    They never know what part they're supposed to be ringing you up for, I got way overcharged for a piece of interior trim because the guy working the register rang it up as a gauge cluster. The employees are also very rude and will try to screw you over by ringing you up for entirely different parts than what you actually want to purchase. Super disappointed as I used to love picknpull.

    So I don't know if the person that was ringing me up just didn't know what part I actually had or was just trying to make me over pay basically I could have bought the part brand new instead I went else where because I would of been wrong even though they were. I'd check before wasting your time on how much the part is before pulling the part

    This place is huge expensive they sell the parts like brand new, I comparison with other places in Missouri area way much better in the Missouri area, I won’t be back here

    I used to like these guys, but now all the parts are twice as expensive as what you can buy them new for. Infuriates me, go down to u pull, they treat you like royalty down there compared to pick n pull.

    if i could, i’d give them -1000 stars. i called them to ask them to check and see if my first car was taken there and i was treated with nothing but disrespect. danielle was incredibly rude, hanging up in my face while i was simply trying to figure out where my car was taken. every single member of their staff i talked to was mean and had no intention of even attempting to help me.

    The lady at the front disck she absolutely hates her job and bringing that attitude to the customers. I'm sick of it everytime i come shes yelling at someone and today she yelled at me

    They need a reality check. Prices are ridiculously expensive, and they need the let go of the cover charge and have a better return policy. I pick up the part in the heat and you’re going to charge me $50 plus tax for an oil cooler on a 18 year old car?? They blame things on inflation when it's greed.

    If you need to sell your junker this is the place to go. But don't expect friendly employees. The employee who "helped" me didn't want to do anything other than be on her phone or mess on her computer. She was rude.

    Not the greatest customer service. Of course most places today forget if it wasn't for new and repete customers they wouldn't have a job. They act like they are doing the customer a favor, WRONG!!! The Customer is doing the favor by patronage their establishment. We can go somewhere else. It's you JOB to service the CUSTOMER. I'm a tool kit member. When I got the membership I didn't have to pay the $2.00 entrance fee., now I have to. They don't put the store credit on a customers membership. If you don't have your in-store credit receipt you're SOL. So where is the benefits of being a toolkit member. I don't get discounts, they don't keep track of my store credits, they charge a member an entrance fee. What's in it for me ??? 12/20/23. Pulled struts and a rear control arm. The price was more than what I could get new. Showed proof how much new cost. They only cut deals for their friends. Not repeating customers

    Not sure what happened with pricing at this place.went in for a couple small pieces of plastic / air vent and some switch knobs for my dash My total was over 100$ I used to go get lots of larger items from yall and paid a fraction of the price. Please update your website with correct pricing

    Went here recently and thankfully they had the exact part I needed in great condition. I have been going to this yard since I was a teenager and I think it is still my favorite of all of the junkyards in the metro area. $2 to get in and they have not raised that since I've been going. The yard is definitely smaller than some of the others but usually has exactly what I need. Prices here are pretty fair and I feel they're more affordable than some of the others. Overall, this is a no frills kind of business but does a great job.

    First time at this location. I was only inside for about 20 minutes because I showed up 30 minutes before they closed. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been to any of the locations so It was nice to find out the price was still $2 to get into the yard. Especially since the price for absolutely everything else in this country has gone up about 20% to 30%. (Not sure if price for parts have raised but it’s a fair bet to assume they have). Staff was friendly on way in as well as on the way out and wasn’t harassed to see in my bag while leaving but figured they probably would ask to so I volunteered anyways. Definitely would recommend this place and never had a problem at any of the other locations either.

    Refused to honor the rewards member agreement that Truman Rd had no problem with earlier on the same day, then tried telling me my card didn't get charged despite their machine saying it was. I WILL NEVER returned to the 12th st picknpull, there's always something they're screwing up that isn't effecting my visits to Truman Rd and Winner Rd.

    This used to be my favorite junk yard. My most experience with this place made me reconsider my decision of buying things here. I believed leaving my store credit ticket at the counter the other day. I called and asked to speak with Danielle who is a very nice person. Somehow, she was not there. I asked the lady if I can leave a message for the manager. She asked me if she could help me while declining to take a message. I explained to her what did happen and wanted to know if they by any chance saw the ticket? She asked me to go there and she was going to assist me with the issue. Here where things got very odd. I got onsite and asked for Brooklyn I believe her name is. She refuse to meet and start sending message to the young fellow who works there. I decided to just purchase a new battery since we were getting nowhere. Finally, she got out of the office without even addressing the issue. I felt very disrecpted the way she threated me. I wish her manager would pay some for of customer service training for this lady. She acted so unprofessional and shame on her.

    Decent place to get cheap parts. Totally ruined our weekend. Needed a wiring harness connector that got damaged during a transmission swap. Arrived 30 minutes before close and they turned us away because the "yard closes at 6". We could have spent the rest of the night working instead of driving an hour down here to find out their hours aren't correct.

    I purchased the wrong battery(no fault of mine dude grabbed the wrong one), unaware that there are no cash returns (signs were pointed to upon my return) I had to accept store credit. Thankfully someone was purchasing a hood equivalent to my store credit and paying cash at the same time, so I was able to work a deal. Jesus leaves signs too, but that doesn't mean we always see them. PAY ATTENTION to the signs or hangout with your store credit and look for any takers. Both cashier's were very nice.

    Sold my 23 yr old car, that was Still in good shape, for a great price. Pick N Pull staff made it so simple and easy. Very professional, Informative and Fair. I hope my car will Bless someone's life!

    Two female staff were not overly eager to help when I had to go back inside to ask a couple of questions. It seemed like they were more interested in continuing the conversation they were having with each other. The inventory was excellent and it seems like cars are regularly brought in, so new and different parts are available frequently if you didn't find what you needed before.

    The only interaction I have had with this place is probably the best to date! The customer service rep I spoke with was professional and proficient. She was respectful and kind. Definitely would recommend this establishment to anyone who may need their services!

    At least the other 2 lots looked up my question. "There's a lot of cars out here you'll have to check." Wow. I'm 80+ miles away and gas is expensive. You gonna pay for that? Quit being lazy.

    Grabbed a car sun visor cause i saw it and figured itd be a dollar or two. Paid for our stuff, looked at the receipt. Nearly $15 for a dirty used sun visor. They are only like $10 brand new at Walmart. No refunds, only store credit. Ripping off customers is not how u get repeat business. Will not be coming back.

    I got the whole battery cable harness for only 3$ ok 7$ count the 2dollar admission fee me and the wife paid but worth every penny getting our truck back on the road!
