Horrible management and customer service (Magdalena Garcia) She was disrespectful and rude, and was making faces at me while I was trying to explain thing to her. I never raised my voice and was respectful. I wanted to return some tires that didn't fit, she wouldn't help me at all and they never explained the return policy to me. They didn't want to take them back only wanted to offer a credit but I don't shop here unless its a emergency repair or ítem thats needed. This return wasn't handled professionally or treat their customer with respect

They have posted on their door, as well as online that they close at 6pm. They stop letting you in at 5:30pm and lock the doors, effectively closing at that time because, as an employee said: "We want to leave at 6!"If you show up at 5:35 for a part that takes 10 minutes to find and remove, then you're out of luck. You've wasted a trip there.I can't blame employees for wanting to leave by 6, and maybe they're only being paid until then and don't want to work for free by staying late. But don't advertise being open until 6, and close a half hour early. If they had advertised closing at 5:30, I would have left the house earlier, or went there a different day.They already have their winter hours posted and says they'll be closing at 5pm, which I'm sure means that they'll really be closing at 4:30.Not an accurate star rating on this post because I wasn't able to use their service, so I give it a medium 3, but I've had good luck with Pick N Pull in the past.

Tried to sell my car to them. The tow truck driver was belligerent from the time he arrived, and ended up driving off when I would not sign the title exactly to his liking.

If you need to sell your junker this is the place to go. But don't expect friendly employees. The employee who "helped" me didn't want to do anything other than be on her phone or mess on her computer. She was rude.

Two female staff were not overly eager to help when I had to go back inside to ask a couple of questions. It seemed like they were more interested in continuing the conversation they were having with each other. The inventory was excellent and it seems like cars are regularly brought in, so new and different parts are available frequently if you didn't find what you needed before.

I love this place!!! Its a good place to take your aggressions out at. Ive always found what i needed for the most part. Sometimes the prices are a little pricey for used parts. I am signed up for their Toolkit rewards program & havent been able to use it yet.

Terrible service. Terrible management. Bad attitudes. I don't recommend this place. They have bad attitudes and should replace their staff with more professional people.

Very very un organized cars everywhere no locations of stock. Smdh man get it together 😢😢😢😢
