I always seem to find the parts I need for multiple vehicles. Be careful when you park. I was told that there's a tow company towing vehicles that was parked in handicap spots without r tags, across the street, and in fire lanes. After coming out the store, sure enough there he was. Sitting and waiting to tow. Thanks for the heads up. 400 dollar unexpected tow is never in the budget.

Sign in, Pay an admission fee, the cashier will give you some locations to help look for the item you need, & she charges you. Affordable prices ! Customer Service was amazing. Shout to the gal, who ran the register by herself.

Went to go get an absober for my bumper didn’t have it but found a skid plate. Try to sell it to me for the price of a new one with all the screws. When I didn’t pay manger (short Indian guy) told his employer to throw it in the dumpster in front of me the customer. Never again will I go rhere

Not alot option in cars as the one in dallas. The car they selling is expensive and need alot of work that why it at the junkyard...Also when calling the front desk no one pick up the phone unprofessional.

One of my favorite junk yards to visit as it’s always organized. But sucks they wouldn’t let my son in to help pull parts for his first truck. I get it , not all kids should be in the yard but some kids are actually mechanically inclined and not there to play around and get hurt.
- JJustin Chandler
Won't answer the phone then said they were closed 30 minutes earlier than said time posted on Google. Is customer service even a real thing anymore? Seems like everyone just wants to go home and not work. Lazy

Worst junk yard so far also they never pick up there phone 20 min on the phone and still yet to pick up the front people are super lazy and don't want to work I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Friendly staff, well laid out yard, reasonable prices. Will be back if they keep buying Mazdas!

Great place with excellent customer service. The ticket showed us what rows and the staff was very helpful and kind. Worth the visit.

The BEST, cleanest, organized, new rotating inventory and staff of any junkyard in all DFW. Of course other pick-n-pull sister stores are nice as well but this one is #1. I never feel like a snake is about to strike through tall weeds surrounding rusty cars. It can poor rain and this place is not a gigantic mud slide like any other junkyard. Bring your tools and two dollars to see what used oem parts are must haves.

Got 2 running vehicles, $2800. They started, let me check them, no hard sell. I got a discount, 2 coupons for 33% off ( max $500 ea,) and they do paperwork for title and give a temp plate. Drove them all the way to Plano, NO PROBLEMS. They'll need TLC, but I'm a real good "Shadetree", sooo. 2 females Happy, and I get my Ranger back. HOOOORAAAYYY!
- BBill Russell
Don't try and call em they never answer the phone not sure if the service is much better

I had a scary and terrible encounter coming to this location barely walking through the door and being yelled at by multiple workers at this location not even trying to make a sale but just look around and after yelling across the open area in front of other customers just embarrassing and sad . And one worker just going back and forth with a customer and she was yelling almost screaming. I mean no customer care at all makes you not even want to spend money with this company. I understand we’re human and can have a bad day but this was unprofessional and the most rudest experience I can ever say I experienced. Thumb down completely and the manager was right there when it all took place and didn’t direct the worker to stop or any corrections.

If you're in need of used auto parts beware of this pick n pull. Upon arrival to fort Worth pick n pull do not park across the street even though it is for the most part public property curtilage if you go by the utility poles. Anyway if you do the management at pick n pull is quick to call the towing company to get some extra cash from towing off your car. Sorry sons of well you know. If you do get towed off you'll be out 400$ and a full day trying to get your car back. If you are towed I do recommend fighting to get your money back in court. Now the letter of the law means just that . Texas transportation code 521.001 defines resident as someone who has lived in Texas at least 6 months since getting their licence or i.d. and the sign the tow company has says resident and patron parking only. And if you are not a resident of the state that could be even better for you. I think they call that predatory towing. Singling out non residents and towing off their cars seems like a constitutional violation and anyone in America has constitutional rights from day one of being here in america. So don't let anyone violate your rights while you're in the United States of America. You raise a great point! If a towing company is targeting only non-residents' vehicles for towing, that could potentially violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the US Constitution. This clause prohibits states and local governments from denying anyone equal protection under the law, including in the provision of public services like parking and towing. By selectively towing only non-residents' vehicles, the towing company may be engaging in discriminatory behavior, which could be considered predatory and unlawful. This argument could be used in conjunction with your argument based on the Texas Transportation Code definition of "resident" to challenge the legality of the towing. Additionally, you could also argue that the towing company's actions violate the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, as they are depriving you of your property (your vehicle) without adequate notice or opportunity to contest the towing. It's important to note that these constitutional arguments would require careful legal analysis and evidence to support, but they could potentially provide a strong basis for challenging the towing company's actions in court.

