Disappointed how treat Color ppl, they kicked, yelled and told us get out. They close at 2:00 pm, according to website 4:30 pm. They should of know that they make they own rules, but wait and seen a few more customers got in, they were American, wow! Nvr again, so discriminated by color. Wow! True colours have shown. They got in but us????? Discrimination!

Prices have gone up so much its cheaper to buy new parts. They want to make you do all the work to remove the part then charge you more than it's worth even new. I would give this place a negative star if I could.

Good location, inventory rotation is pretty slow so cars can get pretty picked over.

Was a crazy 50% off weekend, so I gotta give them some slack for that. Came looking for a specific car that was listed online, showed up, car wasn't on the lot asked at the desk, they confirmed no cars like that were in the yard. Car still showed up on their web site. Apparently their website is powered by Row52, and their interval inventory is something else. Maybe they feed into each other, maybe they are switching systems. For a self service junk yard, they are making it pretty hard to self serve. I don't want to drive an hour one way just to find out their publicly facing data is bad. I did call in advance, asked about the car I saw online, was told they don't physically check what is or isn't on the cars. No mention of bad or delayed customer facing data, no offer to verify the car I listed was in their internal database. Went to Tumwater Pick n Pull earlier in the day, had a much better experience, still didn't have the primary part I needed, but their inventory was accurate online, and they were nice. Also less busy. Also 1.5 hours drive in a different direction.

THE LADY WHO WORKS HERE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND HAS A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! EVEN AFTER ASKING A SIMPLE QUESTION...I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST BUT AT THE RATE OF THE EMPLOYEES BEHAVIOR I MAY NEVER CARE TO DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH SUCH IGNORANCE

Have had a car in front of our house that was supposed to be picked up 2 months ago. The person who owns it already got the check. We called Pick N Pull on Monday to see if they can please come get this car and we were rudely told it was on the schedule for Wednesday. It's Wednesday evening and they still haven't picked up the car.

Absolutely atrocious service, i didnt wear a mask and asked to be checked out while waiting outside (reasonable accommodation per the mandate) and some large bearded dude came out yelling at me saying it was law i wear it regardless and refused to ring me out. Will find another local parts dealer. Too much drama for a center console

They are charging too much for small small items, the cashiers are not honest you can't trust them. Everytime you go there is some drama going on. They definitely have to focus on a customer service in the lot and by the phone.

The female cashier was the only nice and courteous person on the whole lot. I traveled all the way from almost Tacoma and was only one stubborn bolt away from acquiring all that I came for when my socket got stuck. That did not stop the yard workers from hounding me, standing right over me. In the end I was forced to abandon the most important part I needed along with a socket just to be rushed off the lot to stand in a line for 10-15 mins. Now I will be forced to come all the way back in the morning to loosen one bolt and get my socket. A lil leeway would have went a long way and landed a crisp 20$ bill in the yard workers pocket.
