The staff here is wonderful and very friendly. I needed a replacement hood for a relatively uncommon car. I'm very appreciative of the staff as they were able to confirm they had one in my color and check that it was in good condition for me ahead of time - as I would have to drive several hours to come get it. Parts pricing was very good, and the yard is pretty big, so the selection of cars is pretty good as well! Pulling the part and paying was quick and painless. Make sure to bring your own tools as you will be pulling parts yourself. :)

As a first timer, and doing my first window harvest solo, I KNOW people like me can probably be annoying to seasoned vets of the junk yard scene. I live in Seattle, my window got busted out, I'm incredibly financially challenged at the moment, and all I needed was a little encouragement and good advice. They were awesome to me! BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS 🖤🙏

Parts pricing is a little crazy for having to pull it yourself and no guarantee anything works. But the staff here is way better and nicer then the one in smokey point and the yard Is a lot bigger with more variety

Worst experience I've ever had at a salvage yard. It starts with having to to deal with the snarky comments and rude attitude from all of the staff except for one. For example I was done for the day and walked in to the building to pay, they asked me what I was still doing in the yard since they already closed, but online and the time on the door said thet I still had over 30 minutes until they actually closed. Then I asked to pay for my stuff to leave and they asked me to leave what I found at the register to come back in the morning and pay. When I insisted to pay they got annoyed and finally checked me out. After returning the next day to get the engine block that I needed I found out that they are severely overpriced, mostly due to the fact that they only sell items in bulk. Like they will not itemized items on the engine assembly they will only sell you the entire engine whether or not you are leaving with the accessories on their list or sell you just the brake booster, they also charge you for the brake master cylinder. Then after having to rent the chain hoist, you quickly realize that the cars are too close together to steer it between the rows without damaging another vehicle. Then one of the tires on the chain hoist bent while I was lifting a 4 cylinder engine, causing me to almost throw my back out due to it being near impossible to return to the entrance. Therefore I lost my money, because they rented me inadequate equipment. Then after buying my overpriced engine and transmission they opened the gate to allow me to load it into my truck, but before I was able to finish loading all of my tools, odds and ends, they closed the gate on me. If it wasn't for the only competent worker at the Pick-n-Pull that day, she noticed what happened and opened the gate to allow me to finish loading my truck, I would have had to take two to three trips back through the store to finish loading my truck. All and all I'd rather wait for online shipping from sketchy online websites than to ever have to go back to this Pick-n-Pull.

Just spent about 2 hours pulling a engine to be kicked out and not able to purchase the engine after pulling it all because the worker In the front of the office was not clear about a hoist deposit. Even after saying I'm sorry I was not advised about that and the employees seen me grab the hiost the main guy out the office just decides to not sell me anything what a way to waist my time because your not happy today I try and call the police but they won't do anything pick n pull is shady for that

These employees are racist and started to discriminate me. Don’t go back there They also scammed my sister out of 200 dollars of things that are worth 80 dollars new all because they saw that she was a woman and decided to scam her…..

The problem is they don't use the right name for stuff so even if you look in a manual to make sure you have the right description doesn't mean you will find it on line. They just say come out and look it's close to a 100 mile round trip so it not cheap to go out and see because if they don't have it you are going to be a half of a day and at least 50 cash

The people here are very helpful and the prices are generally very reasonable. Be aware that you need to bring your own tools and remove the parts yourself. Not too difficult if you know what you are doing and this keeps the prices low. Be sure to join the (free) tool club for additional discounts.

Have yet to find a car yard where the workers are actually nice or have any respect for anybody. I live over 100 miles away talking about “we can’t tell you what the car has left you gotta come look”… what ? It’s really not hard to tell me if a car has a BUMPER on it. Why does this company have an option to check up to 500 miles away if you can’t even ask if it’s got something on it still. I’m not asking about some random item under the hood. It’s a BUMPER. Weird ways to run a business

July 14, 2024 I come to pick-n-pull in Lynnwood, I haven’t come here for a while. Admission fee went up two dollar. Last time I was paid $1. So everything is changed I didn’t know about it. So I asked the white guy at the counter about the pass, he didn’t give me a friendly answer but He insult me. Because I’m not same color skin like him. I think we are the same person it’s No different, it should Treat the same

Super friendly staff! So many cars available to pull parts from. Bring your own tools - currently $3 per person to enter. Pull your own parts and pay on your way out. We've found so many little parts to repair on our Toyota Pickup! Treasure hunting at its best!

