I was attempting to DIY a valve cover gasket on our Ford Focus, and I guess my torque wrench was not calibrated or set wrong and ended up cracking the valve cover when tightening it back down. Ford wanted $190 for the part, so I started calling all the junkyards around. You’ll quickly notice the lack of customer service on the phone. It’s almost like you are inconveniencing them by asking if they have that specific part. Everyone I spoke with on the phone at the other yards was super grumpy and not very friendly. I called Pick-n-pull and spoke with Kellie on the phone. She was insanely helpful and very friendly on the phone. I got the chance to meet her when I got there, and she checked me in really quickly and printed me a list of where the cars I was looking for were. I ended up finding two good valve covers, never hurts to have a backup. $13.99 each. Sold. Kellie was just as friendly on the way out. Next time I won’t be wasting my time on the phone with the other guys, and you shouldn’t either. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place. Thanks again Kellie, you really are the best.

Staff is extremely rude and very poor response to customers coming in the store front. It's almost as if the employees don't want to do their jobs. Vehicle inventory was less than impressive to say the least. Definitely will not be coming back here ever again and definitely do not recommend coming here.

Simple business model: bring your tools and get your parts yourself. No fuss. I’d give five stars if the car make and model selection was better.

Had to buy off their competitors. No one will answer the phone and tell me if they have the parts. Eagle mountain salvage answered immediately. Strongly reccomend eagle mountain salvage

The grumpy guy with glasses that works the counter needs to go ahead and quit and go retrieve shopping carts from Walmart. Has absolutely no customer service skills. No people skills. I came here 2 different times and had 2 different interactions with him. Both were terrible. Every female employee I've interacted with had a great attitude. Yard is clean.

Gave them 1 Star because you can't give them a negative star! Guy at counter very rude. Called back next day to get price on very common part and his computer wasn't working, so I asked for a ballpark estimate and they couldn't give me that either. Talk about a ship without a captain!! Save your time, money and energy! This place is a waste of space!!@

This place is a JOKE. I called them before going and no one would answer the phone. So called them as I was walking in and I can here the phone ringing and they was not answering it. Before I can ask a question I was told that I needed a mask really in a junk yard, so I went to my car got a mask and came back in and then I was told to sign in so I did and I ask if they had a part or a car and was told they did not. All of that just to ask a question and to be told they don't have it. They could have told me this without putting me through all of there crappie process.

I am Veteran that went to pick pull for a headlight since today was Veterans Day I asked if there was any type of discount for the agent laughed in my face and charged the $2 intial fee to get. Went ahead and pulled the part and they tried to overcharge me $50 for the part that I got for 20 up the street. The lack of empathy for veterans on a day thats supposed to thank us for our service was beyond disrespectful. This company will not get any of my business anymore.

Dont let the hours of operation that are posted online fool you! They close at least 45min prior to what it says. They wont even let you in the building!