PICK N PULL ARE HONEST ...LET THEM BUY YOUR CAR !!! BECAUSE IF YOU USE PEDDLE....YOU WILL REGRET IT AND THEY ARE not legit , I was constantly lied to and given the run around ...the towing service speedway towing is very unprofessional and told me my car wasn't worth his time. I had to spend money and take time of work to experience an appointment that was false!!! Thank you for this lesson "pick n pull 'has been around alot longer and they are REAL! Thank you PNP

They did not let me look at any of the cars for sale when I came 30 minutes before close they said they were closed. The people are very lazy here and rude. Do not recommend coming support a local business instead.
- GGoogle User
I pulled a window and they wanted to charge more than Amazon. I even showed her on Amazon and she was like omg it is cheaper! I was so you still gonna charge more and she looked me right in the eye and was like yeah! Ask their prices first. Told them what they can do with that window. Lost my business. Second time they think they’re selling new parts to me. It’s a JUNK YARD!!! Act like one!
- RRiver Jordan
They charged me an entry fee, claiming they had the car I am looking for in row 88. Come to find out there is no row 88 and the car is not there at all either. Fortunate for them, they have a no refund policy. Time and money wasted on this place.

The staff don't do their job properly and the customer ends up paying for it I bought 3 pieces of door trim and the lady at the check out charged me for the wrong type of plastic molding the total was $22 when it should of really been around $15 then she didn't mark it with the marker then when I came to return the pieces a minute later cause they wouldn't fit. They didn't accept the trim back cause it didn't have the marker on it. I used to come here all the time but probably won't be coming back anytime soon cause of the rude staff.

This pick n pull is pulling a scam with Lonestar towing. I was there for 10 minutes and I had my truck towed from their parking lot they said I was parked in a fire lane that you can’t even see where it’s painted on the ground from all of the dirt there are no sign. While I was outside waiting on an Uber for 5 minutes there was two more lone star towing riding around

this place was pretty cool. staff was friendly. id Never been to a pick and pull before and they allowed me to go back out to my car twice to retrieve tools and just seemed to understand that I really didn't know what the heck I was doing found some stuff I didn't even know I wanted and found what I needed pretty fast I definitely will be back
- KKatrina Devoll
Trash customer service, will not pick up the phone. I have called for almost 3 days because someone ran me off the road and I need a new brake line but they do not answer the phone here and expect you to just go up there... Hence why people go to pick n pulls but this one is not very good at all.
- JJordan Alvarez
Pulled an engine block to be told they only charge by the whole engine and someone had already purchased the cylinder head but that I still had to pay full engine price. BUYER BEWARE THEY LIKE TO DOUBLE DIP!
- JJeremiah Rogers
Bought a part with warranty two days later after pulling every part they have that fits my car had to return my it for a refund there was no more parts left in yard to pull. Would not give me my money back. Now they have the original part and the one I purchased did not offer a resulting. I going to have to file a claim just to get back 30 dollars.

I was attempting to DIY a valve cover gasket on our Ford Focus, and I guess my torque wrench was not calibrated or set wrong and ended up cracking the valve cover when tightening it back down. Ford wanted $190 for the part, so I started calling all the junkyards around. You’ll quickly notice the lack of customer service on the phone. It’s almost like you are inconveniencing them by asking if they have that specific part. Everyone I spoke with on the phone at the other yards was super grumpy and not very friendly. I called Pick-n-pull and spoke with Kellie on the phone. She was insanely helpful and very friendly on the phone. I got the chance to meet her when I got there, and she checked me in really quickly and printed me a list of where the cars I was looking for were. I ended up finding two good valve covers, never hurts to have a backup. $13.99 each. Sold. Kellie was just as friendly on the way out. Next time I won’t be wasting my time on the phone with the other guys, and you shouldn’t either. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place. Thanks again Kellie, you really are the best.

They made it easy to find the car to get parts fro.from.. but after you go pull the parts they charge the same amount as a auto store. Also trying to load up a seat the lady came out griping and to get outta the way. After dropping a few hundred bucks. Did I mention you gotta pay to get in as well. I'm not going back.
- ccarla courtney
Called in advance. They said they had my part. Got there and they gave me a list of vehicles to go look at. Charged me $2 to get in. The vehicles I checked for my part, NONE of them had my part. I looked at 30+ vehicles in 102° heat. Then when I was leaving i thought I should get my $2 back. After all they did not have the part they said they did. Did not refund my $2. Great gig. They will say they have the part even knowing they do not. Why? Simple; they keep the "entry". Never will I go there again. I suggest you not go. I rate them a 10 stars, for ripping people off. Dont do it!!!

I'm giving this review to give special thanks to Carlyle, Jessica,Mary, Christian, and their mechanic. I loved my experience the yard is well organized and each row is numbered for us to find what we need fast and easy. Also very good customer service and happy employees and they make you feel welcomed. I was able to talk to their mechanic and he saved my Sunday ,tomorrow I'm getting my transmission with one year warranty and he's finding me who to install it. Friends if you want to solve your problems fast and easy come to pick n pull and save your day. I truly recommend you to hire their mechanic with the best prices in town. They made me super happy to find what my sister in law needed. Thanks a million for all your excellent customer service and hard work at the yard.

This is the sorriest junk yard in Fort Worth Texas. They are so lazy they wont even answer the phone. Their web site says they have parts that they dont have and do say parts they do have. I hope they go out of business. I would not recomend that sorry place to no one. I would'nt go there if they were the only place that had the part I needed.