Really really awful customer service and shady business practices. Decided all of the items I purchased were not returnable after I had paid for them. I don't think that is legal. Place is a ripoff anyways they want nearly ebay prices for their untested and apparently non returnable parts. The employees are fairly uneducated in their field. They'll charge you for different parts that you're not purchasing because they don't know what they're looking at and don't bother to ask. If your looking for doors or cabs or glass for 89-95 toyota pickups, go to another yard, these idiots think they have airbags in them and crush the cab before putting them into the yard.

The staff is very friendly, but some parts are priced similar to auto parts stores.Although you have to remove them yourself and there is no warranty on them, sometimes it is easier to go and buy a new one from the store.

Trash service and charges to go into the yard after telling me parts were in then turns out they are not and yard fee is a complete scam.

I have been here several times and I am happy with everything they offer, very responsive and helpful staff there. But I have one disadvantage, it is the amount of cars and the year of their production, as all the cars there are quite old from 1970 and up to 2010 at the most, so you will not find there cars of more modern year. I was looking for a car from 2013 and there is no such brand of car in general.

Somehow today was the pick of the years for me, the staff admitted they were short staffed and busy but never showed it. Everyone was more than helpful and understanding as I was working on a big haul. I came to Oregon for a car here and the outstanding customer service rewarded it. (You get what you put into it, and the regulars I watched banter with the staff working today demonstrated that)

For those who still know what a wrench is. It's a good resource. And I said to the wife. It's not much bigger than a Match box car. Can I have it huh, can I, can I. If someone doesn't than into the yard with it . And you know what happens then . They fork it, people jump on it and then they CRUSH IT. Gone for ever and ever.☹ Post script; it's gone out the door to a new home and just hopefully many happy new years. Bringing plenty of memories and miles to be seen 😊

Accidentally left my car battery holder in my tool bag and they charged me for it even after explaining it was from my own car. Didn’t argue with them because I don’t wanna lose access over $8 but be warned, don’t leave parts in your tool bag.

I just can confirm all the 1 star reviews here! - Extremely unfriendly - Extremely overpriced - i arrived in there office at 3:30 pm and according their website they close at 5 pm . But this lady who thinks she is especially intelligent then comes to me while I check in and tells me I have to leave it’s too late. What??? 1,5 hours before 5pm? Oh then she lied to me and told me they close at 4:30pm. You know what? I want to see ur faces if every other business is doing the same with you .Grocery stores, gas stations, hair salon, pharmacies, every business should send you away 1,5 hours before they close. Because u are doing the same! to Safeway at 9:30 when they close at 11pm? They should tell u come back tomorrow. Overpriced! The reason why they are extremely overpriced: - They let families of Hispanic people walk into their lot through holes in fences and they leave through the same hole with every part they can carry. And when u tell them this they say they are aware of it so what. That’s why you pay for a premium for their parts because these people steel the most expensive parts so they have to make their revenue with the stupid people who go there and accept to be treated like if you would be a nuisance for them! - they don’t make any difference in prices no matter if the part is 5 or 33 years old . That’s why you pay 15 dollar for a 33 years old hazard light switch! Or 80 dollar for a peace of bumper chrome! Or 30 dollar for a handful rusted bolts. No thank you! Just read the reviews and you better avoid this place and order online. And hey to you guys going through the fences , no need to hide they know about you but they don’t care. But they throw u off the lot if u change a bulb in your car and not immediatly leave after u left ur money there. The worst people I have ever dealt with. Seriously!

Had a great time working with the folks at this Pick n Pull location - Brittany and Georgia (spelling, sorry) were fun to work with, had great banter, and were very helpful with me. Next time I need to get some parts, I'm definitely coming back!

Not bad place for the most part, I feel like the parts are overpriced a bit. For a used battery I was paying just $20 below what a new one would cost from oriellys. Spare tire you’re paying full price. But they had the part I needed so I’m not mad

if comparing with tacoma store, it just like the different between haven and hell, they even check your small tool box before entering the yard and when you checkout to ensure if any auto part in the box, junk car in the yard are more than 10years old type, what tiny auto parts is worth the way to check customer box like this. i just forgot to take out door lock from my tool box, then they just confiscated it when checkout due to breaking the rule, those guy were so rude, and it cause very big trouble to me to buy another door lock and rekey it for my car door, if i get my issue fixed, any left auto parts just a junk and trash. so never go that place if you have another option. in tacoma location, yard is quite big, clerks are very kind, even they donot charge the small auto parts. thats good way for the business.
