a core of 6.99 that led me to believe if I exchanged my bad alternator for one I pulled off their vehicle that the cost would have been 20$ plus tax. Even after exchanging mycore the price they came up with was 32$ and some change. Nearly double what they advertise. When asked why so much they told me environmental fees. So in other words they charged me 12$ for environmental fees for a part that is not in any way an environmental hazard. There is no games or no fluids in an alternator. After 20 years of business with them I have to choose another yard be a use the operation they try to run as become a Mackey mouse operation that could care less about their own yard so I can't expect that they would care much about customers values.

They say one price to sell your car then the tow truck driver comes with a check for 75 dollars less then what is discussed. I understand I could of rescheduled if I was really pressed on the money but that not the point. SMH used to be a great junkyard now everything is overpriced or junk.

I would give 0 stars but you can't, these people are thieves, I was charged for 2 hubs and 2 spindles, when I only needed 1 of each and had 1 of each, so after 20 minutes waiting on the phone I finally got to speak with the manager and told her what happened she told me to bring the receipt and she will figure it out, after driving an hour one way she told me that she would have to get with security to review the video surveillance and would get back with me within a couple days after the 3rd day I called back and waited 15 minutes to speak with a manager and was told that the security person was on vacation and that I should call back in 2 days so I did and was told they still hadn't reviewed the tape so I called them today and was told that there were 2 of each ,as God as my witness there were 1 of each, those people need to be shut down they basically stole $70.00 from me and nothing can be done WOW they are pathetic crooks

Purchased wheel and rim on 8/31 near end of day. Was told that I had 3 days to return it. The wheel didn’t fit my car, so I went back on 9/1 to return it. They said they couldn’t do a return without the receipt, which I left at home. So, I swapped that one out for another wheel and tire. That wheel fit better, but still not great. On 9/2, I ended up getting another wheel from elsewhere, so I called at 5:20pm to see if I could come in to return the wheel and tire. No one answered the phone, so I hung up after about 10 or more rings. I went in on 9/3 (today) with receipt to return the wheel and tire. I was at first told that I might not be able to return it, even though it was clearly within the 3 day period I was first told. I was then told, for the first time, that I’d get store credit for the tire. I got my money back for the wheel, and store credit for the tire. Their receipt said they inspect the tires for obvious damage. The tire I got on 9/1 had very obvious large parts of the sidewall and tread gouged out enough to see exposed metal reinforcement in the tire. I didn’t care, since I just wanted a replacement wheel, but it looks like this goes against their own policy. Their sliding glass door sensors near the front are broken, with handwritten signs saying to pull them open yourself. It looks like the signs have been there awhile. Still had to manually open them from 8/31 to 9/3. The staff were cold at best, and downright rude to multiple customers at worst. I know it’s a junkyard, but I’ve been working on cars for over 15 years, and haven’t gotten customer service this bad from this or any other junkyard up to now. Unless you’re really strapped for cash and can’t find a better price elsewhere, I don’t recommend going here.

Went in today for a few parts, prices were great and the staff were very nice and helpful. I ended up going in a few different times today and had a different cashier each time (which was everyone I saw up front) so their names are on the receipts: Mitchell, Glenn, and Johnie are awesome. Didn't see the guy I used to see in there a lot back when I needed parts more frequently (older guy, possibly Irish heritage) but every time he was there he was really nice too. 10/10 staff, 10/10 prices, 10/10 inventory (found parts in good shape that I thought I was going to have to order new online) Years ago I picked up an El Camino for an incredible price from them that was in really good shape too, so it's definitely worth taking a look at their used cars as well. They probably won't be perfect, but if you're at Pick n Pull then they'll be something you can make very nice with a little work.

I called in advance to make sure they had a part that I needed for my newer Honda and not only did they have it and they had plenty vehicles to choose from to get it out of! They were super friendly and very helpful on the phone as well as in store and very polite. I was so thankful when they said they had this part I had called to a other junk yards closer to my area and none of them had this part! That's why from now on I'll be shopping at this Pick-n-Pull specifically because they have a wide variety to choose from and most likely have anything and everything you'll need for your vehicle old or new!!! Thanks guys! 😁
